Happy home buyer! The builder knows how to communicate.

Very friendly and easy to deal with. Attention to detail

I am disappointed with the quality of construction. I was not here during construction because I was living in another state. After I moved into the house, I found so many examples of sloppy workmanship inside the house and there was a major sewer problem. The basic structure, framing seems fine. I learned from neighbors that everyone had problems with their homes and some were worse than mine.

The Del Webb team is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented. I always knew the status of my home and all my questions were answered in a timely manner.

Our new home was beautifully and sturdily built in spite of the chaos in the labor and materials markets. The people of Del Webb Stone Creek were always forthright, respectful, cheerfully reassuring, and as it turns out--completely trustworthy. That was important to us because we were unable to supervise or even visit our project the entire time it was being built.

This is the second home I’ve bought in the community & the value and quality have been up to my expectations. I would highly recommend Del Webb communities.

First off, too expensive for what you really get. The end product looks very nice on the outside, but if you really pay attention, you’ll see that the people in charge of quality control let many things slide, I assume, hoping the homeowner will not notice. The side of my lot was also cut in a way that is going to cost me a lot of money to fix, something that would have been very easy for them to take care of at the beginning. I also had to request for them to clean my house before moving in, because it really was disappointingly dirty and dusty. A friend of nine bought first phase (cheaper) and her house definitely looks like they used better quality materials, Had better quality control and craftsmanship, even though I paid a much higher price and bought more upgrades than her. From first contact with our sales rep Jerry to the project manager Peter, we were kept informed on the progress of our home and both were very responsive to our needs and questions.

Sales experience was very good. Lots of things wrong with house. Talking to others same problems. Head of HOA not aware of home model and put screen enclosure on hold. Crazy.

Extremely disappointed in the poor craftsmanship of the home, the field manager and his supervisors did a poor job in monitoring overall quality during the construction phase. The majority of the trades employed by Del Webb lacked professional pride in their workmanship. We had to point out a good number of times poor workmanship and in some cases informing the field manager that items were installed incorrectly and needed to be redone. Due to poor project management and lack of quality checks, our home was delayed unnecessarily by at least 45 days!

We had to trade for a spec home as the house we chose would not be ready as promised. Our lease was up and rent without a lease was an additional $800 a month. So I did not get my farmhouse sink and a couple of other upgrades I selected. But we do like the home we ended up with.

Ian, our salesperson and Ben our building supervisor were fantastic to work with. They were very helpful and responsive.

The overall experience with the builders was a 10. The Pulte mortgage company was a terrible experience worked with them for 10 months for a no we can’t find the mortgage. The new mortgage company we got funded in 2/5 weeks.

We love our new home; and the Pulte team is very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Had to repeat work multiple times because of poor craftsmanship of workers

Quality wasn't as promised. The work ethic is lacking. They need to do better for what they promise

Communication during the purchase and construction was very good. We were not living near the home as it was being constructed so all communication was done remotely. We felt the price was reasonable for the home and the community is just what we were looking for. Final construction was hurried and there was a lack of quality on several finish items. We are trying to find a window of time for the builder to complete the punchlist items.

Great place to live a retired life. Lots of amenities.

Our construction manager was great and very responsive during the build process. The breakdown is the AFTER closing, just resolving issues with construction and things that wouldn't necessarily be noticed until living in the home. i.e. our pantry shelves were not attached to ANY studs. Had to have drywall removed and supports put in and new shelves installed.

Sales person was very helpful, but my confidence in the team decreased as time went on. Many issues with house that showed lack of attention to detail and hurried sloppy work. Warranty team hopefully remains responsive and is on it. For the price of the home I expected frankly a better product w/o the crooked switch plates, miswired garbage disposal and dishwasher. Gas service went out for two days. Slow workmen on doing repairs. Hopefully things will improve over time but got to say it has been a source of stress and disappointment.

We had to have a shower door replaced. Water still leaks through door onto bathroom floor. Garage floor muddy foot prints and globs of cement. Kitchen cabinets doors not aligned. Kitchen cabinet doors scraped all along bottom. Piece for dishwasher sitting on counter waiting to be installed. Raul responds and takes care of what he can.

While we're happy to have moved in and for the most part (the big things) the house is ok there are TONS of little things that need to be addressed. In addition, we've had to have numerous items fixed and then re-fixed because they weren't fixed correctly the first time. We're now 2 months in and still have numerous issues with no real end in sight since things keep getting delayed and incorrectly fixed. Overall we're rather disappointed and for what we paid, we expected much better quality and better response to issues.

We bought at a time where supply chain issues were present and houses couldn’t be completed fast enough because of the demand. Having said that, between our sales agent, Valen, Joey, the field manager, Natalie, in warranty, Susan InDesign, and others. I thought that they do an amazingly good job, and they’re very detail oriented to make sure to see the jobs to completion! If there was anything wrong, it’s been addressed in a timely fashion so all in all, enjoying the whole experience, and our home! Looking forward to the amenity center opening before winter’s end so it can be enjoyed by all.

The overall process of deciding on and building my new Pulte home was great. A fully informed and helpful Pulte employee was with me from start to finish. From choosing a model, lot, various upgrades for the house, and the progression of the build. The whole experience was a pleasure and the house is amazing.
