The house, in general, appears well made; but the options were disappointing, diminishing the overall value, such as: 1) Tankless Water Heater provided with no recirc pump wasting 30,000-40000 gallons of water per year waiting to heat up for shower. Had to spend $2700 to replace it with efficient model. 2) Whirlpool Appliances are horrible, poor functioning, non intuitive - common complaint in community 3) No or one ugly selection of Brushed Nickle faucets or bath fixtures. Had to go with chrome. Large master bath has two 8" wide towel racks in main area and one 24" towel rack in toilet room. Could have easily fit a 24" next to sink and a towel ring next to shower. Have to sling towel over shower door. In Common bath there is on 8" towel rod - barely large enough to hang toilet paper 4) No Gutters - rain runs off flat roof over rear patio like your on the inside of a waterfall. Love my new home. Move in during Covid 19 was a bit complicated. Make sure to get construction manager commitments in writing or completed prior to closing.

We selected Del Webb Dove Mountain for two primary reasons. 1. Very livable floor plans and 2. A beautifully designed community - modern and inviting.

Work closely with your building manager and sales associate to aid overall understanding & follow-through to building process.

The Building Superintendent that was assigned to my home was excellent, very responsive and pleasant to work with. Even though I closed earlier, I have only lived in the home a few weeks. I found that any issue I had was addressed quickly.

Too many options that should have been included. Many options or varilbes we’re not explained.

Nothing significant, other than the home seems to be well constructed with quality appliances. However, there are some annoying oversights, design flaws, and minor workmanship glitches that prevented me from assigning a 5 star rating for quality and value.

The entire process went very well, except for your mortgage department. I have bought 5 houses over the years and several refinancing transactions and this was my worst experience ever.

Most responsive warranty service I have ever experienced.

Our field mgr and sales agent are fantastic.. The "exception" is CPI sub.contractor who did the interior walls internet wiring - quality of their work was zero - they never tested their lines and I was forced to pay several hundred dollars to another "quality" sub contractor to fix their errors and shoddy work. That is why above Quality rating is only 4 stars.

They delivered what was promised- not perfection, but more than what was promised. We are very satisfied

We really like the results of the house. Our project manager (Nick Swanson) is great. Build quality met our expectation. A couple areas that could be improved. The final signing and title process was very poorly handled. Also the design process was difficult and the tools available to visualize options were basically non existent, We had to go to other sites to see cabinets and countertops together. Last is that it seemed like there was no consistency between the cost of upgrades. Some seemed reasonable and some were outrageously expensive.

It is better if you are close to where the home is being built to stay on top of the project

Overall, we are happy with our house. The purchase went smoothly, our salesperson, Angelia, was extremely helpful. Nikki was a great help with picking out our interior options. Our field manager, Josh, kept us calm during the building process and was great during the walk throughs. We had a few minor issues, but all were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We had looked at many other communities and builders before deciding to buy here. We feel that our house is a good value.

Very happy with the quality of our house. Everyone was very responsive durning the build process which was very helpful as we were not in the area.

We are overall very pleased with our new home. We do have issues but they are being taken care of.

We did have a few issues before closing that took some persistence on our part to get resolved and a minor electrical issue after closing that WAS resolved quickly

Built home while I was not in the area, thus had to trust Dell Webb with all details. Did not see home until day before closing and it was well done and complete. Had a few minor issues that were resolved before closing and a couple of things after that were all taken care of quickly. The sales team were attentive and kept me updated while home was being built by email and photos.

We got a lot for what we paid. It is value priced for retirement. Good enough to last and affordable enough to enjoy and not over stretch our budget. The options were fantastic, although pricey. If you are on a tight budget, the basic package is just fine!

This is a 55+ community and Del Webb has been building this type of home for many years. The design and build process is very streamlined. As with any design, the end product is only as good as the people who are doing a job. The home is structurally sound and well-framed from what we could see. There are a few options, there could be more for this age group, such as a walk-in whirlpool tub and ground level entry, in the event of wheelchair needs. Many of the costly upgrades do not seem to get the attention they require, and the warranty fix is relied upon heavily. The warranty people are great to work with, but only the items the homeowner notices are addressed. There should be checkpoints by a supervisor at the finish of every part of the process and then the home could be a "white glove" delivery without any extra cost of sending tradesmen/women back to finish. ... I’m happy with the overall design and sturdy hurricane resistive construction. However, I understand “production construction” but I’m still a bit disappointed with the lack of pride to the “attention to detail” performed by various trades. More attention to the final finishes and installations would be a great improvement. I also understand and have no problem with the dirt and noise associated with the ongoing construction. However, I still am amazed with the disrespect displayed by some trades with their failure to keep the work sight clean. Neighbors are constantly cleaning up construction materials and food and drink containers that make their way to their lawns or lakes. I’m sure these issues seem minor in the overall construction process, but since these issues are caused by some personnel that clearly do not take pride in doing a good job, it is an annoying ongoing problem. ... The only thing negative that really bothered me is the sales people once you closed on House they never thanked you. It’s like you never existed.
