Mark my agent followed up quickly on my texts and phone calls. Lexavier and Tim also followed up on my calls. Only met them the last month of my buying experience as I purchased a home ready for closing. Even after closing they both quickly responded to my concerns or questions. Overall a 10 out of 10

From the initial sales contact with Gil, to the post-purchase walk-thru, follow-up, and contractor referrals with Chris, the process was seamless. Pulte has so many resources available to help with the actual purchase, which is very convenient for an out-of-town buyer. The community’s amenities and support personnel are top-notch! A very positive experience….I highly recommend.

We have purchased both Lennar and Pulte homes and I find the quality of the Pulte homes to be better. Our salesman and quality control person were exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. Move in inspection was great and they handle all the necessary adjustments. Would highly recommend them to build their next home.

Darren and Frank were excellent. Very responsive and very honest. We were kept well informed during the whole building process. We are very happy with our new home.

Frank and his crew were great. They kept us updated on the building process weekly and we closed earlier than expected. However, we did experience a broken sewer pipe upon move in date. We could not use the water. I called the warranty office and Chase and the plumbers did come through. They had to drill a hole in our Flex room to replace the pipe. We had to spend a couple of nights in a hotel - which we did get reimbursed. They also used the spare LVP to repair the flooring quickly as well and returned the LVP that they used. Great layouts beautiful materials incredible amenities at the clubhouse really nice neighbors

Buying process was smooth and without drama. The technology used by both Pulte homes and Pulte finance were well done and very easy to use.

Water fire lawn set too high. The switch over didn't change the amount of water. My first bill $500.00.

Buying with Dell Webb was extremely easy. It started with the sales agents then to to finance, then design. Dell Webb made so easy they even offered homeowner insurance. It was truly a one stop shop with buying our new home.
