The process was well defined, and the Pulte Group works well together in making sure each step of the way you are informed of your options and requirements to keep the process on schedule. The staff does a great job of following up on an issues that arise and resolve them in a timely manner. We are enjoying our new home - we made a great choice with Del Webb!

We recently moved into our new villa in Del Webb Bayview and love our new home! The home building experience was exciting and our field manager Max did a great job keeping us updated and informed of the progress! Our sales person Michelle also stayed involved and helped along the way! There are always a few issues that need to be addressed after move-in and so far Natalie and Joey have been very helpful in getting these things done! Everyone we’ve been in contact with at Pulte has been attentive and friendly, and they truly strive to keep us happy in our new home!

Closed the house on 5/18 with a list of unfinished items. Supervisor wrote the list. Today 6/12/22 no one came or return my messages. Very unhappy with the experience

Overall a positive experience. A few nagging issues, one electrical that I can't seem to get fixed.

The community amenities are great, the build of my home another issue, the trades Pulte has working for the company building these homes should be all fired , start new with people that are experienced in drywall, electrical, plumbing, laying tiles. Should be a no-brained, maybe when the home is completed there might not be a lot of problems wrong. I am not the only one complaining. The meridian club house is awesome, but that’s not where I live, I expected a better finish from Pulte homes.

I moved in with parts of the house still needing last minute touch ups. They were notified & im still waiting months later. I should’ve demanded these things finished before I moved in, but, I was promised they would be taken care of asap, still waiting.. all they do is give me excuses as to why it’s taking so long & tell me that some of the issues aren’t there problem. Many home owners here say the same is happening to them..

Our home is beautiful!!! The same home in Las Vegas is double the price paid. Full CBS construction and high quality finishes. Our Salesman Darren is the best and kept us updated during the construction. Due to supply issues related to the pandemic, our home was delayed by 3 months. Post closing, Frank our construction manager was diligent to complete all issues. Our neighbors are wonderful and we love living in our new Pulte home!

Bret and the team were amazing throughout our transition to life in Del Webb. Every little details was addressed timely and effectively. Bret is a true pro.

Build took longer than expected. Several issues with the roof that need to be repaired after having a Home Inspection done. Was unhappy with the level of service I had from my original Project Manager Thomas, but I was happy with Anthony who help get the build finished and even came by to address some issues after I moved in to the home.

Extremely responsive. Working within the supply challenges all builders are facing, Mike did an amazing job keeping us well informed and managing our expectations!

We’ve been in our home 2 months and still waiting for things to be redone that we’re not completed correctly the first time. This is very frustrating. We were also promised and paid for a high end microwave oven combo. Instead they retrofitted a table too CHEAP microwave in the space and put in a built in oven. We paid $2300 extra and certainly did not get the appliances promised.

We all know now that buying new construction in the middle of a supply shortage is difficult and nerve racking. With that said we are happy with finally being in our home but not at all happy with the amount of time it’s taken Pulte to address issues of repairs and warranty requests. We’ve been dealing with non working appliances, incorrect windows and patio door screens just to name a few. 30 days into living in the home we found some work to be below standards and feel they were simply overlooked to get us to close on the home.

Had 4 different building managers. 2 didn’t give weekly updates. Lack of supervision of subcontractors resulted in poor workmanship requiring redoing of work resulting in delays. Five weeks after closing home remains incomplete. I do like the lifestyle and neighborhood!

Craft workmanship absolutely horrific and rushed into the closing process into a home that was not even remotely close to be moved into. It’s been six weeks since closing and we still have a multitude of craft coming through to try to fix the inadequacies associated with extremely poor workmanship. Also equally as important, the workers in the area that are working on other homes are very disrespectful and continue to blast their music at a decibel level that can be heard inside the home. This is an absolutely horrible situation.

Overall quality of subcontractors work was below average, specifically painting and electrical

Very poor workmanship, large chips in baseboards just painted over, missing trim on bathroom vanity, still have carpenters paper under stove, grout and paint splatter not cleaned up. Just no pride in their work and absolutely NO attention to detail by field managers and inspectors. Not what you would expect for a new home.

Lots of surprise cost that are NOT included and NOT disclosed until you are in home. Once you close you will never hear from anyone. Warranty issues left for months...still waiting! Wrong info and no one will take responsibility. Original Sales Gal was great and then moved.....

I stand by my first review sorry you guys don't like it when someone speaks the truth. One month in and our list of issues still have not been address no call and no show.

Our interaction with the mortgage company and Ms. Wessen in particular was so terrible it caused us to become so stressed out. and the Project Manager was like 22 years old and knew nothing about construction and ruined our floors.

Del Webb continues to have a great reputation that’s why I chose a home here. A few minor issues that warranty department is taking care of.

Punchlist items identified during the walkthrough (by Ron) have either been completely resolved (by Darly) or will be. Overall, a very good experience considering the many negative impacts of Covid, supply chain logistics issues, and extreme labor shortages.

During construction the response to any questions we had by the building supervisor was excellent & so was his response to any concerns we had. Since closing & moving in, the response has been variable - a few have been prompt but several others have been delayed or ignored until we repeat these concerns.

Everything DW provided was at or above my expectations. I am extremely happy with the final product.

The buying process went OK, spent 6 weeks in a Hotel which cost over $6,000. Never once were the VILLAS mentioned and never got help from PULTE as was discussed by 2 different people who knew my situation. Pulte has a good reputation, BUT they are only as good as the craftsmanship!!!! NOT GOOD!! SAFETY.. of individuals as we age I feel is not a consideration. The ELECTRICAL (light switches) are a joke... When you walk into a room for safety in the dark (night) one should have a light switch near doorway that turns on lights in the room the are entering. As medical person this is a major flaw in PULTE'S home electrical designs, NO consideration for safety of those who as they age lose depth perception, develop cataracts, limited peripheral vision. Shame on PULTE HOMES for not addressing SAFETY first in their home electrical design. ... More

Construction and closing was on time. Interaction with the building process via the project manager was a smooth process, the process along the way was well communicated from the mortgage process, to the final closing was as advertised and exactly on time. Quality of the home built was to may satisfaction.
