Building a home with any builder is stressful--done it a few times now and know many who have done so as well. Overall, we love the atmosphere of the community and clubhouse. There are things about the build that we wish would have been better, especially considering the price premium and fact that it is many residents' last homes of their lives. I believe a 4 out of 5 star rating is not Outstanding, but it is a great rating actually.

They delivered what was promised- not perfection, but more than what was promised. We are very satisfied

We love the house, except . . . the concrete work is shoddy. The garage floor has a rough section near the wall. Additionally, patches were required closer to the center of the floor, which a friend told me was caused by the carpenters placing two by fours used for bracing the walls into the wet concrete floor. Also, the patio had pockets required patches. And, the side of the driveway has chipped sections.

We've been in our new home a little over a month. So far, so good. These Del Webb homes are spec homes, not custom homes, so the quality of workmanship and materials is average to above-average and adequate for the average buyer. Del Webb/Pulte has been responsive to warranty issues which have been fairly typical and no more than might be expected.

I was not present for the building of my home, but Del Webb met my need to monitor progress on construction with a virtual meeting and by meeting with my representatives in my absence. When glitches did arise, I found the help of my sales counselor and, later, my field supervisor invaluable. Post move-in, they have been very responsive to my requests.

House is great. Upgrades are overpriced

It's enjoyable tailoring your new home to your personal preferences given the multiple choices.

Had good experience with sales and builder. Did not have good experience when picking out interior Design.

Make sure floor's are properly cleaned. Garage floor is cleaned.

Pulte personnel have been great in answering questions, providing paperwork and getting issues answered.

We really like the results of the house. Our project manager (Nick Swanson) is great. Build quality met our expectation. A couple areas that could be improved. The final signing and title process was very poorly handled. Also the design process was difficult and the tools available to visualize options were basically non existent, We had to go to other sites to see cabinets and countertops together. Last is that it seemed like there was no consistency between the cost of upgrades. Some seemed reasonable and some were outrageously expensive.

Our experience thus far was very good. Home completed on time and in good order. Site supervisor Nick was exceptionally responsive. Quality of home look really good. Time will tell. Will review again after a year has passed.

Very happy with new home however disappointed with lack of attention to details

Beware of closing .. they are NOT FLEXABLE on changing dates! They work on their dates not your schedule. We wanted to postpone our closing by a week and they would not accommodate. They will charge a daily rate if you don’t close by the date they issue. We were reminded that when we signed the paperwork it was stated that pulse has the right to issue the date so just beware that if you are coming from out of town that you are available.

Del Webb builds a beautiful home. The community provides many opportunities for a diverse range of activities and interests.

It is better if you are close to where the home is being built to stay on top of the project

small problems and issues are fixed quickly.. unique and bigger problems are a time consuming process which needs to be modified to resolve them in a more timely fashion. fixing paint, drywall, pavers are not a problem. When the builder has to send their customer care manager to look, then rep from the construction company comes to take a second look. and then a third review by the manufacturer has to be done its a long process that needs attention. My issue Oct. identify a problem with all appliances. skip to Dec. and still waiting for what and when it will be fixed.

Was an excellent experience while house was being built. Chad our supervisor was excellent. The workers seemed to take care of any and all things. I do have an issue with the landscape people. Once they put in a very sparse space and problems came up they ignored all my needs to fix the items that had problems. I had to pay someone outside to take care of the problems. Lastly - The response on fixing things after we owned the house is less then adequate.

The workmanship is poor concerning the straightness of any wall, closet or woodwork and the painting is sloppy. But we are happy with the floor plan, the responsiveness of our field agent and the friendliness of the community.

The purchase portion of our new home was a wonderful experience with professional and friendly assistance and support. The Design Center experience was at first great and we were excited but there were issues in the execution of details that were disappointing. The actual construction had a number of flaws that to this day have not been fully resolved, although the Customer Care representative is following-up. The major open item is the front yard where it is obvious that providing a barrier between our lot and the utility easement was not planned. It appears the builder cannot decide on how to do there right thing and provide a barrier in keeping with the appearance of the community. Not always perfect in execution, but trustworthy and 100 percent well-intentioned.

Great structural, but finish work lacks detail, completeness and finish.

Check all paperwork. Do your walk-through slowly and look at everything and make sure everything works for you. Question all cost and all changes or added work. go slowly. have them fix everything quickly. Make a list of vendors and when and what they do to correct any issues.

Very happy with our new home and especially this area in Florida. Everything we need (shopping , restaurants) and more. Amenities here at Del Webb are first class and everyone here seems happy with the new lifestyle as are we.
