Overall performance is dragged down by the low quality of construction workers employed, which is unfortunately typical in Texas. This brings the build quality down and increases the number of issues that must be addressed after the closing on the home. The builder representatives I encountered were excellent and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience from start to finish on our new Pulte home. From the sales associate, through the design consultant, to the construction manager, every one was top notch and made the entire experience very easy and pleasant. We have built a number of new homes over the years, and this one went the best and we could not have asked for a better experience!

Sales person shouldgive more in Salesperson should give more detail info on does and don'ts before 2 days before closing. Should be given at contract signing day. More follow up. Just want sell and move on to next customer.

Del Webb Homes RE: Our new Del Webb home I thought that I would write to you about my recent experience in purchasing a new Del Webb home in the Sunbridge Community, Orlando, Fl. The first encounter with Sunbridge was meeting Chris B.. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the home buying process. He showed us many models, and we settled on the Renown. My wife Joyce and I feel that Chris is a star, and hopefully he will continue to guide people thru the process. The next portion of the home buying process was the Design Center. We feel that this is a weak point of the process. Although the choices are available to preview online, they are not good pictures, and some choices are not available. The process was confusing. We felt rushed and that the 3 hour allotment was simply not enough time to make the number of choices we had to make. We were told that we had to make all of our choices then and that they could not be changed. It was very stressful to say the least. Unfortunately we were not allowed to make some simple changes that we thought would be helpful. i.e. moving a garage sink, moving a garage electric outlet. Buyers should be asked if they want electric outlets in the middle of a wall to allow for hanging TVs. The door to the pantry doesn’t make sense, as it opens into the pantry, cutting off space. Also, it would have been great to be able to flip the house layout. Currently our lanai faces the neighbor’s lanai. Very small space between houses. Our next step was meeting with our construction manager, Ashton T.. Ours was her first house to manage, so we were both on a learning curve. To say that she was outstanding would be an understatement. She is personable, knowledgeable, and simply a joy to work with. Her communication with us was always prompt. Her knowledge of construction was very helpful throughout the process. We never worried as we knew that Ashton would take care of anything that came up. She is another star in your company. My wife and I have built several homes, and have had many mortgages throughout the years. We must say the Pulte mortgage left a lot to be desired in a mortgage company. Not only was there poor communication, we felt that they were not listening to our concerns. We would be asked the same question over and over, as if they did not hear our answers. They asked for so many items concerning our finances, some seeming rather trivial. We received many phone calls concerning our existing home for sale,. We felt it was not appropriate for them to continue to call with the questions. We went with Pulte mortgage because of the incentive offered, but we would be hesitant to use them again. The property insurance through Pulte was another concern. We thought there should be better communication between Pulte mortgage and Pulte Insurance, but there was none. Workers keep cutting my internet lines.

I keep finding electrical plugs that don’t work. Builder responsive but I should not have to deal with it. Caulking and in chipped tiles bathrooms. Window in laundry room doesn’t close. Sliding class door won’t always lock, etc

The home buying experience was positive, and our builder representative(Marvin) was very kind\good. We have been in now for a little over a month, and are surprised and disappointed with the quality and workmanship of the finishes. It appears that "speed" was more important than quality, finished, product. In addition, we have just had to call the customer care line as ALL of the toilets\drains\tubs\showers have backed-up. Not the first impression we were hoping for.

We really love the home design of our home and Alex is a great project manager. However, the quality of the workmanship is below average across the board. The electrical contractor, in particular, was horrible. We had many issues with their work during construction and continue to find electrical issues now that we live in tbe house. In addition, nearly all walls are not plumb and none of the corners are 90 degrees. This causes a lot of issues when doing projects such as closet and pantry upgrades. In general, I feel like the workmanship of our home is sub-par and feel like we will have multiple issues to deal with as the home ages. Not very confident in the Pulte quality build process. ... Ron did made sure we were involved in the process. As questions came up he was readily available and easy to access. He also went above and beyond as we moved into our beautiful new home.

