Very responsive - before and during building. Communication could have been better after move in

So far, so good. Great community.

This was our third build in Lakewood Ranch and in many ways the easiest. Very limited options, but we were able to fill things in after we closed. Only problem was the pool builder Coast to Coast who was unresponsive and we had to cancel and do the pool after closing

We love our new Del Webb home! It is a beautiful home and the process was pretty smooth. We would do it again.

I give 3 stars to the Quality of materials and workmanship. While the quality of materials used to build the home itself are excellent, it’s the attention to detail that’s lacking - broken windows installed, lackluster cleaning (minimal attempt made at removing drywall dust off floors before hardwood and tile installation), sloppy final cleaning of windows, etc, tracking mud in on newly-installed carpet and then making no attempt to clean it up, etc), planting millipede-infected sod that was already dead upon installation, sloppy / haphazard exterior paint application... I gave them 5 stars for trustworthiness, because when I asked them to do something, they did it. It just got done haphazardly sometimes. This is where attitude (‘it’s not my house’) and the lack of attention to detail come in... I gave 4 stars to Value for the price paid. While we love our new home, we aren’t happy with being ‘forced’ to go with carpet in the basement when we didn’t want carpet! Or not being able to upgrade appliances or other items after the initial order selection. The Del Webb selection process is simply too restrictive for a home that’s supposed to be ‘custom’. More selections / options are needed... I gave 4 stars to Responsiveness to issues. Again, while everything I asked for eventually got done, it took prodding and repeated badgering to get completion... ... More

This work in progress. I have thus far a few things that needs to be fix. But I decided to wait until my 1 yr inspection takes places.

Home is solidly built and finely finished.

Delivered on time what I purchased in a pandemic. No shortages and that was amazing. My construction foreman jumped through hoops to make it happen. Rating would have been 5 Stars had it not been for the poor paint work that needed much rework.

they fumbled the ball when customer rep did not follow up. constuction manager could have at a minimun made a phone call to insure my needs where being adressed. we moved in on march 9th and after me calling pulte have an appointment on june14th.

From start to finish it was a smooth transition. Our sales person Kodi was just great every step of the way. She had all the answers! The project manager Karl was easy to contact and always returned calls immediately. He was there at every step to explain what and when during the building process!!

Issues were taken care of effectively and in a timely manner.

This was a great experience working with all the different groups(sales, design, mortgage and building construction). All groups were very responsive to questions and concerns.

Very professional sales people. We were well looked after.

They did a good job on my house. The only thing I really didn't like was the landscaping. I wish they'd had a way to upgrade the landscaping from the get go, but instead you have to go after market and make due with plants you probably don't want. There are a few other little things that were inconvenient, but they are not a custom home builder, so you gotta go with the flow. The good part is, they don't charge like a custom home builder either so ...

I recently purchased my house and I am very satisfied with the house. There are a few things that could be improved on....placing of the furnace in the attic isn't the best idea, (was used as a space saver idea but really having a 55+ person pulling the attic ladder down & climbing up the ladder to replace the filter in the furnace needs to be rethought out), also placing the attic ladder in the master bedroom closet was placed extremely close to the clothes rack so blouses,dresses, or pants can't be hung...you have to move them before pulling down the attic ladder, then there isn't any place to hang hand towels or wash cloths next to the sink in the master bathroom. mostly excellent with a couple of blips here and there.

Up grades are expensive. Cable tv has to have a outlet at every location you want a set all is not wireless. Field managers are very helpful.

I would spend more time looking at models and studying what is a available because when get to design center not enough time and becomes overwhelming

All aspects of the house was of quality material

Our sales rep was terrific. As a Realtor myself I appreciated her approach, attention to detail and responsiveness. Our construction manager gets lower marks for lots of promises and less action.

Overall the move has been pleasant A friendly safe neighborhood Most of our needs have been met
