Terrible response to calls on big plumbing problem. It was egnored and resulted in many other problems in house. After 7 weeks still dealing g with it.

Our loan process was a disaster to say the least. Follow up issues were on track however they are starting to slip. Broken window, dead tree and missing lights. Overall, other then the loan issues it has been a great experience.

My experience has not been great. I realize the supply chain issues couldn't be avoided, my issue is with the quality of the the finish work. It left a lot to be desired. Too many issue that now need to be redone, is not how I expected my move into my NEW HOME to be. My opinion is there are too many new builds going on at once, and the trades are rushing through doing a sub standard job. Now I have work orders to be completed to correct the issues. Why wasn't it done right the first time?!

Our salesman was outstanding and helped us far and beyond just “selling” us. This experience would not have been nearly as good without his help along the way.

I would have given 5 stars all the way around if not for the new competitive blind bidding process that was implemented to purchase the lot. This replaced the old policy of purchasing the lots at a fixed price on a first come first serve basis. I was first in line for a spec home lot and was waiting for it’s release when Del Webb switched to this new policy. Due to this new policy I had to overpay for what the lots were originally valued at. I wanted into this community so I bid accordingly to win. This was obviously a response by Del Webb to the crazy economy and real estate market. As far as the buying and building of our home it was 5 stars all around. We were assigned a construction manager and he was fantastic, he provided updates once a week with photos and he was always available for questions. Even after closing he has been available to us for questions with regards to the operation of some of the home’s systems. The quality of the materials used in the construction is very good. A REAL BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY !!! Michelle our sales person was excellent. She was always there. If we had any questions during the build process she answered them. She was so polite, understanding and very professional. Our site manager Mason was on target also. He kept us updated every week with emails, phone calls and pictures. NOW THE BAD !!! Our walk through punch list has not been addressed to our liking. We are still waiting for things to be done or items to be received. We are promised results but none are being granted. We are living in our house now for over six weeks and only a few things have been done. We realize there are some supply issues but other items can be resolved with a little more initiative. The workers are very professional and respectful. We just wish they would show up on time with the right items to be fixed or installed. ... More

Great communication from the sales office and field manager. We were informed of our home's progress in weekly emails with photos. The warranty department was responsive in taking care of warranty work. It was a pleasant experience to build in Del Webb Bexley. We are happy with our home and highly recommend Pulte.

First of all are home buying experience with our agent was a tremendous experience. She went above and beyond and make sure all of our needs were met she was very professional and personal. Once we get our walk-through we were told that everything would be taken care of. Our home was not ready and there are several items that are unacceptable. You were told numerous times that these would be taken care of through texts and phone calls and they were never done. We we chose the home we wanted by viewing the model and that’s what we expect. We deserve a home that is finished to say the least. We are so tired of being nice. This is been a horrible experience and there are too many items to list that need to be addressed. Someone finally reached out to us today after we sent an email to the selling agent and voiced our concerns. Please reach out to us. The builder builds a quality home, however their crews are terrible in cleaning up after themselves! My lawn was left with large chunks of concrete and other building materials

This builder doesn't take the greatest of care in building their homes. When I moved in the house had paint/caulk/drywall on the wood floors, backsplash, windows, etc. There are still cigarette butts in my backyard as well as other debris was left. This is obviously everything I can see. I'm hoping more care was taken behind the walls

Microwave/oven doesn’t match other appliances and doesn’t fit in the slot. Cupboards were never adjusted and there are gaps, etc. Thomas was not caring or personable at all. Bowed walls in some rooms. Window screens have screens not attached in frame. Careless work on most things.

I ordered Pendant lighting to be placed over my Island during upgrade selection. This was added to the cost of this house. During my 1st walk through, I pointed out to the Field Manager that the outlets were missing. He said he would add them. At final walk through, outlets for the pendant lights were still missing. At this point, the placement of the other lights are unbalanced. I reported the matter to the Sales Office and the Field Manager was asked to install the outlets. He did but did not change how the other lights were placed. Now, apart from the spacing of the lights looking so awful in my new home, it seems the openings created for the pendant lights were so unprofessionally done that after they were installed, wide open spaces are left around the lights. The Electrician mentioned that I should inform them immediately to have it fixed as air will be coming through the ceiling. I have sent pictures of the holes to those responsible for rectifying the situation since 3/28/22, todate, no one has come to look at the problem. I was about to recommend this community to people I know that will soon be looking to relocate but I have changed my mind. I will o longer be recommending this place to anyone. Review model, sell you a lot, make you "bid" as they timely release to drum up price. Overcharge for any upgrades. Have you pay... and then communication is like a ghost. Promise 45 day notice of completion... delay, delay and give only a week notice. Then get you to close based upon occupancy permit, and not deliver on promise to do final touches. Overall, a pretty poorly run operation.

Inside workmanship not good at all

Very poor quality of workmanship. Poor paint job with paint stains all over floor, etc. Very poor grout work in bathroom tile. Contractors walking in house with muddy feet permanently staining concrete and grout. Broken cabinets. Plumbing and electrical issues. Wrong kitchen faucet installed. Microwave surround not installed.

I bought the model home. The whole issue around buying only the upgrades on the work order and what warranties actually are still existing could have been MUCH more clearly explained.

They were not upfront in letting me know what I might experience during the building process. I only found out after moving in. I felt that the only thing that was important to them was to make the sale. I Talk to my neighbors an they felt the same.

The mortgage acquisition experience and the customer service after closing were deplorable. I have construction plaster on every corner of my house interior, the plumbing has been an ongoing nightmare since I closed 5 and a half weeks ago. My shower dripped day and night for 8 days. I sent a list to the customer service team 6 days ago and haven't heard a word! My toilet paper is parked on the floor. My bathroom sinks don't hold water.

Builder was very thorough in explaining home and amenities, very patient in answering questions. He was obviously very proud of the home and the workmanship!

This has been such a positive experience. Everyone involved has been quickly responsive to any questions or issues. I love my beautiful new home.

Your builder is wonderful but for improvement contact early because every person related to the building of house is very busy Love the atmosphere Chopra

With supply issues in today's world Del Webb chose to wait for the quality parts (HVAC, Cabinets, ect.) over speedy substitute materials. That delayed completion but we ended up with a quality home.

I’ve got issues that were identified at COE that got pushed to warranty and nobody has addressed them. It’s been over a month since I reported the items to be fixed and no answers or updates from Pulte.
