Overall great value for the money!

We were updated though out the process and the issues taken care of.

We were impressed with our sales representative, Darren McGuinness. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help even when it is not his job. We also were very satisfied with our construction manager, Jacob. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions. Did a good inspection of the finished house prior to closing.

First of all I never give perfect marks, no one is perfect. We enjoyed our experience with the sales staff, we had a good salesman, answered all questions we had at the time, returned all our calls in a timely manner. The construction period could have been handled better in my opinion, nothing serious, every situation is different. Del Webb has been building homes for along time and they have it down to a science, I'm only in my home for a month and we are happy.

The homes are well constructed.

Appliances were poor quality. They broke down very early. Wallboard seams and corners were not done very well. Building expansion and contraction with the seasons caused cracks to appear all thru the condo building. Overall I woould rate the construction and material quality below agerage.

Very responsible and responsive to our needs. Quality materials, Love the amenities that are included.

Overall I am satisfied with my new home in Del Webb Sun City Hilton Head. As far as a well built home it’s hit and miss, some of the work appears to be done by experienced craftsman while other work shows the results of inexperienced overworked migrant workers. These homes are built on a concrete slab which I am told should cure for a month before constructed upon. Del Webb/Pulte starts framing the next day or two after pouring the concrete. I home I don’t pay for that down the road with settling.

Good Builder who stands behind their product

We were given a good understanding of the building process by the builder from the beginning. There were several good reviews prior to the start of the build to ensure we agreed with the drawings and plans. Then, there was good communication throughout the entire build process.

Pulte plans had a lot to be desired, I would like to see they give choice to buyers without requiring them to pay for a package when they only wanted to pay extra for one item. This is not good customer service

Workmanship could be better. Subs missed the mark in some areas. Others excelled

Overall I would say were satisfied. Some minor items weren’t done to our liking. Quality control could of been better. We do love the home! Just the small situation we’re Annoying.

Although these are not custom homes , you are able to make options that make the home more suited to your needs.

some workmanship and materials were subpar and are still not corrected, but i still have trust in the builder to fix the problems in the next few weeks.

Good buyer experience, not perfect but much better than most...would definitely feel comfortable buying from them again.

The schedule provided about two months after signing the Purchase Agreement was reasonably accurate all things considered - weather, shortages of building materials, etc.

Amazed at how quickly the house was built. Just moved in.
