Overall, we are very excited to be in our new Del Webb house and community in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Our experience throughout the process has been very good. Our project manager did a great job in working closely with us to address and resolve any concerns before the house closing. The follow up with minor issues has been handled in a timely manner. We highly recommend our Del Webb community to others,

I love living here. A few minor glitches but finally getting them repaired.

Expectation set of six months to build. Reality was 12 months. I understand this is getting better now. Small issues were taken care of quickly

All in all we are very happy and satisfied with our new home. Our customer care representative has been very helpful.

Our Project Manager was excellent. We lived in a different state while our home was being built and our Project Manager stayed in touch, was very responsive and often sent pictures showing progress.

I think they build to fast and don’t pay attention to detail.

Amy and Jason were attentive to my questions and issues that occurred.

I was an out of state buyer and my site manager Chuck was always there for me. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and was honest when we had a glitch or two, but it always worked out! I am very happy in my new home

It is a beautiful home. We were very happy with the options from which we had to choose and, overall, our service was very good. There were a few hiccups that related to lack of workers or supplies, and we would have been happier if this had been more transparent instead of avoiding conversations. At the end of this process, when a major life event occurred for us, every person on Pulte's staff that was connected to our build was exceptional in their handling of our situation and assistance in making sure our house was perfect for us. Great that the entire Pulte team has been very quick to address our issues...because we have had several. Repairs and replacements when neded have been great. On the downside, we found several things that we'd ordered (and paid for) that weren't installed prior to our walkthru...they've been addressed satisfactorily but I question how these were overlooked by the builder. In sum, despite these issues, we're very satisfied.

Seemless buying experience. Builder was under a lot of pressure from home owners given the material and personnel shortgages. Overall given the circumstances, quality home with long term value.

Alp was very helpful in getting things we needed for the house. Since moving in Megan has been great with warranty issues.

Long process im assuming it had to due with supply chain and then hurricane

The sales staff was great! However the construction build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Two weeks after closing a pipe leak in the ceilingI destroyed one wall completely. It needs to be taken down to the studs, reinsulated, drywall replaced, painted and baseboard replaced. Carpet pad also has to be replaced. The HVAC system is not operating properly. Half the home has air flow, the other half nothing. Also have three large windows that do not seal the properly. There is at least a 1 inch gap in the upper corners between the window and frame. This means the frame isn't square & wasn't shimmed properly. When spending over a half million dollars for a home I expect the quality to be a lot better than what I've experienced. I am not happy! Who inspects the trades work? Apparently no one. ... More

We had a good experience considering this was our first home built from a company as large as Dell Webb. We received weekly pictures of the progress from Vicky, and it was nice since we were from MI. Our construction manager Tom was good about communicating with us, as we understood how many homes he was managing. He was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop on the progress. We feel that once we closed, the communication slowed, and getting assistance was hard. Our fireplace was not working and we ended up just calling ourselves and got things taken care of. The construction was good, however it seemed sloppy. The home was filthy when we moved in, and we had bent screens, scratched glass, and uneven tiles in our guest bathroom. We’re still receiving past due notices from Spectrum regarding our cable, and have tried addressing this on numerous occasions. Aside from those few issues, we feel we had a good experience and are very happy to be a part of this beautiful community! Love seeing the progress on the clubhouse too. ... More

The design center options are too limited and too restricted. I wanted a specific wall tile but I couldn’t pick it for my model which makes no sense since they have the tile. It would be great to add another 10 or 15 feet to provide a 1/2 bath and storage, The design center options are overpriced for the product. I just wish Pulte would give greater consideration to what buyers want and less on what Pulte has decided to offer. The construction manager kept me updated with photos and that was great. The amenities are wonderful and so are social options but more social activities needed for those who are still working. I would recommend Stone Creek but caution to ask more questions during the decision to pick a model, a lot more questions about the options along with full disclosure from Pulte on what is and is not included or is or is not a feature. It is frustrating when inexpensive features are omitted to save Pulte a little money but such features would have been appreciated for convenience or “more finished” look with kitchen cabinets or bullnose tile finishes. To Pulte provide more electrical outlets, without extra charge, and recognize that many cords today have the bulky end which really takes up the entire outlet. And finally, make the half bath standard no matter which model! ... More

I was happy that my house was done on time, but there was a lot of slopiness in the painting, grouting and finishings. I am still waiting to hear back from the Customer Care Manager. It's been about a month since I have heard from him,

Generally happy issue with water leak in yard went from 5000 gallons water one month to 25000 next month. Think has been addressed but been unable get explanation.

The home buying experience seems very simple. Ken in sales very knowledgeable and explained answers to my questions very well. After buying my home, I had come across 3 major issues which doesn't make a person happy. I give Roby, my contact 5 stars in his responses to my issues and helping with contacting the proper people to resolve these issues.

You need to ask questions as to what you would like in your new home. Make a list of the items you prefer and ask if those items are included. If not, can Dell Webb/Pulte add them as options to the home? Some things are too costly to add after the home is completed.

There were a few workmanship issues most of which were addressed in a timely fashion. Delays due to a non-responsive project manager were surprising, but the new person Nathan who replaced them is outstanding and was able to get us into the home on time. Only two pet peeves : standard toilets offered are the low ones which is surprising since this is a 55 and older community ! Similarly, gutters are not included, in an area where there can be substantial rainfall. Overall, we are satisfied. The salesperson Ian is awesome!

A little more attention to detail in construction would have been good. I sure in a lot of instances there was a language barrier which contributed to some of the things that have to be corrected.

The process was well organized and communication was pretty good.

The process for building was efficient. Some of the materials and options could have been better. We enjoyed working with Anthony and Ashley (from Design Center). Both were very responsive.
