My Pulte home is perfect for me. They offered many choices, and the Blue Rock single family model with the loft suited me perfectly. The purchase, build and closing proecesses were easy and efficient.

The response by the construction guy Dana. Every question I had was answered very quickly. Dana is the guy you want!

The whole experience was terrific beginning with our sales consultant Siobhain along with Jaime’s help in making our selection at TAC. I also can’t say enough good things about our Project Managers Zack and Josh. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I also wanted to say that our closing couldn’t have been easier. Thank you all!

The sales person, Jen, was awesome as well as the design team. They were most helpful in helping me make decisions about various items. My main problem with the entire process was the quality control of various vendors who worked on my home. Clearly, there was limited overseer of the build. If you are going to build here, live close to monitor it. I lived out of state so was not able to do so.

Overall the experience was a positive one. There are some small things like paint issues. We love it here

Much is made of Pulte process and quality. But the subs used to do the finish work, at least on the Albuquerque Mirehaven Phase 4 Del Webb development, were slap dash with little pride of workmanship. There is always time to come back (often more than once) and do it again, rather than doing it right and with quality the first time. The most concerning part is on more than a few occasions attempts were made to cover up the mistakes. (cracked toilet bowl with calk to hide the crack, broken floor tiles with grout to cover chipped areas.) For the most part, the entire experience was well-orchestrated and organized. There was a lot of step-by-step handholding all along the way which greatly alleviated what could have been a very stressful experience.

Everyone that I've dealt with has been friendly, courteous and professional. Ben Haley, Kerry Fulford, and Priya Patel have been great to work with. Lots of issues but I blame that on problems that are outside the control of the builders. That being said it was still a stressful and difficult time, glad to be in my home however.

Poor response to issues pointed out during construction

Throughout the process there were things that should have been red flags and not addressed. Now I’m in the house with multiple issues and no resolution as to when or if they will be resolved. I get tossed from one person to the next and my problem never gets fixed. Been in house a month and TOLD It will be another month for an appointment and not all will be fixed on first go around. I have been without a working oven and microwave for 3 weeks and counting. Everyone I talk to has been no help. Items that should be in my house aren’t and I’m paying the mortgage on promises they will eventually get installed. Moving from one Del Webb to another does not come with any perks. It’s like starting all over. The sales dept had their hands tied in offering lots to sell. The release of lots was done in stages and pricing was not as advertised. We paid $37,000 more just for the bare minimum of the homes original stated price. Pulte Mortgage representative was a disaster. It was not about the consumer. It was how to make their job easier. Always had problems getting call backs and verifying interest rate hikes. Finally cut ties with the mortgage side of the house. Hated to give up the incentive on the loan. In the end it saved us thousands of dollars. The construction superintendent Matt was the best. He kept us informed of the project and any delays. He was very thorough in his walk through explanations. Don’t expect the build to be perfect. Labor is not skilled and they expect someone to clean up the mess they make. Embarrassing for a company such as Pulte. This is their new normal. It shows up in every phase from start to finish. Would I purchase from them again. No. Would I recommend them. Good value and price has already appreciated. Excellent house plan. I love Abbeyville.

Every week we received updated pictures of the process of construction of our new home in Mesquite. There was continual communication throughout especially when there was delays and/or shortages in products. We would certainly purchase a Del Webb home again and would recommend highly.

To get things done after we are in the house are taking to long. some of your sub contractors are not responsive and slow. We are still waiting for our kitchen cabinets to be finished. they came once and made it worse. The flooring crew came today and looked and said that they have to send a different crew. had this appointment for 5 weeks.

From the very first conversation with Theresa ~ my experience has been phenomenal. The Loan process, insurance, escrow and then build walkthrough ~ every person has been extremely top notch. Excellent experience.

In this day of home buying/building and supply issues, Zac was the one we turned to for updates, questions and soothing. The experience was probably the best it could be given the situation in the world today. The only reason I couldn't rate a 5 is due to the build time and a few communication issues during construction.

The Pulte contract allows them to make changes and buyer can't object, but buyer can't ask for any changes unless it is listed in the available options.

Over one year and not completed

I've had no major problems, and the small ones were taken care of promptly by the crew.

I lived out of state while the house was being built. Everyone from the sales agent, general contractor, decorating center, and escrow were very helpful and responsive. They kept me updated regularly.

Sales agent Kirsten worked hard to get us the home we wanted. Construction Mgr Chris was great- responsive, timely and personable. Office Mgr Liz was very helpful and friendly.

If you like moving into a home that got more paint on floor than walls and paint runs all over walls,big lumps of drywall compound on walls and ceiling’s . The edges not finished and cabinet doors that are hard to open and a cook top that you can drop dimes down to the next door underneath than pulte is your builder, had to wait two weeks to watch a TV because we had a electrical problem,and you people made us wait two weeks because we’re such valued customers and the rest of the repairs we have two wait 6 weeks,I’m not impressed one bit by you people

I am very disappointed in this experience. No one from Pulte has been honest nor lived up to their word other than Brendan the sales manager who at least tries. I have been lied to my face numerous occasions by Pulte representatives and that is unacceptable on all levels. Once you close on your home, it takes an act of God to remedy issues you were promised would be fixed or the “fix” is a bandaid and not remedied professionally, as corners are cut. In other words, the “fix” is not a fix at all and attempting to have it done properly becomes a full time job for the homeowner. It is obvious that Pulte makes economical decisions on their on own behalf and has little or no concern for the homeowner. The quality of workmanship is subpar at best. Very difficult to understand why the work isn’t done right the first time! I would highly recommend that you do not close until every last item has been addressed and remedied prior to closing because it now becomes your problem and it is a nightmare!!! I had expected a much better quality home from Pulte and was disappointed in the quality issues found upon move in.
