Could improve on craftsmanship quality

The build went very quickly which may have caused issues with the construction of the home. Some issues were tended to right away - still waiting on other issues to be addressed and resolved.

Pros: Trustworthy- they followed through on their word with several (minor) issues. Major, most important aspects of the home were done very well. Lots of extra touches and features beyond what I would have expected. Very helpful in explaining every step in the building process. Continually kept me updated. Cons: Paint quality is awful. Very unprofessional appliance sub-contractor. After a month in the home, still do not have the oven I paid for. Builder is doing their best to work it out.

I am extremely happy with my house, the location so close to the stores I go to. The field manager spoke my language and that made the experience more simpler and easy to understand. I highly recommend this company Del Webb to anyone! And everyone!! Thank you for my beautiful home

Point people all along the way were attentive. The only thing that was a small concern was the rotation of the Supervisor position. We has 4 Supervisors in a 8 month period

Here is a short list of our issues at closing Hot water not working Gas not working Washer dryer not working Gas range not working No refrigerator Mirrors and glass scratches throughout Outside gas outlet not working Hvac heat/cooling not working Door crack front door Master shower handheld not Installed Drywall hole coming in from garage Garage floor coating coming up

Unresponsive to customer concerns. Failure to communicate delays to completion. Failure to deliver completed house and follow up to get missing items done

Top notch on site management

I understand supply shortage delays but I am having a difficult time understanding the lack of quality and commitment to dealing with issues within a timely manner.

This is the most disappointing experience of my life. I will never buy another Pulte home and will advise all my friends not to buy Pulte homes.

Actual home purchasing experience was great. Design consultation was great. Construction of house is good, but finish work is average to below average. Warranty repairs are very slow to resolve.

The buying experience was great. The builder is terrible. The contractor did not return calls. A lot of items were not completed. I sent an email to the warranty department with the list of items that were not completed and they sent an email that someone would contact me. That was over a month ago and still no contact.

Took 4 months more than promised to finish. Still some small items need to be addressed. Not always responsive to these issues

you get zero paint options zero lighting options and zero options in a closet that reflect any type of quality to a homeowner. Not a home for 55 plus due to transition in every room due to lack of skilled workers. Very disappointing

Would NOT recommend Pulte Homes to any of our family or friends and would have never taken possession of the home if we didn't stand to lose a lot of money that was already put down on the build. We understand that with COVID-19 and material issues occuring worldwide things got out of hand. Pulte should have slowed down the building process and made sure the product they were turning out was quality instead they pushed for quantity. I think we would and buyers would be happy to see one quality built home then ten crappy,dirty unfished homes being turned out. The building process brings skilled works to each task. The workers get their job done quickly, and then the next group of experts swarm the home and get their specialty done. You may need to do some sanding and add a couple coats of paint to protect walls from marks. You create a list of things that need attention and a coordinator brings a team to fix your list. We are thrilled with the community and happy with our home.

Reconsider buying a Delwebb home knowing what I know now we certainly would.

when you go through your walk thru make sure you look at every nook and corner. We had lots of problems after closing mostly small and fixable but very annoying

We are very pleased with our home purchase. The sell staff and our construction point of contact were always willing and available to answer questions. Our single significant issue of concern was the attention to detail by many of the various trade partners used to build the home. The painting of the home was terrible both inside and out, the cleaning staff used before settlement lacked attention to detail and the home was quite dirty upon settlement. All-in-all we are happy with the home, enjoy our community and looking forward to developing new and long-lasting friendships with new neighbors. ... More
