Sales Agent listened to our desires for our next home following our tour of the models. She made a few recommendation based on her knowledge of the model, the input we provided and identified a couple she thought best fit our desires.

Not going to lie, buying a new build can be very stressful. you think it will be easy because you get to pick what you want but that is the hard part. Upgrades are not cheap other builders include things this builder does not and vice versa. Highly recommend having an inspector come with you with each walk-through you will miss things and after you moved in it takes a bit to get things fixed if needed or if even whether it’s determined part of warranty or not. But overall the house is pretty, would prefer a different lot but of course everything cost more. The community is great and overall so far Del Webb has been accommodating. ... More

Many issues will left unresolved I truly feel the home is not finished

Process went very smoothly with no surprises and no unexpected delays.

I moved from out-of-town and felt that the builder's team kept me very informed of the progress during the building process. I hired a 3rd party pre-drywall inspector who found several construction items needing correction, and the building team was great about making the corrections. However, I do have some walls and windows that are not aligned and wish I had spent the extra money on a better quality paint, especially on the woodwork. The process took several months longer than expected, but that is not the builder's fault. The follow-up team has consistently responded in a timely manner to items needing attention. Disappointed in quality of build and amount of time spent trying to get something repaired. Several big issues that need to be taken care of along with numerous cosmetic ones too.

I did not have a good experience with Pulte. Non of the vendors that I had to work with followed through with what they said they would do in the timeframe they communicated to me. Emails were not sent when they said they sent them. Too much BS. Vicky and Tim worked their butts off trying to get things right. They were penalized by incompetent others who did not do their jobs. Bonuses are dependent on high evaluations so neighbors I have talked to gave higher evaluations then they wanted to in order to get bonuses to people. Don’t be fooled by high marks.

Everyone from Pulte seemed to make our experience as smooth as it could be considering the constantly changing market. It was like our satisfaction was important to them.

The sales experience wasn’t the best. My original sales person was transferred to another community and I was assigned another person to oversee the details after I had signed my contract. There was a lot that slipped through the cracks. As a former design center consultant for another builder, I thought the Design Center prices were on the high side with little flexibility to change things on my spec home that I KNEW could be changed. Been there done that AND Pulte could have done better! And when the sales department rushed me to close way earlier than expected it became a fiasco. My home was not cleaned upon my arrival. Multiple repairs not done. The response from Elaine in sales was wonderful. She facilitated help from construction manager Ron who responded right away and had Steve meet with me to help. Ron and Steve are also great and really helped me. I am meeting with the warranty team, as my backsplash needs to be replaced due to numerous incorrectly installed glass tiles. There are several other installation issues that Ron is helping me to correct

Eleven months after first starting construction, our new home is still not finished. Getting things done has been extremely difficult. Communication is non-existent. Phone calls, texts and emails go unanswered. An extremely frustrating experience and had we known, we would have looked elsewhere.

Good experience, the finished home was great. The project manager did a good job with getting minor items corrected after we moved in.

We are very satisfied overall with our home. Our builder was always very responsive and was able to answer all our questions and address any thing we brought up. Our sales person, however, did not always tell us the truth but skated around Our questions at times.

We understood that because of all the supply issues taking place our home building experience would be a struggle. Our building manager, Jesse, did a great job of handling everything and issues that developed. Jen, our sales manager, was a true gem that helped us when we had real issues. Our biggest problem was when upper management informed us 2 days prior to our "non negotiable" walk thru and closing dates that they would be delayed. Jen and Jesse jumped in to help us get in our home on the date promised.

Love our home. Took longer to build than expected, but once in everything is fine.

He was our construction manager and a gem. Your company is lucky to have such a passionate, knowledgeable and skillful worker. I wholeheartedly value his knowledge and his attentiveness at every phase of our construction.

I feel this is a quality home but they closed too early there were a lot of things not finished or not cleaned properly

I can’t say enough good things about our field manager. Building from 1500 miles away was stressful but Max kept in touch weekly with texts and pictures of progress. Always patiently answered our questions putting our minds at ease. The end product was amazing!

Daryll kept us up to date on the progress of our new home build. Jermain stepped in for our owner's walk through and was very thorough and delightful.

Excellent construction manager,Brian,and Warranty Manager,Jason. Minor issues in home,taken care of promptly. Couple of issues on block,response slow,but promise was given to rectify in reasonable time. Lived in home for one month. I will follow up in time.

Look through everything know everything about your lot and any impact you will have with on going construction. Storage of equipment, materials etc. You will live with many inconveniences for potentially years. Get some compensation up front for it.

I love my home don't get me wrong. The quality of workmanship is gone. I've been here for 2 months & my cabinets have fallen apart. The concrete front porch is cracked so badly that it needed to replaced before I moved in. Filling the broken chunks of concrete makes both the front porch & back patio look cheap & worn out. For how much this house cost, everything should have been perfect. I can't believe some things passed their inspection because they didn't pass mine--like crooked window trim, missing paint or paint where it shouldn't be (like on windows). Also what's shown in the model is not what you get. The models need to be updated to reflect included product availability. ... More

Excellent experience with sales person and very good with construction supervisor. House seems to be well built both foundation and structurally. Fit and finish below average with excessive issues on drywall work and poor quality painting. Also substandard cabinetry and engineered wood flooring. Had several instances of subcontractors damaging concrete, windows, walls, cabinets and countertops. Pulte Construction follow up is okay, but punch list items are many more than we expected.
