We have built seven new homes over the past 20 years and Pulte is one of the best builders! On time, great quality and excellent follow through on warranty items, large and small. The house has high ceilings and feels bigger than it is because of that.The quality of appliances included with the house is excellent. I love the color of the floor and that the rooms don’t have carpet.The house isolation system is good because I don’t hear the outside sounds. The closing process was very good and we were attended by professionals. I feel very safe in this community and absolutely recommend Del Web and their houses.

The house we purchased was a "show" house, and when I hired my own Home Inspector, he found several "minor" infractions he thought the builder would gloss over and consider "cosmetic" and not repair. Tom was our construction manager and he fixed everything, I mean everything. He was awesome!!
