Too many issues remained at closing (missing materials, scattered docs, one sink had no plumbing. And its taking a long time to get the work done.

There have been many different problems with this house and they haven't resolved them even after 2 months in my home. This is my 2nd Pulte home and my first one was a very good experience, so this has been a shock.

Communication throughout the process has been poor. Slow responses on all levels. While the house is visually beautiful from the street, the interior of the home is poorly done. There appears to be no pride in the craftsmanship of my home. Poor paint, poor fit and finish, bad doors and the list will continue. They are starting to do some warranty work, but the repairs have been slow.

The warranty people are very good to work with and listened to our concerns. It would be nice if more attention to detail was paid prior to closing so there would be fewer workers needed after closing.

Very poor workmanship and lack of appropriate supervision during the construction process. I received my new home full of dust and with several unfinished details. No electric power in the dryer outlet. Food waste disposer with no electric connection. Garage door with some loosened bolts. Kitchen cabinets’ doors with dents. Just to mention some of them.

Ok house did inspection lots of things need to be fixed

Just not great, it was built during covid supply issues. Trim, drywall and overall workmanship was not good.

The experience from beginning to end was easy. They’re all here to make this home building a pleasant experience. The people we worked with to choose our lot and all the structure options were so patient. We had a great experience customizing the electrical options. We really enjoyed the process of customizing the interior. I really cannot say enough great things about our experience.

Bad and would never recommend to a friend. Excuses for lack of quality workmanship and no desire to improve.

I am appalled at some of the glaring issues, shortcomings and bad planning - expected better!

We told our construction supervisor in November the cabinet doors had to be replaced 27 doors and nothing.

This is our second Pulte Home, one in Michigan & one in Florida. I feel confident in the quality of the build and they stay behind their product with a good warranty. Everyone we dealt with was responsive to our concerns.

He knows his business, responds when corrections/actions need to be taken.

When you promise 72 holes of golf, deliver 72 holes of golf. When you promise to fix a window cracked by construction prior to the move in, fix the window. I work in the service industry and my wife did as well prior to retirement. Being truthful is forefront in maintaining a reputable business.

While we completely understand the issues with labor and materials in this current environment, we don't understand why we were not proactively kept informed regarding delays. Unless we contacted our construction supervisor and pressed him for information, we were not informed about any changes in the schedule. There were too many things left undone in the house at closing.

All the staff ae responsive and transparent. Great experience.

Once house closed can’t get builder to respond to issues found.

The sales and construction teams were absolutely the best during the sales and building process. Communications were fluid and concise. Since closing we have experienced a gap in communications and follow-up with the warranty department.

We absolutely love our new hone and it more than meet our expectations! It is beautiful and we are thankful we chose the design options that we were given to choose from!

Everyone was great at answering my questions or finding out the answers for me. Very responsive in getting the work done after moving in.

Pulte uses high quality material, but unfortunately does not use workers that care. There was a lot of sloppy workmanship that I am left cleaning up after moving in...things like paint and grout "splatter" and streaky paint jobs. Very unfortunate for the price paid.

I live alone, and this is my first home. The home was built with good quality materials. The big things were great, but I wanted some of the smaller things to be corrected. Pulte is standing behind their reputation. They sent a man to find out if everything was good. He is sending workers to repair the minor things that I identified. This is how they earn their good reputation.

Typically with any new construction, problems occur, getting right is up to the Project Manager. I was fortunate to have one of the best. After closing some issues needed to be addressed, which I'm confident will be.

The actual sale of the home went smoothly along with the mortgage process. However, the design process was not really design - the designer more accurately checked boxes and was not able to provide any design insight or suggestions, missed sharing information, and felt rushed through the process. Upon closing and moving into the home, we found the quality of workmanship to be poor. Examples of the poor workmanship include dry wall, painting, and trim throughout the house. The house does not reflect what you would expect of a finished product for the price paid. In addition, when getting items corrected, there have been several appointments made that were no shows.
