Good quality condo. No grab bars in showers even though this is a senior (55+) community. With over $ 28,000 in options, kitchen stove exhaust does not ventilate outside. HOA monthly charge of $ 423 only provides landscaping and internet for home owner, rest is for community development. Not too happy about it. Other than those items, it is a good home, nice area.

Builder was responsive and good with communications and resolving issues.

The management team were very responsive to my needs.

While Anthony Lamas was an excellent construction manager, the closing process as very poor.

Overall, happy with purchase. They delivered on time, which was good in these COVID times. Only issue I really had was with the quality of the lawn. They did a very poor job of leveling the lawn, and I have many holes where it would be easy to twist an ankle and get injured. I have watched other lawns get laid in our neighborhood, and it seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, the overall build quality is about what I expected. I believe the neighborhood will be very nice, when complete, and the homes are reasonable quality for the price point. Great communication throughout the process…

First rate Team. From the Sales Team to the Field Manager, everyone was receptive and excellent to work with.

This community has an HOA on steroids. Fees to make improvements such as gutters and generators etc. are insanely overpriced. I feel robbed every time i have to pay one. A nominal fee maybe, but this is rediculous.

We had the best project manager supervising the contractors in our home. Most responsive service we’ve ever received.

Everybody was very nice. Mike W. was so easy to work with, and explained everything well. I look forward to my 11 month visit, when we can remedy some issues inside. For instance, we cannot use a toilet paper holder because the two sides are too far apart. The storage closet off of the patio smells like gas.

The home and process was pretty good overall. But sadly Erika in the sales office once contracted was MIA. Got my name wrong on the few emails sent and really underwhelming on a 1/2 million dollar home.

Needs better design in some areas.

Good experience but follow up on issues can be slow. Closed 6 weeks ago, but refrigerator is still backordered. Closet rod pulled down nearly 2 weeks ago and still waiting on repairs. Lawn care included in HOA, but have had our lawn mowed for 2 weeks.

Very happy with our purchase. Can't wait to be in it full time

It is a great community and the homes have the right focus for over 55, 2 things could be improved - 1) a more dependable approach to developing closing dates that gives the buyer an early heads up a fixed date. 2) my yard needed a lot of work to get the bumps out and grass growing properly.

Overall good experience. However, now a month and a half latter still have unresolved issues.

I have always been impressed with Del Webb homes. This is the second one that I built. We had good people working with us, but unfortunately due to the Covid-19 epidemic there were delay’s with materials and contractor shortages. Our home was delayed by about two month’s in being completed. My only complaint is in the information sharing process. Our sales rep could have taken the time to send us short messages during the process informing us what she knew about what was being delayed and why. We had 3 different project managers during the building process and never received communication from two of them. Our last project manager, Bill, was excellent in responding to questions from us. He is to be commended for an outstanding job. Our new warranty rep is also very good and he is dealing with small issues that were not addressed during the building stage in a very timely manner. ... From sales, configuration, and build and closing, we worked with a tireless team of true professionals! A special thanks to Bob (sales), Courtney (configuration), Tom (field manager), Barbara (escrow); these are amazingly talented professionals and wonderfully delightful people. Seemlessly linking the thousands of tasks in the new build process, Del Webb clearly demonstrates proficiency. Yes, there was a sporadic covid driven supply chain hiccup or two and regional subcontractor labor pool issues (particularly trim and paint), but overall the build process meet our expectations. It could have easily exceeded our expectations had milling and painting subcontractor teams had more experience. ... More

The sales and design process was excellent. I was living out of state and found it very difficult trying to build while not being in Florida, despite numerous trips to check on progress. . Communication could have been a bit better during the building process to accommodate out of state buyers who could not be there as easily. In the end it all worked out but not without some challenges.

Overall, a very good experience.

Not flexible but they did what they said they were going to do. No surprises.

Beautiful community; quick build, settled on time; lots of amenities with HOA fee; neat app lets you place furniture & manage your interior before you move in.

It takes time to settle in and evaluate the home with what needs work and what you enjoy most about it. I have been fortunate to live in several new homes in the past and can’t help but to compare workmanship. I am very happy with my new place and it already feels like home!
