Beautiful home; however, much of the finish work was sub-par: cracked tiles, sloppy painting; uncleared grout throughout the home. Del Webb rep, Eliot, has been great to work with and is resolving all issues.

The pace from structural decisions through the design phase is very fast and can be overwhelming. The lack of information on the electrical layout (e.g. lights, switches & outlets) creates issues at the rough-in inspection that could be avoided with more details at the structural phase.

House is nice. Only negative is price of upgrades

Lacking in attention to details like trim work, light fixtures. Once notified, very good at fixing the problems.

Recommend a home inspection be done during or after construction

I love our home but it has some minor issues and I have sent a text to our person who is supposed to respond its been almost 1.5 weeks and still no response.

if you deal with the right people from the company, all goes well. Check with residents and friends also who may be familiar.

Process was easy from sales with Dustin through build with field manger Brice. Always had guidance and questions were answered quickly. Love my new home

My wife and have only been in our home for 6 weeks, and had less minor “fixes” than some of our neighbors. I attribute that to our construction manager Jerry Little. He caught most of the minor problems and had them remedied before we moved in. He has also been very responsive to get the post move in problems fixed. As far as value for the money, the buyer high demand has allowed Pulte to set their prices, especially the options, a little higher than warranted. But that is the cost to moving into a vibrant retirement community. In summary, my wife and I are glad we moved here. Our neighbors great and fun. Overall the experience had been good

Lots of paint to touch up on walls, cabinets and trim. Just looks like they rushed to finish. Chips in tile backsplash.

Good Overall

The house, in general, appears well made; but the options were disappointing, diminishing the overall value, such as: 1) Tankless Water Heater provided with no recirc pump wasting 30,000-40000 gallons of water per year waiting to heat up for shower. Had to spend $2700 to replace it with efficient model. 2) Whirlpool Appliances are horrible, poor functioning, non intuitive - common complaint in community 3) No or one ugly selection of Brushed Nickle faucets or bath fixtures. Had to go with chrome. Large master bath has two 8" wide towel racks in main area and one 24" towel rack in toilet room. Could have easily fit a 24" next to sink and a towel ring next to shower. Have to sling towel over shower door. In Common bath there is on 8" towel rod - barely large enough to hang toilet paper 4) No Gutters - rain runs off flat roof over rear patio like your on the inside of a waterfall. Love my new home. Move in during Covid 19 was a bit complicated. Make sure to get construction manager commitments in writing or completed prior to closing.

We love our new home. It’s just what we were looking for. The work in the home didn’t quite live up to our expectations though. There is grout on the floor, tiles and cabinets in the master bathroom. The floor molding in areas wasn’t painted very well.

Solid construction but a little sloppy with fit up. No major issues and customer service team was responsive to address issues.

Overall went very well. Excellent construction supervisor. Challenges include long lead time for input of design choices; limited appliance options; and limited interior paint options. Mortgage process went well but closing did not go well.

Check your home against your order to make Sure it is right as we had major things we ordered missed like fan rough ins missing the wrong toilets installed

There are definitely things I would change in this house. For example, the shelves in the kitchen cabinets are too high and I am unable to move them without help (which I don't have). I will have to hire someone to do this for me. The linen closet is tiny and will not accommodate towels. But overall I really like this home.

Cleanliness and finish work were less professional than I expected. A large number of paint splatters on wood floor, circles of paint on floor where paint can was set. Food flooring has flaws. Window sills, bathtub, sliding glass door tracks and other areas dirty. Front door not properly set. Gap under door lets wind howl through the house. Problems reported 4 weeks ago and work orders issued but not yet corrected

Like layouts of homes

I love m house as far as the design, room sizes and responsiveness wrh our project manager. What is a huge disappointment is the finish work. We paid extra to have the craftsman’s package and expected the woodwork to be very attractive. There are so many things wrong with the trim that it’s embarrassing for people to see. Corners with large gaps, painting over nails that aren’t countersunk, rough and messed up wood; sloppily painted, just to name a few defects. I’m very happy with Mike for trying to get these defects corrected. Hopefully whoever comes here to repair the items is the best finish guy you have. As far as value: way too much for the lots which jacks the price of the home up. But, we knew going in, that the price was very expensive. I hope to be able to enjoy he amenities we are paying for but can’t use because of covid-19. I’m telling you all of this so you would do better. Be particular, keep up quality

The sales staff were supportive. Showed me many options to help me feel comfortable choosing a floorplan that worked for me, and not just one of the models. The design center was great. My construction manager gave me weekly updates, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt like a bother. I was able to ensure my forever home was just what I wanted.
