The build quality was great. The paint and finish was average at best. The concrete work was below average.

The house is very nice.

We are very happy and satisfied with our house and our builder Randy was excellent throughout the build process. However, Significant portions of our sod was loaded with crabgrass, in fact 2.5 rows of the sod in back were all crabgrass. Additionally, the sprinklers in the back do not cover the backyard. We also noticed our landscaping was of significant lower quality than our next door neighbor who also had Pulte landscape. This appeared to be cutting corners at our expense on a house we paid close to $550k for.. so the yard, which we are working to remedy is a disappointment - the house is exactly what we wanted. ... Mostly satisfied but could have been better!

Once we moved in we saw small things and some large that could have been corrected or had better workmanship. Carpeting seems showing, woodwork in corners and on some beams needing correcting and stains in the Master Bath shower stall. Over all they were great to work with, offered excellent value, including their incentives and have remained true to their word.

Overall, our experience with the Pulte folks - from sales to our foreman - was great but the quality of the subcontractors they brought in left a lot to desire. Especially framing (90 degree angles and straight boards appear to be an alien concept) and trim and finish (even after repeated attempts they still struggled with getting paint right, texture applied, and paint actually on where they were trying to paint). But - our foreman, Carl, addressed issues and stayed on them like a chicken on a June bug and got issues sorted out.

The Monotony law prohibited us from having the colors we originally picked for our house exterior, and caused us to repaint our house to a color we did not like. When the bushes were removed from the back of our house it revealed a retention pond with muddy water that was not visible when we purchased the lot. Features in model we selected were not available: lighting, chrome fixtures..

Everyone was/is so helpful. I had never bought a house before, new or old. I was really in a fog but everyone I worked with went above and beyond their jobs, So friendly and even fun!

Overall a good value for the money. Sales and support very professional and responsive. 2 issues need to be addressed 1. Master bedroom closet and shower are built for people over 6 feet. Hot water distribution time and heating is inadequate for the unit. Developer should remedy and incorporate into design.

Haven't been here long enough to give a full review. Been here 3 weeks and they are coming back to tear out my shower pan "While I'm Living Here" and replacing it because it is installed wrong. Hopefully the rest of the house is ok. Time will tell.

Quality of home good but finished workmanship such as trim, painting and attention detail of the finished product is poor.

Leaky plumbing, unplumbed closet, electric outlets that do not work, dirty house at move-in time and a couple of other issues on a near half million dollar home, leave me disappointed.

I was lucky enough to have the best building manager you can hope for. Heather is truly the gold standard!! Fortunate again to have a very hard working, sales agent, Allen, that cares and will always follow through.

The buying experience was great. it was a no pressure sale. Our agent was a matter of fact. He provided answers to all of our questions in a timely fashion, which made it very easy for us to make the purchase. We did the Del Webb Experience, which we would highly recommend. It was a great way to experience the community.

Nice home with quality.

The options list is very confusing. I missed a critical one because the language is too vague. ASK about every option you want. Have your sales rep point it out to you so you can recognize it on the printout you sign.

They are not custom home builders and sometimes cut corners, but they are very reliable in making things right and ensuring you are satisfied, even well after you move in to the home.

.Home options are good and home looks great. However some options not available were disappointing. No option for central vac or foam insulation come to mind. Items needing attention after closing have been addressed promptly.

The people are very nice, you can have as little or as much to do as you wish. The weather is hot in the summers but overall a very nice place to live.

We are very happy with our new Del Webb home. We love the floorplan, the lot and the neighborhood. Our home is very open and light. The lighting, appliances, countertops, flooring and fixtures are all so nice. We like the finishes and colors that we chose. The selection process for the finishes at the design center was a bit stressful, considering you have a limited amount of time (2 three hour sessions). We recommend you give a lot of thought to the finish colors that you want, considering your current furniture and wall art that you want to keep. If you change wall colors, your current furnishings may not go with the new finish colors. The builder did a very good job in making sure we were happy with everything before closing. Selling, building and moving was somewhat stressful, but once we were in our new home, it was all worth it. ... More

we are pleased with our new home. it was completed on time and a lot of attention went into the engineering and energy efficiency.

We bought in a Del Webb community in Vegas years ago and knew we would like Sun City Mesquite. We have not been disappointed. The community is beautiful and our neighbors have been wonderful.

The quality of the stucco finish on my house is really poor. Everything else is acceptable.

Make sure your sales associate keep you updated on changes that affect the sales agreement.

The whole experience from start to finish was a good one. From the sales process, mortgage process and building process, this was by far the best and easiest home buying experience we have had. The deadlines we were told were met and we moved in right on time. There were a few workmanship issues like misplaced and mising doorstops, paint not completely done in a couple of areas, paint left on window frames, and stucco issues to name a few, but all the issues were minor and probably a result of the trades hurrying to meet the deadlines on a Friday night.
