Love the home , but they ruin the experience by always keeping you in the dark And if there’s questions. Hard to get answers

Communication between buyer and builder nonexistent.

The way they hurried to finish the home at the cost of quality and finish was disappointing. There are days worth of work yet to be done to fix the problems with the home. The attention to detail is not what it should be and is definitely not what I expected out of a Pulte Home.

The workmanship was poor.

They are vertical integrated which can be a bonus depending on the team

There has been absolutely nothing good about this experience, besides being really poor craftsman ship, it took 5 months longer to close and that was without most of the outside unfinished and the inside with so many issues it is costing us a lot to fix. If you can buy somewhere else DO!!!

This is not a custom builder and they are very rigid in what they can do. Resolving construction issues is painfully slow.

You’re signing up for a production line house with a custom price. Don’t expect your house to not have most/all the defects that others have had. Pulte does not appear to improve its methodology as it goes.

Unfortunately although we ended up with a very good field manager and a good sales person, the overall experience was much more stressful, than any of our other building experiences. This was not due to back-ordered supplies. That was to be expected. It was poor craftsmanship, lack of communication, lack of follow-up, and months after closing still waiting on work to be completed. Our advice would be to never close until all of the mandatory work is done because once you are turned over to Customer Care, you get lost in a vacuum and all you have is email which can easily be disregarded. We love our neighborhood and the area in which we live, but we continue to have stress trying to track down someone with Pulte to finish multiple items in the home. ... More

They are a production builder.

Our building construction manager was very responsive however he took time off during birth of his son and during that time, response was less than acceptable. He is back and I assume we will be getting the same response to our punchlist items as expected

We love our house. Material shortages caused the process to be prolonged.

Once they close and transfer the title to you, they have no follow through on their own work that needs to be finished

Too many delays, quality issues, and little or no concern for the buyer. We closed two months ago and we are still waiting for things we wanted and paid for, and for problems to be fixed.

Lack of communication and indifference on the builders part to living up to how they market the home buying experience.

This has been a very frustrating experience for me. I am disappointed with what I have been through and continue to go through with this house.

The buying experience is good but after an hour walkthrough or turn over is not enough as you go thru each day, you’re finding more and more that should have been done or corrected before the turn over of the house. Each detail is a must to be inspected by each homebuyer based on their upgrade’s and quality Of materials and the way it was installed.

The entire experience from sales, escrow and finished product was extremely frustrating. I feel that no one properly explained many things to me. I also feel that the quality of my home, both the construction and the designer options, do not meet my expectations. I feel I overpaid for my home.

Overall good experience. Beautiful home & quality!

Nice home layout and spacious.

Home was not where it should have been for final walkthrough. Too many issues still to be addressed and corrected and fixed. Once these are corrected, we will be happy with our new home.

Walking through the models prior to build is a great sell. Nice homes, beautiful grounds. In reality however, the the actual build & process was far below what I presume to be industry standards. There is a severe lack of communication which may be due to an over-load of absurd quality issues and not enough field supervision to handle the multitude of speed-builds by hundreds of non-qualified crews ongoing throughout a day.

They were very professional and all the things that we did to get me this house very helpful they explained everything to me very professional
