Overall construction and sales support was excellent. Communications were inconsistent. Issues linger after closing (such as circuit breakers frequently tripping) impact many homes here and should have been resolved during construction.

1. I asked for gas dryer connections during the option selection. We got the connections for electrical instead. I ended up having to buy and electrical dryer. 2. I believe the sprinkler system does not have enough and sufficient coverage to all the section of the back lawn. The quality of the sprinkler system was compromised.

The neighborhood is great! The neighbors and activities are welcoming, very friendly, and fun. The lifestyle director is outstanding. The build and purchase were hit and miss. We had four different salespeople, our construction manager left just before we closed, and I think we're on our fourth service representative. The design center was very good. The construction manager was ok, but not very attentive or communicative. The cleanliness of the construction site was not good at all. The entire experience was excellent until after I moved in and found a few items where the quality of the home was lacking. Several items were covered under warranty and I am not speaking about those. The warranty experience has been find. However, the walls in the house were not painted with semi-gloss paint which is quite disappointing. However, the closets were. It should have been the opposite. Also my irrigation system was not installed in accordance with all of my neighbors and I had to pay $1800.00 to have it corrected. I could not water my trees on a separate zone, although all ...

Nothing is perfect

Love our home. The Floorplan is beautiful. There were issues in the final stages but most were addressed. It was after closing when we found a few other issues missed by us and our inspector. We are still trying to contact them to see how we can rectify the situation.

My experience has been mixed because I love the neighborhood and the people I do not focus as much on the fact that it is built to minimum code standards. It is annoying in the delay in resolving the legitimate issues I have with cabinets and appliances. I find that very frustrating.

Stressful but Non-informitive Experience

Overall experience is moderate. The time from initial choice to completion of home is way too long. Like 15 months to closing. Which is Ridiculous. Exposed electrical wiring and open circuits. Wonderful communities. However, the experience takes too long, and overpriced options. Great experience with the General Manager is excellent, keeps customer update on progress regularly, and addresses any questions. Sales person fails to keep contact with the customer after signing purchase agreement. Not a good relationship, nor experience. Recommend hiring a Realtor to interface with Pulte Sales ...

Everything was looking like 5 stars at the beginning but went a little downhill after that. Once you move in, you get a lot of immediate attention for the first week, and then, not so much. Also, you start to see the sloppiness in the workmanship, from doors that aren't hung correctly, plumbing that was not fully tested, down to appliances, fixtures, tubs, counter tops, tile, etc that are scuffed up, chipped, dented from carelessness. All things you won't catch on those quick walk throughs leading up to closing. I realize there will be issues as a new house settles, but these are just a few ...

We had a great experience with the agent and the builder. They did need to fix several items after the two inspections we had. We moved here for the amenities, especially the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is beautiful and there is so much to do in this community. THE INDOOR POOL IS VERY COLD. We are NOT happy that the indoor pool is so cold. We were promised 86 degrees and it is not. It is very cold getting in and no matter how many times we ask to fix, we are ignored. We are hoping they actually will fix this situation because many people are not happy about it and we certainly pay enough ...

Working with the DW Sales and Pulte Mortgage teams was very good. My Pulte mortgage rep, Danielle, was FABULOUS!! She worked FOR MY BEST INTEREST ONLY . . . which was so very much appreciated. The workmanship of the house seem rushed as numerous issues were detected at final walk through. Also, most ALL of the plants in front landscape have died. . . was not please at all with the response and care from their vendor, Kokopeilli.

Every detail of a new home upon purchasing is alacart and adds money to your bottom line. Homes are listed as a basic home without any of the features one sees in a model. Be prepared. Earnest money is double what most builders require. Be prepared! Having your own realtor is very helpful to look for hidden fees that might be negotiated.

Had some issues Christian was pretty responsive and got back to me quickly. Still some problems to work out A/C compressor is very loud. Extremely poor placement of unit putting it right outside a bedroom window. They came to fix it but is still loud. Will try again but placement is is major issue ,it’s so loud someone could never sleep in that room and with a two bedroom home that is a problem

Hello, we purchased a Del Webb home with Pulte builder. Our experience was better than we hoped for mostly due to the efficiency of our Contractor Project Manager who was very good at organizing his workers which resulted in a very quick build. All new builds have issues and ours were minimal. As in all purchases, the sales group was a little misleading. In this case in the number of households planned for the neighborhood. After living in the DelWebb community for 6 weeks, we love the neighborhood and activities provided.

Good communication,....until we closed!

We had very good communication during the building process. We were able to e-mail and get responses from our building supervisor (Justin) and sales person (Sherri). However, now that we have closed on our house and moved in, we are experiencing terrible delays and trouble getting responses from the warranty-service team. Your warranty is only as good as the service you receive. Right now, we as not getting ANY service.

Home built quickly and with very few issues. The increase in owners has caused a delay in response time that should have been predicted and addressed (can’t keep blaming COVID-19 four years later, despite the workforce..not wanting to work!). Considering the price we are paying for a home here, response time should be faster.

little items were overlooked, (some tp holders needed to be tightened, door to garage needed lock adjusted, had to change wiring of dryer due to age). Despite having touted that Fulshear does not allow any structure over 10 feet, lo and behold no sooner had I moved in but several cell towers were constructed around our area.

Our biggest issue is having our Construction Manager follow-up on issues that needed to be corrected. I have sent him emails, text messages, and left voice mails to get updates on when to expect the issues will be addressed. with no response. During construction he was very responsive to questions. But, since moving into our home, we have issues that are still waiting to be corrected - after nearly 2 months!

We have mixed feelings about our experience with Del Webb. On the positive side, the sales office was outstanding in both responsiveness, follow through and effectiveness. However, on the builder/warranty side, they were not. Phone calls, text messages and other forms of communications were left unanswered and non-responsive. If it were not for the sales side intervening to help us, we would still be living with defects and issues.
