overall, I received lots of communication about the house building process. my questions were always answered till understood what I was asking. It may be just the climate of building houses nowadays with everything very rushed. I wasn't happy with the painters or paint that was used, and the concrete work could have been a little neater.

I would stay in close contact with builder and the process. So there are no surprises .

Overall, we were happy with our buying experience and are happy with our home. The quality is better than some other homes we have seen built in the area. Communication from the builder could have been better. For example, if you want to get your mortgage from someone other than Pulte, make sure to ask what information they need and when. We felt like we were forced into a mortgage with Pulte Mortgage, although the rate was very good. Pulte Mortgage is difficult to work with. When it was time for our appointment for upgrades and choosing color schemes, we were only given partial information ahead of time so we felt pressured to make quick decisions on those things we had no information on and would have chosen differently if we had the needed information beforehand. Upgrades are more expensive than they should have been, in my opinion. Also, we payed for dedicated 20 amp outlets in the garage. 20 amp lines and breakers were put in, but we only got 15 amp sockets. We were told they can’t or won’t fix that. Our home came with a wet bar option. We wanted the cabinets, but no sink and were told that wasn’t possible; yet the neighbors were allowed to eliminate the sink and get the cabinets in their home. Why the difference? So a buyer needs to work hard to make sure they get what they really want. The landscaping and sod leave a lot to be desired. I would recommend having an outside inspector inspect the home before purchase and at 11 months. Pulte is more likely to fix the things in the inspection report and the inspector will often find things the buyer misses. The way they hurried to finish the home at the cost of quality and finish was disappointing. There are days worth of work yet to be done to fix the problems with the home. The attention to detail is not what it should be and is definitely not what I expected out of a Pulte Home.

They are vertical integrated which can be a bonus depending on the team

My Field Manager was very good. During the building process he responded quickly to my questions and concerns. After I closed and moved into the house, he continued to follow up on tasks that still needed to be completed. The warranty people have also been quick to respond and correct flaws.

We had exceptional support in the buying and design process. We also really appreciated the open communication on supply chain issues. The open communication lead to satisfactory resolution.

Point people all along the way were attentive. The only thing that was a small concern was the rotation of the Supervisor position. We has 4 Supervisors in a 8 month period

Our project kept us up-to-date on all phases of the build.

They did a great job during very difficult times. I’m still waiting on a range hood that seems to be in huge demand everywhere else. But, otherwise I am extremely pleased with my new home.

I sent a list of items that were not done or were missing and they worked through the list very timely and made sure I was updated as things progressed.

The building experience overall was great we were at the house every day. My only complaint was with the design center. There were many options that were not even mentioned and were not found out until too late. This was very disappointing. I would recommend that future buyers are given a check off list so they know what is standard and optional. Also at the sales office, a computer mock-up of the home In color would be very helpful so you know what you are buying. We did not know the actual color design until the home was completed. Pay attention to details to avoid scheduling issues.

The design of the units are not only functional, but interesting, and offer a wide variety of choices. The landscaping thus far has also been quite appealing.

At final walk thru all punch list items were addressed and told would be corrected prior to closing. None were completed. Upgraded Appliance package was not installed and we were not advised of it before closing. We had to ask about it afterwards. Still waiting on them to arrive. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. Gas line stub for BBG was not installed. When they came back they installed it in wall but never hooked it up in crawl space to main gas line. Rush to finish without good followup.

Applying for Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. We closed 2 months ago and some necessary basic building issues have not been completed.

The quality & craftsmanship is on par with other builders I've worked with.

There are some annoying issues that are below expectations and so unnecessary, but overall, they are a fair and reputable company.

The process was pretty straight forward. The communication was great from start to finish. Our site supervisor did as good a job as you can with the lack of workers in this environment. We are confident we have a great built home but have only been in for a month. Our biggest complaint was the lack of attention to detail on the finished product. Felt like corporate was in a hurry to close and the site supervisor was being pushed to close. I had to give a lower Value for price pain because the market is just ridiculous right now and the cost of building supplies is through the roof.

Overall quality is great. Due to shortages, delays were hard to swallow. Once house was closed, a couple of issues arose that I felt Pulte did not come through as expected.

The build process was smooth for the most part. Once moved in, we discovered the dish washer was fully installed without a power cord. It took 4days to get one along with the final microwave. We are still waiting on the trim kit after closing a month ago. In spite of that, del Webb has been very responsive and staff very helpful and friendly!

The process went well from the offer to purchase thru closing. The team we worked with always kept us informed and was good to work with.

Tried to keep everything on track with suppliers and workers

This is a beautifully landscaped community. There are miles of paved walking trails throughout the community.
