We had great experiences with our sales person, Shioban. We had several items missing in our home delivery including our whole house humidifier and our lyric thermostat, which we caught after closing and have still not been resolved. We have a few people helping us resolve these issues but we have been here a month and a half and are still waiting on installation and replacement of several items.

overall quality is quite good for the price. Del Webb not at all responsive to special requests

It took much longer than advertised to have the house built but once built we are very happy with it. The quality of materials and workmanship were very high.

There were really no surprises through the entire process. The pricing estimated through each step stayed consistent with the actual cost.

The workmanship is similar to the old Fox and Jacob track homes. I wonder if worker take any pride in their craft.

Be very careful before you sign. Sales team will say anything to make a sale. I ended up with my dream home on a lot with a tiny backyard that has a 45 degree slope. Totally unusable space. I feel I was mislead and am very unhappy with my choice. Beware.

Construction plan well But final version WAS NOT to our expectations Lot of things required attention Initially constructed supervisor thought he will address issues but closing was RUSHED IN ,THEN HE WAS NOT responsible as CLOSING WAS DONE matter to be reported to warrrenty manager little or lot frustrating at our AGE

I guess anyone buying a new house is having the same experience we had. Material and labor shortages kept pushing back our move in date. When we were told the house was ready for our final inspection we saw some clear examples of hurried workmanship that was careless and incomplete. We were told the items would be fixed ASAP. That was nine weeks ago and most of the items haven’t been addressed. Covering crakes with caulk didn’t quit live up to quality workmanship. We been fixing some of the blemished stuff ourselves. Not our best experience with our builder.

The project managers were awesome. Always able to answer questions and listened to our concerns. We appreciated being able to come and see the progress whenever we wanted.

We love are home but there are a few things That need some attention I hope that we have not been forgotten it has been a few weeks since we have seen anyone

The sales staff is tremendous. The warranty department is very responsive and follow up is great. Amenities are heads up over other builders I’ve looked at. I love my new home

All the people working on the home and with us were great!

Del Webb lives up to it's reputation as a quality home builder.

There was and is a lot of grout on the vinyl plank flooring. I have spent over three hours so far removing it and still have a couple of hrs. to go to finish removing the grout in every room. Installed grout looked to be installed by someone who had never done it before. Areas that should have grout around door trim, baseboard trim, doors windows in every room was absent in every room. The roll out cupboard shelves have fallen apart on two cupboards. The hinges on the front door fell off, and the door was hanging by 2 screws that were about 1 1/2 inches long that were obviously much too short to hold a heavy door. The cement work on the front driveway and entrance was very rough and unfinished looking. Light could be seen on both the front and back doors( about 1/8 to 1/4 inch gaps) Lots of cold air entered the home for the first three weeks we lived here durning a very cold winter weather snap. The electrical and other boxes (3) total were not closed properly and were covered in rocks and debris(located in front yard). The light to the attic was left on by construction personnel and has been burning 24-7 for the last 37 days as my husband is disabled and I am not willing to climb a ladder and enter thru the small attic opening. Everyone in the community comments on the very poor workmanship on these homes. I have built 5 brand new homes in my life and have never experienced this kind of poor workmanship before. In the other 8 homes I have lived in for years I did not have the number of nicks, scratches etc. on workweek, doors, paint that were in this home on the day I moved in. My experience was very good, the builder Mike is exceptional was amazing on the walk-through knowledge and follow up. That being said my dishwasher didn’t work and I got me a new one there is no exhaust fan so the smoke detectors go off and there was some damage to the cabinet which was fixed.

Our Builder / Project Manager kept us informed through the entire process. Harrison always made himself available and followed up with answers to our questions.

I sent a list of items that were not done or were missing and they worked through the list very timely and made sure I was updated as things progressed.

We are retiring later this year and moving from Boston to Del Webb in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We were able to select our home design entirely remotely and received regular photos remotely as our home was being built. We have not yet seen our new home in person but have been very impressed with the attention to quality and responsiveness of the team. We were shown the finished home and are very excited to be moving to Del Webb.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and is committed to making your home buying experience excellent and stress free.

When buying, you’re told how clean they keep the worksite. Not true. Workers leave trash, food, etc laying around. Walked all over drywall with muddy feet then drywall is hung muddy. Floors aren’t covered during paint touch up and drops of paint aren’t cleaned during final cleaning. Slow response to calls (if it even happens). Nails is street. Landscape bushes weren’t stabilized and are bending over. A small piece of bamboo to secure a crape myrtle with string etc isn’t secure.

I love our Project Manager Matt. He's very attentive and quick to react to any problems we may have, big or small. Some items are a little shabby and surprised us the sub-contractor would leave it that way.

Great house, we wish there could have been some changes

We thought the quality of the Home we got through Pulte at Del Webb Bexley was Very good and the value of the home was excellent for the price that was paid. We have really enjoyed being in this community, and know that other homebuyers will enjoy it as well !

Very happy with Del Webb as the developer but cannot say the same for Pulte as the builder. Workmanship and responsiveness to issues was average at best. Lack of attention to details and proper completion of home did not seem to be a priority with Pulte.
