Love our new home, but have found several workmanship issues. I have been told that we should have had an independent inspection prior within ten days of taking possession. I'm hoping to have our issues resolved soon, but according to neighbors, it will take several months.

Someone should have also mentioned that our front patio would not be finished. How do we know that if nobody tells us. We should have been kept up to date on the progress of our house instead of responses like ' We can't even make a guesstimate '. Poor communication or no communication.

Del Webb/Pulte does some things very well, some things not so much. Overall, I’m satisfied.

I know Pulte Homes is a production builder and NOT a custom builder but a little flexibility on Pultes part would not hurt their "bottom line" and allow the buyer to make small changes (which the buyer would be happy to pay for the change).

We love the Hill Country Retreat!

The workmanship should have been much higher quality than what we received. Paint splatters on the floors were everywhere throughout the house. Tile work was poorly executed. Doors are not hung properly. Moulding around door frames and cabinets are cut short leaving big gaps. The sliding glass doors were not installed properly and leaked during the first rain storm. Bugs were constantly entering the house due to the glass doors not having insect barriers installed. I could go on but I will run out of room. We have been in the house for over a month and nothing has been corrected. I go through the proper process of reporting things that need to be repaired, but we have not received any response as to when the repairs will be made. It has been 6 weeks since I closed and I am still waiting for the issues documented at closing to be fixed. I have gaps in siding, missing trim on cabinets, but the main issue is my property/yard is a hazardous mess of construction trash. I get no response regarding landscaping schedule and clean up, despite emailing sales manager, construction manager or warranty manager. I was made promises that prompted me to close on an unfinished property and now I am being ignored. The building process was the same, no communication about delays unless I was constantly emailing for follow up.

My Salesman was good and responsive when I needed him. The project directors were also easy to work with.

The salesperson kept us updated as to the progress of our home with bi-weekly pictures. We are pleased with the design of our home, but extremely disappointed with the workmanship of finishes such as baseboards, doors and paint. We closed on our home without the over/microwave combination due to supply issues. It would have been a nice gesture if Pulte had given us a counter microwave to use until they could install ours. We are in a construction zone while other homes are being built. It would be appreciated if the various construction crews cleaned up their areas before leaving to minimize the building debris ending up in our yards. Honestly I haven't met one person in Del Webb that has had a positive experience with outstanding issues that need to be addressed in their home. The comments leave me to wonder how long it will be before our issues are addressed.

We are leaving California today for our new home in Arizona even though we’ve been able to see it a couple times we are so excited and ready to get comfortable and to know the area and Del Web AZ been wonderful

We are still waiting on matching windows. We are waiting on screens. Some windows have 6 pane grids, some have 4, some have none. Don't match, upper and lower. We do not see variety grids on other homes. Don't know why HOA/ Architectural Review Committee allows errors as such when they are sticklers on remodel application. Sloppy work. Had styrofoam in icemaker. Had plastic wrap INSIDE disposal. Fixed myself. Sink still does not drain well. Sink drain pipe slants INWARD. Gouges in garage concrete, they "will" fix. No magnetic catch on shower doors. They "will" fix. Front, garage door and back door did not have good closure, fixed myself. You could see daylight. Microwave surround and range vent hood had scratches/dents. Replaced by Whirlpool. They are working too fast and not learning from past errors. The dryer vent was corrected before we arrived. Garage overhead door is cheap, noisy. We had requested all brushed nickle hardware, faucets. Sink was chrome. Replaced myself. All quality cupboards/drawers these days should be soft close. Windows should be tilt-in so you can wash them. Ask me again in 2023. ... More

Definitely a good experience. They informed me at every stage of buying and constructing. I trust the Dell Webb brand name.

We expected little, received even less

After our purchase and final walk through we found some issues we didn't see during the final walk through. Our bad, I admit. But when they are clearly the result of poor workmanship/installation/attention to detail, they should still be corrected. All we got was "you should of noticed it during your walk through"

Our home was purchased approx 60 days ago and we have had and still have quality control issues. Lack of communication and follow up definitely an issue. Tired of hearing we are to busy and don’t have enough help and Covid-19 as excuses. Slow down the process then and pay attention to what is currently going on and address them accordingly.

Great selection of models to fit all needs. Loads of options to choose from. Staff we dealt with throughout the process were great.

We had a great experience working with Cody and Catherine. In view of the current market conditions there were challenges with the supply chain and getting the project completed on time. Cody and Catherine kept us apprised of the progress and they continue to stay in touch and have been a pleasure to work with.

The price is high, however - this is Northern Virginia and all homes are over priced. Just moved into Carter’s Mill and love everything about it so far.

No attention to detail. Poor customer service, poor communication.

The experience went very smooth

Home generally built with good quality however there are certain items that are just not 100% and need fixing. Almost feels like a rushed job.
