Pulte's attention to detail is second to none.

Terrible workmanship. For every task completed, more damage is done. A week before closing you are expected to find all the errors to be fixed. Seriously, instead of having a quality control person, they expect senior citizens to find everything wrong for them to fix. You close before the house is done, and good luck getting a response. I have a sharp metal strip standing standing straight up running the length of my slider as they didn't finish the flooring. So many gaps, errors, and cosmetic mistakes. Cabinets were broken, and I have the replacement parts in my garage. Once again it seems to be no ones job to actually complete the house. So much unskilled labor working on these homes, trying to do a job they don't actually know how to do. All tile in our walk in shower had to be ripped out once due to not being installed correctly. Love the design and look of the home, but Pulte is not delivering a quality completed home in the end. It's making you sign before it's done, then waiting until you stop complaining. ... More

The builder and project managers are awesome, they want your opinion about the work and the placement of the items to be installed. They are also there for any changes if necessary.

The fit & finish on these homes in Mesquite are undesirble. What you can't see seems to be okay, but what you see, paint inside & out, baseboards misaligned and rough edges, doors un-sanded on the bottoms, windows warped, cabinets look like they were put in by my 10 year old grandson. Grout missing in various places. Believe me, they will close on your house with all these things being sub par and pass all these problems off onto their customer service. Which I have to give kudos to for trying to rectify an unpleasent situation. It's been 2 months and I only have a 1/4 of the issues fixed. Their whole problem is they do not have any qaulity control, I bought a Pulte home in 2009 and it was a wonderful experience and had zero, I mean zero problems. All I hear now is the COVID, the COVID they cant get quality help. I say fire those sub's and companies, as soon as they loose multi million dollar contracts, you will see how well they can do the work. I love the community and the people around. Great place to retire and very relaxing. I figure it will take a few more months to get everthing rectified, after that I will be happy pappy. Personal attention and communication with me from start to finish I’m building my home.

Disappointed in follow thru and quality.

Like pex plumbing, cabinetry, insulation materials, lumber quality, wiring, landscape countoured for proper drain, flooring, accoustics, windows. KitchenAid fridge & oven have issues. Upstairs toilet was non functional upon arrival. Low voltage audio system was not installed, parts missing. HVAC air filters were filthy, looked like they had not been changed for a year or more.

Overall it was an exciting experience and we are glad we went with Del Webb

Jonathan D. did a great job in every way. He was helpful, patient, informative and absolutely responsive when we had questions or follow up work needed even after closing. From the sales team to the builder, everyone was a dream to work with. Recommend Del Webb communities (this is our second property) and the whole buying experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

The staff, and especially the construction manager Christopher, were responsive, professional and friendly. My best home buying experience to date.

We had four build managers and, except for our last one, Rodney, they were not responsive to issues we found as the build was going. But, once the home was completed, Rodney took us through the home, explained everything to us and if there were any "mistakes" he made sure it was taken care of immediately. So happy to be here.

The builder was responsive and easy to work with. Disappointment is with the quality of the workmanship and materials, in particular the paint/caulking/interior doors.

With the cost of building a home going up by the month I went ahead and started my build probably sooner than I had planned but I have no regrets. I'm glad the process has been completed and I enjoy my home every day.

We absolutely love our new home in Carolina Orchards. The Martin Ray model fits our needs perfectly. The upstairs loft serves as a sewing room for my wife who is a quilter and the third bedroom is great when my daughters come to visit. The overall building experience was seamless as our project manager Matt kept us well informed throughout the entire process and completed the home as promised.

Our experience with this builder has been terrible. We urge everyone to stay away from them. Weeks after completing the purchase of the home numerous items remain to be completed and all we get are excuses. These were all items identified well in advance of closing and we were told during the final inspection that they would be completed the week following closing. Nothing but lies. After agreeing to purchase the home the builder basically stopped working on it for weeks, which delayed our move.

The closing company did not pay the Property Taxes, SID or HOA nearly 2 months after closing and only paid them after we relentlessly inquired. We were in fear of a Property lien. I would stay away from Del Web title company.

Your sales representative is key until you approach closing then your field manager is key; both did to be good/professional/knowledgeable or you’ll be unsatisfied with your new home purchase process.

We closed on our house six weeks ago. We continue to find many small workmanship issues with painting, molding fit, tile grout, and paint splatters on the floor. There is a significant issue with the heating system on the second floor which hasn’t been completely addressed (we spent an extra $4200 to have this installed.). Our floor in the kitchen area started to buckle and we discovered that the drain pipe in the knee wall behind the island was broken and dirty water has been leaking since we’ve been in. Our customer care rep Ralph is very responsive and is trying to get these issues addressed but quite frankly the builder isn’t interested in quality workmanship and the crews working building the units are not being supervised sufficiently. For instance - the plumber that fixed our broken pipe told us that this was the third repair like this that he’s had to do in the development. A third party should immediately be brought in to inspect the quality of the ongoing work - Pulte construction management is under too much pressure to get the units built. ... More

Complete disclosure of surroundings union completion of my home was never shared. Too much building and construction on the land site when I moved in.

Quality & Craftmanship is horrible! The walls & doorways have divots & gouges as well as crooked doorways, painted over mud on outside of house, left morter on stone! Overall sloppy work & horrible craftsmanship!

Solid home. Any problems were addressed and taken care of.

Tim did a good job for us after he took over for the other builder late in the building process. The workmanship inside the home is less than stellar. There were so many different things that could have been so much better, but the contractors just come in and through things together without caring what it looks like. It's a shame because these homes are beautiful and for the price you pay, should be more satisfactory for the quality. We love our home and SCP.

we were told we would receive kohler or american standard plumbing fixtures because that is what pulte uses however we received an inferior brand gerber, we have had 4 stopped toilets in the first month, plumber said they would come check them. gave builder a checklist at closing very little has been done. closed at thanksgiving then left after christmas.so that is a busy time for subs. good follow up with calls we will see what happens, fit and finish not great hopefully everything will be corrected, floating floor is different, sounds hollow, this is our tenth new home and so far the quality seems ok. the closing was a little concerning because our builder left pulte 2 weeks before closing. when we return hopefully everything will get done. great neighborhood, think we will be happy here, appreciate the warranty and the builder covering it with us ... We love the house, but dislike customer service's response to my issues. The lack of attention to detail.
