Our sales manager Mike was fantastic from the beginning and made us feel very welcome, our field manager communicated with us almost weekly every step of the way and because we were seven hours away, we were unable to see the process unfold, it was nice having the communication from start to finish, an extraordinary experience!

Not transparent. Discovered that other alternatives were possible and I was driven to conclusions that were not optimal.

Pulte has nice floorplans and offer some very nice features with the houses that they sell however, the quality of Much of the work is subpar and very disappointing. For one example, three weeks after moving into my house (I moved in on April 4 ) I noticed water damage at the base of my kitchen island. I suspected it was the dishwasher leaking and immediately discontinued using it. The following Monday morning, I reported it to Pulte’s Customer service line (two weeks ago) and have since sent them three emails explaining the situation. Last week, when I phoned the customer service office, I was instructed that the emails were passed onto the customer service manager for my district, Jeff, but I have not gotten a single communication from Jeff. I have been washing dishes by hand for two weeks and nobody at Pulte cares a thing about it. The only communication I have received about the situation, which did not come from Jeff, is that Pulte doesn’t install dishwashers so it is whirlpool’s problem. Well, Pulte may not install dishwashers but due to special circumstances, they did install this dishwasher on the morning of my walk-through. They didn’t even bolt the dishwasher to the frame. After moving in, before I could use the DW, the building supervisor’s assistant, Kyle, had to come over here and bolt it down. This is Pulte’s mess that they refuse to acknowledge. This is the first time in 40 years that I have had to wash dishes every day by hand. Pulte has set me back a half a century! In addition, I have electrical problems in my ceiling lights and in my living room outlet. I have weatherstripping on my garage door that is coming apart. Pulte has been aware of these problems for two weeks and has not responded. Oak craft did finally come through with the missing cabinet door but that is the only satisfaction that I have received since moving into this house. Shame shame shame on Pulte! ... More

I don't have any complaints on the building and purchasing process. While moving in, there is a requirement for movers which cost me little more. Except that, I have good community, quite life. I'm satisfied.

We received our home in great condition

Because we have a punch list still in progress I was reluctant to complete the survey. My responses are therefore hedged a bit. Still amazed that drawer and cabinet pulls were not included, nor were ceiling fans. Ultimate resolution of our punch list will determine the final quality and value answers.

It was five days short of a year from buying the house to closing on the house. Supply problems worker shortages and other factors all contributed to the problem. Pulte did a good job considering all these externalities and it would be hard to have expected a perfect experience. We’re glad to be in our new house and look forward to living here a long time.

Overall given the labor and supply shortages we are satisfied with our home. One big issue we have is from when they did stucco for the home except for the area around the sliding glass door and kitchen window because those windows were delayed and they wanted to move forward with construction. We were concerned if the stucco around the missing areas would blend if it was done later. We were assured it would and you wouldn't see a difference. That is not the case you can easily see the difference and even though they tried to work on it after it is still very noticeable that the stucco around the SGD does not match the rest of the wall on the back. Frustrating and disappointing because we paid a lot of money for a new home so it would look new and not like something had been repaired and didn't match. On a positive note, our Construction Mgr. communicated with us throughout the entire process and always answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We are impressed by the Quality of the construction of home. Vincent & Mike kept up us up to date on building process in these 10 months & completion came in on time. For the small details not completed Ashleigh has done a great job with tracking down tradesmen to complete. Very happy with new home. Although the price was higher than we anticipated we recognize that this is the Florida market at this point.

Jake was available and did professional walk thru. All defects were corrected in a timely manner.

The sales process is very deceptive. When you choose a particular package you are not sure what it would look like without the package. All the models are so highly upgraded that you can’t see what your home will look like without the options. Especially with the kitchen package options. This area needs improvement! The workmanship is shoddy. They go through and manufactured homes so quickly that they don’t take pride in their work.

The building experience was pleasant, however after the walk thru seems like we were just pushed to the wayside. No follow thru and very hard to get things corrected.

We are now happily living in our new home. Wish it hadn't taken over 6 months.

Local Sales office was responsive and trustworthy; however, they had no authority to address our issues. We were treated rudely by the construction lead during a field inspection. The specifications for the laundry cabinets were conflicting and led us to believe we were getting something we never received, and after traveling 80 miles to the design center we were given an insulting $300 gift card to make up for a $6k mistake. We were not informed that we would be closing without an oven until a few days before. There was never any follow up on this issue, only when we pressed the City of Mesquite did anyone contact us. We are still awaiting confirmation of an oven being delivered. The sales office and the workers are terrific. It is the management and the poor communications between design-sales-construction that is the core problem. The construction sites on our street look trashy and there is frequently debris flying around in the wind. We have had to take two nails out of our tires and replace a tire ($300) because of a gash caused by a piece of metal we ran over at night. We really do like the home but again the overall experience has been negative, very unlike the customer-focused and positive experience we had six years ago when we first built here in Sun City. Overall, our process was very satisfactory. Materials and fit and finish were very good. We have built 6 homes and this experience rated high on the list. Be sure to make sure you cover all deficiencies prior to closing. After closing little things are fixed. We have a major situation and it proving to be harder to remedy.

Could have been much better. Completion date was over 3 months later than what was shared upon purchase

Bobbie your sales person was an amazing person to work with us. She definitely makes you guys look good. Joey our Project Manager also was excellent. They both knocked it out of the park.

Great experience from start to finish!

The buying process was fantastic!however the number of defects in workmanship after closing began to show up frequently. Some have been repaired by Pulte, some have not, including a large chip on the bathroom sink top.

Disappointed! Things were not completed by my closing date of March 18,2022 and they knew I had to close by that date. And I signed the contract on May 8,2021 !! Still waiting for completion and backordered Whirlpool appliances!!

Pulte as the rest of us and the world have been put in an unprecedented situation with COVID, shortage of skilled labor and supply chain issues. We will not mask the fact that there are issues.. Lack of ownership from sales to customer service could be addressed. Pulte uses the current world circumstances as a crutch.

We for the most part are pleased with our home, it’s amenities and location. There are still many unresolved issues and appointments to resolve cabinet concerns, carpet stains have not been honored. Waiting around for no shows has been very discouraging. Grading evaluations are pending as well as window alignment and truss gusset repair.

Pulte mortgage procrastinated in locking in my rate for two months resulting in the interest rate jumping .625 percent, costing me over $400 a month.

This was our second home in Stone Creek. Our first home was trouble free and only took 5 months to build. This second home took 10 months to build and was fraught with multiple contractor problems. We definitely would not build another home with Pulte under current conditions with subcontractors.

lots of contradictory information was given to buyers. Some were offered things others were not even made aware of. I was lucky and worked with Siobhan and she was great and attentive and knew her stuff!!
