We had a great experience working with Jay S. in the Sales Office. We were buying the unit while living in another Del Webb community in Southern California and Jay followed through on our many questions. Since moving in, we've had normal new construction items that have needed to be addressed and Gary L. and Joe R. have been very responsive in resolving all issues. We are in the 4th of 14 buildings to be built here. Building 5 is well underway and the footings for Building 6 are going in now. When complete, there will be 700 units (with far greater than 1,000 residents) and our only fear is that the pool at the clubhouse is way too small for when the complex will be complete. Additionally, the one tennis court and two pickleball courts that will eventually be built will not be enough to accommodate so many active adults. It would be great if Pulte would add an additional pool and more pickleball courts at their expense to truly make this a world-class establishment. ... More

Buyer beware. Rushed into closing before house was ready. Taking forever to get issues addressed. Construction pushes off issues to warranty. Warranty team overloaded and unresponsive to certain problems.

From start to finish, Jerry (sales) helped us with all of our questions and guided us through the process. He also sent us weekly pictures and updates since we were out of state. Although we had three different project managers, Roby helped us through all the final closing, inspections, and last minute repairs. Overall we had a great experience and closed within the time frame that was given to us

Zach our construction manager was easy to work with and kept us posted on all aspects of the new home build.

My sales agent was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and helpful during the entire process. The shining stars in this community for sure. The construction is below my standards for a new home quality build. Communication was good throughout the process but falls short after you close. Getting the building/construction manager or his supervisor to respond to your concerns has been a challenge. When they do it's a brief one-sentence answer and not what I'd call great customer service. There are issues with the home, mostly cosmetic in nature, however, a few issues need to be addressed with the construction/landscaping also. I'm faithful that the issues will be addressed slowly, however, if the quality was there, to begin with, it would be much less aggravating for all involved to deal with after closing. The subcontractors they are using do below-standard work in some cases and they are difficult to communicate with. I understand this is a track builder community, however with the Pulte name and this price point I expected a much nicer quality home and experience. ... More

My experience with my new Del Webb Southern Springs home has been very good. Keith, in the sales office was knowledgeable and addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner. He followed through on all requests and even went above and beyond. My project manager, TJ was exceptional. Probably one of the best experiences in the homebuilding process I had ever had. His attention to detail and his communication skills were stellar. As with any new home, there are always issues to contend with, but I will say Pulte has been incredibly responsive. The entire process of choosing, ordering, and the building of our home was very smooth with minimal stress. The sales office and builder were very quick with relaying information and keeping us up-to-date throughout the building of our home. The builder was very active in every phase of the build, and set priorities that made us feel that we were his primary concern. The sales office remained engaged with us throughout the entire time proving they are not just involved for the sale. We are very happy with our new home, and highly recommend Del Webb!

The entire process was amazing. I had a couple of questions/issues (nothing major) and those were addressed right away. My home is everything I was looking for.

The home was delivered six months after the projected closing date. The ceiling in the gathering room had to be resurfaced and repainted and doesn’t match the original making a house look like it’s not new. Interior workmanship is inferior when it comes to caulking, baseboard millwork, painting, uneven flooring, door mounting, some windows are cosmetically damaged and the frames need repainting. The French doors and entryway doors are not hung properly. All interior windows are missing their interior panels to hide screws. The house was far from being cleaned when we moved in. We had to clean almost everything, countertops, floors, and walls, they were paint splatters over the entire house. Since we were able to visit the job site every day contractors were not held responsible for keeping the jobsite clean as Pulte advertised and placed signs. Food, empty beverage bottles, and general garbage was left on our lot frequently. Quite honestly we were not excited about moving into our new home because of the number of issues that needed to be addressed. I have heard that our issues were pretty common with all the builders in the Port St. Lucie area. This is unfortunate. Our warranty person met us the first day we moved in and has been responding to our concerns. Presently I’m feeling that our issues will be addressed. I feel it’s unfortunate because many of these issues could’ve been addressed during the construction process and could’ve taken a lot less man hours to rectify than doing it after the fact. ... More

The attention to detail is top notch! Our home was built with the newest energy efficiency features and technology to ensure a continued year around comfort while being affordable to maintain. The design and available floorplans have been very well thought out and there is something for everyone's taste and lifestyle. Job well done, Del Webb!

Several options were not available. Did not insulate all garage walls. landscaping was quick and dirty, no care or tight placement of sod. Exterior walls were 2 x 4 construction, not 2x6. Windows were single hung not double hung, not an option. paint seems cheap, comes off with painter tape.

Our home was completed in time as promised. Minor problems have been identified with schedules provided for repair/replacement. We are very happy with the response from Pulte and look forward to a long satisfied relationship.

The sales process was great, and we were kept in the loop during the build. The closing date came unexpectedly as I was told we would be closing much later in the month. The house was not ready for the walkthrough. Doors were still being hung and the house was not finished for our inspection. We're 6 weeks post-closing and 4 weeks after moving in. Customer Care is just now starting to address our issues.

I did not care for the bidding process on lots for sale.

It’s been a frustrating build. There is no communication, no accountability and several issues that should have been addressed before closing. Of course they tell you they will be addressed but they aren’t. Sloppy workmanship of all trades. No one takes pride in their work.

My latest interaction with Pulte was very good. It was a warranty claim. The problem was addressed in about 48 hours. Considerring everything that is going on that is not bad.

We are so happy that we moved into Del Webb Bexley. The amenities here are top of the line and the residents are very embracing. We love the quality of our home! The upgrades that Pulte gives you are so much more higher end than other homes that we had looked at to build. We got so much more for the money! I would definitely recommend our community over others for home purchase.

Overall, everything went smoothly. The finish of the home was delayed a couple of months due to supply issues but that is happening everywhere. The house is beautiful and the construction manager had great attention to detail. I haven't actually moved in yet so I don't know if I missed anything on my inspection but so far, so goood.

The quality of materials is not acceptable for price of home. I purchased a Spec Home, so no upgrades, but thought the basic level would be good quality. The Pulte sales agent was confused at times and did not have answers. The mortgage process with Pulte seemed to have communication issues between hand-offs/departments. The landscaping looks good until you actually check how trees/bushes were planted and discover uneven ground under grass/turf. When you do a walk-thru, take your time and inspect every inch of home. Some items, you don't see until you actually move in and then you have to deal with Pulte customer care (which is very short staffed and overworked due to number of issues from homeowners).
