Given their large size, Pulte has well honed floorplans. But lack of information at both sales (where structural options are chosen) and the design center, are problematic. Each should know their product and choices better. The excuse of being a "production" builder wears thin after too many refrains.

The builder has low expectations and standards. Builder is focused on building fast and NOT on building a good quality production home, that is too bad , they have some Awesome floor plans. The trades are pushed to get things done FAST, so they are either unable or unqualified to do a good job. It has been over 30days since we completed our 30 day list of things to be fixed and the only response was we will schedule in the next month or two.

We are still left with lots of little repairs that need to be done and talking with our neighbors we are not alone.It would seem that with this building boom that’s going on in festival that selling and building fast has taken priority over doing a good job.

Most things went well however some problems were identified but not corrected. For example, the slab for the outside HVAC was marked to be moved 5 or 6 feet to the back to line up with connections coming out of the house. This was not done even though it was plainly marked in spray paint on the cinder block. Now thinks are off and the insulation tubing is cracked for most of the long connection from house to HVAC unit. Some sheet rock mudding was to be corrected but again not done. After closing date was scheduled there were several days of bad weather. Much of the final completion details were delayed but my builder insured me that he would see that all would be completed shortly after closing. However, I have had many task yet to be completed and am having to go through warranty to get it done. Now the Covid-19 virus has delayed completion further.

Like I said the whole buying process was great but then it went down hill. Pulte Title is horrible. Kept asking for same documents. Pulte Mortgage was great. Workmanship is horrible. Paint splatters and spray everywhere. House was dirty when we moved in. Didn't clean windows or windows sills (the high ones that you can't see, left paper and saw dust up there) , left the paper from sliding glass doors on the frames and caulked it on them. Very disappointed in the quality of home for the price you pay. Cheap workmanship which resulted in many mistakes and flaws.

Door had to be replaced which was done in a somewhat timely fashion. Had to make SEVERAL phone calls and 7 weeks later it remains unpainted. Closed without refrigerator which we were told was not included. Except that the contract said that there WAS to be a refrigerator. Took several weeks to get that.

Several quality issues with our new house all of which could have been resolved before closing. Has been difficult to get incomplete or defective items repaired. 12 weeks after moving in and many email and phone calls to our contract manager later, we are still trying to resolve many of the issues and feel like we are being ignored at this point.

We have (hopefully had) a problem with mold found in the attic at pre-drywall inspection. It was treated just before closing but rather than guarantee it in writing that if there is ever a future problem where it spreads which I pushed for, but instead was told this verbally. You have a 1-year warrantee and "IF" we determine we should cover the repair or ongoing treatment then we will. Otherwise, it will be at our expense, which leaves me very concerned about the long-term quality, safety and potential repair/maintenance cost of our new home.

Buying the condo was easy. The issues are another story. The air conditioning has been a problem from day one. I have learned from EVERYBODY that this is an ongoing issue. Should have been fixed long ago as this is building number 6 of the complex. The problem still continues. My first night there I had to stay at my sisters because it was too hot to sleep there. Any hot day my condo is uncomfortable. They have tried temporary repairs. Still waiting for the repair. We moved into the condo in July. Keys are another ongoing issue. From the questions in this review, I am not sure who specifically to review. We have dealt with a number of people. Most were responsive to our concerns. Were our concerns taken care of would be a better question. Our issue was with our walk-thru; we felt very rushed and were told some things that would be taken care of that were not. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I am not sure how to answer "Trustworthiness". Who specifically is the question referring too?
