Very good home buying experience. Had a few issues but they were worked out with some reasonable follow up.

Our construction manager, Spencer, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was responsive and honest and very trustworthy in providing periodic updates. Once closed, our customer care representative, Andy, who is supposed to support any concerns post-closing through at least the first year, just disappeared. After repeated requests for a new person to take over what Andy had started regarding some issues we had with the new house we were infromed about there weeks later that Andy had quit. We were also informed that a new person would reach out to us. Sixteen days since that news was conveyed and we have yet to speak to anyone to assist in our post-purchase concerns. That is unacceptable but since this survey seemed to focus on the pre-closing aspect we wanted to make sure that all credit due was provided to Spencer and our sales representative, Lance, both of whom made this a very pleasurable and seamless endeavor. ... I had been looking for a place to call home and the Del Webb Nocatee fits the bill. Ian was amazing and always will to assist with and out of state buyer and the extra work that might come with that sale. What I struggle is I’m now on my third home supervisor and the home was clearly not as quality controlled and it would have been if there was the same supervisor overseeing the construction. Ben is doing his best to get it up to Pulte’s standards and for that I thank him. Project Manager communication was great. Superintendent & quality control did bot meet up to the tasks at hand, Oven frame not installed left in oven. Oven warranty not with oven package, Had to put your head inside the oven upside down and take a picture on cell phone to complete the warranty information. Quality of microwave, wall oven, bathroom hardware accessories below quality. Laundry room facet cheap. House was dirty, workman sloppy trash left inside home on visit before final walkthrough. HVAC did not have a filter in the A/C unit. Closing process to meet new home buyer with HOA is non existent . Welcome package was picked up at sales office. HOA or sales should meet with new homebuyer and review information for the community. Facebook, community links, tour of the facilities. Very disappointed . Email is efficient but not personable. ... We had an independent house inspector do the inspection before the sheetrock got installed and the final inspection. It was the best insurance we ever purchased. His inspections showed that the quality of construction was good and he tagged everything that needed to be repaired prior to closing. We had three different construction PM's during the building process. All of them seemed competent and easy to work with. Our inspector will also do the 1 year warranty walkthrough when it comes time for that.

Pulte followed their timeline for building and delivered the home within the time frame they originally told us. The process from breaking ground to closing was great! Our construction manager contacted us weekly with updates during the process and sent photos. Pulte mortgage could have been more competitive with their rates as they are in other areas of the country. The sales team changed over during our build so we needed to follow up on some things ourselves. Currently we are preparing our home to move in and are looking forward to living in our new home.

Sales experience was fair, too much pressure on buy it or someone else will, yet still units available. Things not fully explained during sales pitch, such as responsible for landscaping. Once purchase made, builder should provide detailed floor plans, made everything more frustrating when you couldn’t do furniture layout in advance. Build quality good, not great, especially tile work. Closet systems are a joke. Have to upgrade everything to get average quality.

Homes are handled with care but like life, we make mistakes. Look over carefully and voice your concerns so they can make them right.

Overall, my experience purchasing my Del Webb home was a gifting adventure. I had previously been through an arduous home building/purchase attempt with a local builder that left me disenchanted and financially poorer. I’m happy to say, my experience with the Pulte Group and Del Webb have been a Blessing in waiting. Assurances and get it done attitude persisted to allow a quick and easy Closing.

Our new home is what we ordered in most respects. Some flaws are still being attended to as we approach our third month. All of our neighbors are great and have made us feel at home. We love the feeling of community and the variety of activities offered.

Sean was very helpful showing us all the details of the house. He took care of all the little things that needed touch up quickly.

While expensive, once community is finished will be a nice place to live, homes are very nice, clubhouse a plus, practically no maintenance. Residents very nice and welcoming.

My issues where addressed promptly and resolved. Trevor was responsive to my questions and concerns.

Am very happy two major thing so far need to repair like front door kitchen hood under mounting light cabinets was poorly in stall I. Feel they can do a. Better job Value home is good Gordon is a. Very good. Product manager he very knowledgeable very happy with him our walk though is very enjoyable he see things and point it out to repairs Very excellent builder. They. Are on top of things when work Oder is put in to repair

Read the purchase agreement thoroughly. Make sure you understand what is included and what is not. Ask about additional expenses such as lawn care, lawn pest control, home pest control, and termite control. Understand what type of sod you are receiving. Do a complete inspection at walk through and make sure every issue is documented. Do not sign off on any issue before it is corrected. If you do your due diligence, then it will be a smoother and less stressful experience. Overall we are pleased with the process.

My experience is good. I wrote about the issues I encountered and the only one that was addressed was the electrical issue. I have encounter other issues since the waste disposal doesn't seem to work, and my doorbell doesn't ring. When the electrician came to my house he scratced the front door with his ladder when entering the house

Beautiful and hassle free Vacation / Retirement Home. Everything you always wanted and now have.

So far, I have enjoyed my new home. Seems to be of good quality and the neighborhood has many amenities. The HOA is taking some getting used to although they were very responsive on my first request. First home I've owned in 43 years where I do not have control over what I can do from a landscape and decoration standpoint. But I knew that going in.

Project built during COVID so construction was delayed. Communication was very good and the team was very proactive with the owners interests in mind. A good project during a difficult time.

We have had a positive experience.

The buying process was pretty good. The quality is pretty good. The project Manager was vey good.

Carols was the best project man of very intensive, and always answered our calls in timely matter
