We love our new home! Zac was our sales agent and he did an amazing job. Building and buying our 1st home was extremely overwhelming. Zac made the process much easier for us. He not only provided a detailed timeline, but made himself available throughout entire process. He promptly answered questions and even took pictures for us to see the progress. We're very fortunate for his kindness, knowledge, and guidance. When we did our walk through, there were a few mistakes and fairly minor adjustments that needed to made to our home. Daryl was our warranty supervisor. His customer service was impeccable. Daryl was so kind and thorough. He scheduled repairs right away and tried to have multiple services scheduled the same day to make more efficient repairs. Daryl also ALWAYS followed up to make sure the repairs were accurately completed. His thuroughness assured us we had built and purchased an everlasting, quality home. Now, that we're all settled in, we are loving our new home. This is our dream house and we're so happy to be living in Sun City Mesquite, and that Pulte was the builder. ... More

Home buying and building was fine but the appointment to choose all your decorations was awful . You are not allowed to see the choices in advance, you don't know all the decisions you have to make. It becomes overwhelming. And then you are not allowed to change your choices when you leave the 3 hour meeting. So you end up living with choices made in the spur of the moment and not thought out, what no process to change those choices until the finished home is yours.

Everything was very professional and on time.

Customer Experience (I think that’s his title) was excellent until they moved him to a new project. He’s unable to do much follow-up due to his new duties. My experience with the onsite manager and her team is a travesty. They drag out things needlessly making us jump through ridiculous hoops to get approval to do anything to our homes/yards/etc and we are paying for these improvements! I believe they take joy and make a position for themselves by creating ridiculous barriers. Communication is abysmal from them. I am utterly surprised they still have jobs.

The entire homebuyers experience was seamless. Everyone was helpful and when I was near closing, all my questions were answered and there were no surprises. Phenomenal Staff!!

Totally happy so far.love my house so I have really not gotten out in the neighborhood yet! I feel like I'm on vacation with all the absence of yard work, constant worrying about repairs etc. I do hope to meet some people soon...sometimes that first step isn't so easy. Will see.

The construction is good. Mechanical & plumbing is very good. Outside trim carpenters are just OK. The painters are a little messy, but the landscaping is not very good. Lousy workmanship. Even worse when laying the sod. Worst job on my house and all the others.

We were fortunate to have an excellent Construction Mgr. in Mike Phelan. He kept us updated on a weekly basis as we were over 300 miles away. These homes are not inexpensive and we are very pleased w/ the overall quality. We hired an independent Home Inspector who also kept us updated and advocated for any items needing correction prior to both the pre-drywall inspection and closing. We highly recommend you do the same. We are pleased with the purchase!

Overall, I had a great experience with the building process, and my building manager was absolutely outstanding. The only downside was dealing with Pulte Mortgage, as I felt they were overly picky throughout the financing process.

Everyone we dealt with was Amazing! So Friendly, Knowledgeable and Efficient! The home is Beautiful and they constantly ask if there’s anything we need or any questions we have for them. So Not Use to that Royal Treatment!

I was treated fairly from someone who was very knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered timely. All requests for any issues, which were all small, were taken care of immediately. I love my house. No complaints.

Purchasing our home, we worked with a very knowledgeable team from sales agent to title company. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They were responsive to our needs and always available.

This was a very good experience from start to finish. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and fun to work with. The design center was well equiped to show us options and helpful in making decisions. Durng the buid, Richard kept us informed with weekly updates, including pictures. This was very helpful because we were hours away from the project. At several stages we were invited to come on site to view the progress. Before closing, we had a chance to do a final inspection to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We were also given the information on how and whom to contact if we discovered an issue. Our purchase experience was simply extraordinary from Catherine our sales rep to Chip who was our construction manager. The word no was not in either one’s vocabulary! They were both there for us every step of the way! Our deepest gratitude is extended to both of these individuals! Thank you guys!

Michael was responsive to all our calls with concerns and questions. He was professional and listened to everything we had to say. He also was very kind. He met all our needs. I would highly recommend him. He’s a 10 out of 10! You have a great employee!

The experience overall was good. Once closed I had some cosmetic issues that I was told need to wait till my end of year review, which I felt could have been easily taken care of. Also during the sales process I made my salesman aware as well as the building supervisor of me bringing a freezer for my garage. The movers delivered my freezer and plugged it in. Apparently it was not a designated outlet nor was one installed in my garage. The hot water heater was on the same outlet and I lost all my food. There was no sort of compensation to help recover the cost of my food items (highly disappointed) . I expected my salesman as well as building supervisor to make sure what was needed for my freezer was provided. I am not a electrician, so I would not have known about specifications. ... More

My builder Mike was always available when I had questions. He kept me up-to-date on the process. He gave me suggestions. He found issues even my inspector. My house came out beautiful and I’m thrilled to be here.

Mortgage process was extremely tedious and discouraging to the point I almost cancelled my contract.

This all started with a visit to Del Webb Heartwood we were greeted by Victoria who welcomed us and made us feel right at home she was very pleasant and professional took her time answering all of our questions and concerns gave us detailed information about the community and the surrounding areas we could tell that this was the place for us to be. Once we made the decision to go ahead with purchasing our home we met with our construction manager Aaron who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and was always available for any concerns his communication skills were excellent we were provided weekly updates on the construction process he was always available for any questions or concerns responding quickly and addressing them in a timely manner. The quality of the building process and materials was very high. We’ve been in our home for about 6 weeks now there have been some minor issues that have been resolved in a timely fashion customer service has been very helpful and always follow up with the work being done and to our satisfaction. I am very pleased with the Del webb life style; however, (1) HOA rules should be explained prior to purchase not 2-3 weeks after moving in (2) the quality is less than average when you consider that most of the buyers are used to custom building a home, (3) at the pre-closing you most sign that the home is a100% or you cannot close ( it had and still has issues), (4) getting warranty issues answered (must less fixed is a slow crawl with little response), (5) I have a list of 14 things that need to be fixed (they have completed 1 and 1/2 way completed another). I do understand that they are beginning to schedule in person follow ups with owners at this time. I look forward to getting my warranty concerns fixed. ... More

The initial experience with the realtor Bridget was very favorable and she was very accessible. Our construction manager kept us posted on each step. My disappointment was with the mortgage process with Pulte which was traumatic. There were no instruction manuals for the appliances. When we did have a problem with the dishwasher/garbage disposal it took 3 weeks for plumber to come. In an over 55 community, I was surprised that I had to put in safety bars in the bathroom and pool which should have been standard.

Tylor our home building manager was extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were comfortable with our home purchase. Answering every question we had and walking us through the home explaining the different components of our house.
