Pulte it self has been fantastic. Very organized and helpful. Mike our build manager could not have been better. We got a quality build and everything we expected. The part that was taxing was the mortgage company. To many layers and steps. You never knew who you were talking to for what purpose. Someone would call to make an appointment for you to talk to another person for some unknown purpose. No accurate info about what you had to paid on cash for closing until late in game. Like time to prepare.

Our new mutual experience was good with Alex. He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After the closing it went downhill fast. They had to come back four times to install the right glass in the master shower. They came back four times to fix/replace the flex room doors. Finally had to remove entire frame. Still waiting for them to be painted. During final walk through we identified many issues with cabinets (screws coming thru range hood, dings and warped cabinet doors). I got a nice call from a young lady that asked me how everything was. I only had three problems at that time and I told her that I had spoke with Tex and I’m sure he was taking care of everything and since then he has taken every taken care of everything and the one thing that couldn’t be fixed now will be fixed in the spring and I feel sure he will do that and I don’t have to worry about it. He’s a very nice gentleman.

Pulte has been great! Building, warranty issues etc. Top rated! Pulte Mortgage was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I could have imagined. Rude and totally unprofessional ALL the way. So bad in fact I wound up paying cash for my home. Just to get away from your dang mortgage company and personal. Dusting!! People!!

Sam, the builder, is a great guy and worked very hard to accommodate our needs, wants and concerns. However, he was limited in what he could do by the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. Lacy, our Pulte contact, is wonderful. She has been very responsive and understanding in correcting all the issues we have.

This is my 8th new construction build and hands down the worse experience. Starting with my first salesperson who was so untrained and incompetent that I started looking at existing homes. A homeowner recommended a different sales person. He was very knowledgeable, but did not share complete information. This is advertised as a Dell Webb 55 community. It is a Pulte build, which has many class action lawsuits and they are building a family section within the neighborhood, which should have been disclosed. I don't have anything good to say. Until now they have not fix my door and molding in my kitchen cabinet. They said it will only take them 3 wks to order and replace my patchy cabinet.My counter top has poor quality. I don't know why you guys deliver those low standard materials . I call the home my 300K mobile home. I've owned numerous homes including new homes. The workmanship and build quality is far below other home builders. My daughter just bought a new Meritage. No comparison, their quality, sales practices and construction management is superior in every aspect. Pulte thrives in deception. They don't disclose hidden fees and when asked about it you get different stories depending on who you talk to. Their construction manager had no clue. Well built home, though the sliding glass doors don’t do much in stopping sir infiltration, warm or cold. The cost of upgrades is very inflated. Where possible I would put off as many of the upgrade feasible until after closing. Great house, Pulte staff exceeded expectations.

It was a bad experience from start to finish. Important reminder to anyone considering this process know you are dealing with SALES..their intention in a large community is about getting you signed and closed! That's it..no more no less. Read your documents VERY carefully! The closing documents will have zero in the sellers column...ALL costs are paid by buyer! Everything and I mean everything is an "option"...even mirrors in primary bathroom and believe it or not the garages are manual!!! If you want remotes...that's an expensive option as well!!
