how helpful and response on items was really quick

We waited 17 months for our build. We saw many other houses during this time start well after our house and finish well before. Yet we should not have closed, as we got tricked the day before closing into believing many items would be fixed. After three days we identified 17 items that were not done correctly at closing. Only three were fixed. Now, six weeks later, nothing has been fixed for 36 days except for our gutters finally being put in. We still are in dire need of many things that we cannot get fixed.

Sales, designer, staff, field manager, building crew were all wonderful to work with. Very enjoyable experience. We wondered how we would do building for the first time, but they made it easy! We would do it again! Stone Creek is all we expected and more. Love the community and residents. Friendly place!

I trusted the builder to get this done right and be responsive to my needs. We did find several things wrong when we moved in, like a bad hose connection to the dishwasher that caused water on our floor and we had to hire a plumber to get it fixed. WE found several other things not right, but overall it was quite good. We were told to get a home inspecter now before our 12 mo warranty is up and people that did that found lots of issues. We will have to consider this to make sure we have everything right. We have friends who are friends of the Pulte family and went to their daughter's wedding from Notre Dame University. We think they are people that care about us, but we need to make sure their employees do the same. ... More

If we could have, we would have walked away from this home purchase, but we didn't want to forfeit our earnest deposit. Terrible communication, still waiting for final walk thru punch list to be completed. We've bought and sold many homes, this was the absolute worst buying experience we've ever encountered.

We had 3 field managers in a span of 6 weeks. We did a walk through a week before closing and when we closed nothing had been done and the place was filthy. Also, after nearly two months since closing we are waiting for the any items from our punch list to be addressed.

Sales person was wonderful. Designer was unavailable and not very gifted in design. Construction team was unresponsive to communication.

The communication to us from the Sales office and building Manager was very poor. The whole experience was terrible but the DelWebb North Ranch community is beautiful

We have had a positive experience in our building process. Our sales consultant, Janet Moore, did a great job of helping us select our lot and providing information on available house plans. We knew that we could count on her to provide honest answers to whatever questions we had. We met with design consultants, electrical design, & construction superintendent. For the most part, it was a very positive experience. I would say that communication and updates we slow in coming at times. I think that with the amount of construction going on that individual attention was stretched thin at times. I am pleased that we were only 2 months late on our projected move in date. With the delay in materials, that is not bad. I will also say that Michael Byrne is doing a good job as our warranty person. He is addressing all of our post closing issues so far. ... More

ANDREW was negligent in his oversight duties. Did not follow contract! Argued positions even after I showed him the specific items he omitted from contract!. We closed on January 10, 2022 and the house is not complete and I have not received return calls to me trying to call Pulte representatives!

Sales process and communication was excellent. We were in Michigan during build process. Holly was great in communicating weekly progress with pictures. Quality of workmanship and attention to detail was what I would consider average. About what we expected in covid environment.

The timing of our purchase and closing was very short and stressful, but they met all there promised dates and we were able to move in right on schedule. With a last minute rush to finish the house quality of some of the work slipped a bit, but they have promised to fix all issues. It is a beautiful community and we are looking forward to many great years here.

We were given several dates for move in, not very good communication between the builder and us. The walk through was done on the same day as signing and several things in the home were not complete. We have been in the home for 37 days and still do not have our blinds installed, we are still missing a cabinet and draw in the kitchen and several other items that need to be fixed. It's almost as if now that the home is ours there is no communication with the builder.

From the office people to our construction team, everyone was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with! Special shout out to Josh and Zach!!!

My experience with Del Webb has been remarkable. The builder made me aware of the evolution of the construction every week and addressed my questions in a very professional way. The quality of the materials used to build the house has increased my faith and confidence in Del Webb. I have already advised my friends to contact Del Webb for their retirement homes.

Master bath tile needs to be redone in areas and waiting for time to be scheduled on that. Electrical outlets all had to be rechecked due to loose wiring that caused flickering of light fixtures and kitchen lighting to not work. We feel the construction was rushed and very disappointing for a Dell Webb home.

Make sure you inspect construction through the stages of build where possible.

This was the worst experience we had building a home from the master shower, tile installed incorrectly causing the tile to all be torn out and then having to move plumbing, gas line to cooktop installed in wrong place causing drywall, insulation & back of cabinets to be destroyed. Broken windows, damaged doors, ripped weather-stripping under exterior doors, threshold destroyed when acid washing brick. Exterior electrical plugs installed crooked. Electrical Items noted during rough in inspection not fixed before drywall installed. And we still don't have the correct dishwasher. And there is much more. ... More

Overall we have been very pleased with our new home. Like all new construction, there have been a few issues - mostly minor- that have been or are in the process of being addressed. Del Webb has done a good job in managing the supply chain and covid related personnel issues which have tested all of us in these difficult times.

I am thrilled to be living in a DelWebb community and my house was completed one month early which was a bonus. There were a number of social functions during the building process in order to get to know people within the community so I had the opportunity to make friends by the time I actually moved in. There are many activities going on within the community so you can be as social as you prefer. The DelWebb community is exactly what Ai hoped it would be. I found my dream home in a dream community.

Despite the delay in receiving supplies, the process was worth it. Everyone was courteous and tried to be helpful during delays. One thing that needs to improve is more personal contact either by phone or email to walk through the process. We found that we did most of the calling to get updates.

PULTE HAS ALL THE BASES COVERED HOWEVER THE END FINISH OF THE HOME DID NOT MATCH THE QUALITY OF THE MODEL
