At final walk thru all punch list items were addressed and told would be corrected prior to closing. None were completed. Upgraded Appliance package was not installed and we were not advised of it before closing. We had to ask about it afterwards. Still waiting on them to arrive. Would have been nice to be told ahead of time. Gas line stub for BBG was not installed. When they came back they installed it in wall but never hooked it up in crawl space to main gas line. Rush to finish without good followup.

My decision to work with Pulte Homes turned out well for me!

Contractor was responsive but very busy with other homes.

I think everything was well planned, and the quality of the homes is excellent.

Lack of response to issues that have come up, especially after closing. Get no updates and no action despite several requests by us to the builder. Issues such as missing keys, missing blind, no updates on missing window screens, warranty info, dysfunctional outdoor lighting, and partially missing landscaping. It has been over a month since closing and we have had virtually no response.

In general we had a good building experience. Our sales person and design team did an outstanding job. Project completion was very delayed from the initial estimate. Also, we are still waiting on unresolved open issues that were noted shortly after closing.

you built me a beautiful home-thank you, but as I have been here over a month now, I see little things that need to be "handled" (paint drops on my rugs, cracks in the hardwood floor, shower door that keeps sliding open, etc). None are big deals and can be taken care of at a lower priority- but speaks to being a little sloppy which I did not expect based on the overall quality of the home.

Overall we have had a good experience with Pulte. The buying phase was great (although Pulte mortgage was awful). Construction was delayed about 2 months but this is happening with all home builders. Our construction manager kept us up to date and communicated any delays and progress. For the most part the quality is good but we are still waiting on many things to be fixed/repaired after 6 weeks in the house. Luckily most are minor.

Overpriced home for what we got and the builder rushed to finish construction to meet the 12/30/21 closing date which resulted in numerous areas unfinished (paint; punch list items; "placeholder" appliances instead of what we purchased; etc). It's been 5 weeks and we're still waiting on some items to be completed AND we still don't have our gas range.

Much of the experience is well thought out by the builder that allow the buyer to experience the full multitude of what is being offered.

The Del Webb team made building a home easy. We worked with Kit, our Sales Rep, who helped us understand the different models, available upgrades, lots and the overall build process. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we felt comfortable with the community, our selections and the overall process. Once we purchased, Kit helped us document all of our upgrades so we were prepared to meet with Kristen, our design specialist. Kristen listened closely to what we were looking for in our new home. She asked good questions and made great suggestions when it came to colors, materials and functionality. The end result was a cohesive, beautifully designed and functional home. We loved having our own personal designer who was focused on our lifestyle. Once all of our upgrades were selected, we started the build process. Our build process took longer than anyone expected. Due to Covid, supply chain issues and staffing issues, it took just over 10 months from purchase to closing. Our first field manager kept us informed and sent regular updates. We were at the house every day and we’re able to catch any errors or concerns early. We were assigned a second field manager, Jake, part way through the build. Jake was amazing! He stayed on top of all the subs, knew all of our upgrades and worked through a detailed project plan to try and keep things moving. It was a tough year for builders because of COVID but we knew that Jake was doing everything in his power to get our home completed. Jake was a great partner throughout the build. He took time to answer questions and paid attention to all the small details. We knew we would have a high quality home because of him. We did hire an independent inspector and Jake made the recommended fixes. We expected some pushback but didn’t get any. They treated our inspector like a partner to make sure we were getting a quality home. We used Pulte Mortgage for our loan. They made the process easy. Luis and Max walked us through the process, gathered all the information and made the closing easy. We’ve been in our home for a month now and have brought a few warranty items to Amanda, our warranty rep. It’s been small things like a scratched window and the wrong toilet bowl handle. Amanda is quickly getting them resolved. My one suggestion is to make sure you’re checking on your home during the build. You will know it best and it’s easier to get things corrected if they’re caught early. It was a long process but the Del Webb team made it easy. We would definitely recommend building with them! ... Field manager did an excellent job

I am waiting on issues to be fixed yhat shouldn't have to. This is the worst home buying experience I have EVER had. There are number of repairs needed. The home was never cleaned before keys were released. There is no quality control. Throw them together and hand off the keys. No one cares.

I can't believe how bad Del Webb and Pulte screwed up my forever home. The issues are deep and systemic. Their procedures on dealing with these issues as well are a serious problem. I have floors w/ grout all over them after the install of tiles. Yet, for weeks I can't move in, and even today Feb 2 I sent another email asking when they will come out and fix this. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absurd, these people are complete and utter charlatans... keep saying "just close on the house, we know there are quality problem but we'll fix the problems" It's an complete lie. I have contacted the Sales agents, the field service manager, the customer service manager, the Better Business Bureau, and now Pulte HQ in Atlanta. I am calling around for lawyers and this week I'll be calling all the local TV stations who have consumer affairs divisions. ... More

The builder just rushes to finish the homes so they can get them closed and move on. As a result, quality is not what it should be. Once you close, it is up to you to stay after customer service to have the items on your punch list fixed/replaced. They don't seem to care about providing a good customer experience. They will use every excuse, Covid, supply chain, backorder, etc., to mask there inefficiencies

Very communicative with me as prospective owner.

Our house was in a shocking state and as all our arrangements were made and we were unaware of the state of it we had to accept the closing date.We have all the photos of the house and are considering taking it forward,as it was a disgrace

No flexibility in home design and choice of options. Rushes you and forces you to closing even though home is not completed to your satisfaction.

Applying for Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. We closed 2 months ago and some necessary basic building issues have not been completed.

our house was delivered on time. We are now proud to be owners. Prior to this, we would like to cite the exeptional process that were taken to expedite the sale i.e from scratch to Deeds Of Title and of course kudos to all of the people who helped us all the way.

Salesman was awesome. Enjoyed the experience. Very helpful. Always available to address my questions. Once I closed and moved in, I have found only a few issues in the build related to quality of installations. However, I am working with PulteDelWebb warranty manager to quickly get these issues resolved.

We built a new home in Sun City Mesquite. It is beautiful! We are pleased with the quality of materials used. The sales person and construction general were absolutely the best! We have had the best experience ever. There are some issues that I've found after 30 days and they are coming back to touch up paint, make them right. I would highly recommend this development.

The quality & craftsmanship is on par with other builders I've worked with.

They build a great home and all the employees we've interacted with were very friendly and knowledgeable.