Great home for money spent. Overall a good experience. A few issues. Issues were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. Construction manager is great to work with. Really like all of the upgrade options Pulte offers. A really nice neighborhood to live in.

Our home was already built so we didn’t pick any options. However, we are very pleased with our new home and this community! Neighbors and the amenities are amazing. Our construction manager Xavier was extremely helpful in all areas and the steps in our journey to closing. He is a very helpful, detailed professional who takes pride in his work! When some functionality issues occurred after we moved in, the process to report the problems and the quick responses and resolutions by Lacy have been exemplary!

Have bought and built many homes in the past. Construction manager seemed under pressure whenever we met. He did a very good job, especially in the quality of the build. Communication primarily only came from him. We did receive a couple messages from what appeared to be senior management asking if we had any issues. Twice I responded regarding a finance issue and asked for a response-never received one .

Cole was very attentive and answered. Our questions promptly, even on his days off.Eric was very informative about the construction process. Some meeting were in person, via text or phone calls. Every concern was handled very quickly. Eric took great pride in building a quality home.

I was able to walk through my home on October 3rd, and after several emails and calls with various people including, Vickie, Elaine, Kari, Garrett, Christopher, Mackenzie, and Lora I was handed my keys on October 29th by Jack! The design is beautiful, the price was exceptional, and the responsiveness of individuals throughout this process has been outstanding! One thing that I was told and reminded myself throughout the month was to trust the process and if I had any questions to just ask. Everyone was more than happy to help and I am living a dream!

Best experience ever! From start to finish the entire team we worked with were amazing - Diane, Allyson, Dustin, Garrett, and Dawn. All of our questions were answered quickly and accurately both by email and text. We were kept well informed of our home each step of the way. Now that we are in our new home, I can assure anyone the quality of this home is exactly what we were promised.

We moved here from out of state and very much appreciated the weekly updates provided as well as the quick response to our questions. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and a pleasure to work with

We were very impressed with the overall experience, our home is well built and the crew was very nice to work with, Daniel was very helpful and responsive to our needs and concerns.

The Sales Team and Service Team were / are great. Very helpful and customer service oriented. I purchased a completed Mainstay model. Here are a few cautions: The coverage of the tiled area in the Master Walk-in Spa Shower is insufficient. Water splashes onto unprotected drywall and wood molding. Pulte refused to correct it as it was "built to plan." Light switch in the Master bath is mounted several steps inside adjacent to the sink. At night you have to "feel your way" into a darkened bathroom to turn on the light. The steps inside the garage are a trip hazard, especially for older residents. The entire wall inside the garage that connects to the house has no electrical outlets. My home was already built and "move-in" ready, so I didn't have an opportunity to correct these issues. If you are considering a Mainstay model, be mindful of these issues and seek to correct them during construction. ... More

The builder (Clinton) and the sales rep (Katy) were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They were both informative and responsive. The builder provided weekly updates, including update pictures on the progress of the building of the house, which my wife and I looked forward to every Friday! Terrific service!

This community is very welcoming and the homes are beautiful with the landscaping well maintained.

This experience was positive the entire time. Communication through their website and pictures was welcomed as I was in another state as the home was being built. the quality is excellent. Questions were answered quickly and changes from initial plan were easy to modify overall a great experience.

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. The house turned out beautiful. Closing was easy and met all our expectations. After a month of living in the house we found a few minor things that needed to be repaired. We contacted Daryl and repairs were done in a timely manner. This is our second home built by Pulte and I noticed a big difference on improvement with customer service and communication during the construction phase and post construction. We could not be happier.with the entire staff of the Del Webb homes. From start to finish, choosing our lot with Elisa to our walk through with our project manager David. Any questions we had were promptly addressed and we're taken care of. We could not be happier than to be a proud owner of a Pulte Home in the Del Webb community in Lathrop Ca. Thank-you to all.
