Purchasing in Catalina was a truly amazing experience. Regina, Bret and Shayne were so helpful and communicative. It was an easy, comfortable and non anxiety producing process. I cannot recommend building here highly enough. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!

After looking around for a home, I found my dreamed home. Cherry in administration n Allvaro showing me the function of the house helped my process in buying my house very simple . A very friendly neighborhood and always plenty of activities to keep you busy. Bonnie

We built a new house from the dirt up at Sun City Anthem @ Merrill Ranch. The experience and build quality was excellent. The materials and technology used are the very latest. The design center provides a vast number of choices to make your home your own. And the construction supervisor assigned gets to know you personally and was a super responsive resource throughout the process. Of course, like most new homes, the base pricing is deceptively low requiring at least +50% in upgrades to get to the house you want, but the end purchase price is competitive. Del Webb (part of Pulte) also offers their own competitive financing and homeowners insurance, and were very flexible when we changed from a mortgage purchase to cash at the latest minute. From the first moment we arrived we met our salesman Zac he was warm and welcoming and really worked with us to find the perfect lot for our home this is our second Pulte home we have built and this journey has been the best yet Through the building process we worked with Brogan and Kyle who always kept us posted with what was next Very through and cared how the house was being built After we moved in James MacCourt took over to follow through with all that was needed to be done to make the house perfect. He is very precise and professional. After living in our new home for a month, we have noticed imperfections in cabinetry and sloppy trim painting! Some that we couldn’t see due to being overwhelmed with the plethora of newness, but should have been caught by Project Managers inspections. It is embarrassing to have family and friends point out some of these things. We have been advised not to contact anyone unless it’s something serious for correction, but wait for the one year “punch list” to correct minor imperfections. So we have to live with these things for a year? You are providing homes to seniors 55+ who are being overwhelmed with all the activities and responsibilities of moving and possibly selling their former homes! We sometimes miss the minor imperfections which Pulte shouldn’t! I’m 98% happy with our home, but bothered by the minor things. Pulte insurance was easy to deal with. The actual closing was a breeze! Pulte mortgage was a different story. There is a Pulte mortgage (PM) representative on site! She was our initial contact with PM. But we were passed on to a PM representative in another state to deal with via emails and phone. Then we were passed on again to a third PM representative! It was very confusing for a senior not skilled in the new use of electronic communication and signing! Documents sometimes had to be resubmitted after not being located or lost due to the transferring of PM representatives! PM was the weak point in the smooth operating system from sales to completion. You may want to look at their function and manipulate it for simplicity towards the 55+ seniors you are advertising your developments towards. ... More

Everything went fabulous until we took possession of the home. We loved our sales agent Bridget and our builder, Lonnie was friendly and helpful sending us pictures of our house as it was being built. He was quick to respond to issues after closing, as well. But our disappointment was when we closed, so many things were not OK. Beverage fridge has never worked - still waiting on replacement, dishwasher and freezer never hooked up to water, doorbell was not wired correctly to work and rang by itself constantly, smoke alarm was not wired correctly and kept going off at all hours of the night, windows not cleaned - still have sticky residue on them, kitchen cabinets were not wiped clean - lots of fingerprints and residue on them, kitchen cabinet glass was filthy, shelves not set up in laundry cabinets, flooring products left in boxes in house, worker water bottles left in house and backyard, flooring had sticky residue I had to scrub clean, sink in garage filthy, etc... We love the house but the lack of detail to present the home in a clean, welcoming condition was seriously lacking. ... More

I bought a new home in Stone Creek. Overall the home is good for the price point. My problem is the sliding glass door, I paid for a new door and got one that is patched together with pieces that don’t fit right and let the bugs in. I have put paper in all the holes. I paid for a new door, not one that isn’t right. I want the whole door replaced.

Beautiful house layout in a great neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom with selections from designer Elizabeth are excellent. Open floor plan is very livable. Construction manager Zack was very responsive and exceed our expectations for getting everything corrected before closing. The closing process went very smoothly and there were no surprises on the prices or closing costs. We're very happy with the community and the home.

The master bathroom sinks faucets were installed too far back and it has been over a month to try to fix. When I first reported Brandon was on vacation and he did finally come out to see the problem. Then the last conversation was October 8. I finally got in touch with my sales person Michelle how help with the issue. Brandon finally can out Thursday October 30 and said he had to talk to his supervisor to possibly replace the faucets. He got back to me Friday October 31 stating he had contacted his supervisor but he was leaving on vacation the following Wednesday. I ask for a name and phone number of who I could follow up with while he was gone. Brandon never got back to me. So I still in limbo. Additionally, the master shower was a mess. Cracked tiles and something all over the floor. The tile person can yesterday and today to fix the tiles but the wrong grout was installed in the floor. So I will final be able to use the shower next week with the wrong grout installed. This process has been unacceptable and backwards as far as a solution. ... More

The biggest shock was a 750 dollar assessment for future repairs on a clubhouse that hasn’t been built yet! This item was not explained or even mentioned until we were in our house for a month. We still don’t have a life style coordinator, but we are charged full price for amenities that don’t exist yet!

Since we moved in early September 2025, there has been a number of quality issues in our home. Example: Whirpool equipment is not up to quality standards (refrigerator, dryer and Microwave) have had parts replaced. They are really low quality appliances! Exterior painting was not up to par requiring multiple touch ups. Kitchen hood needed paint touch up. Driveway pavers are beginning to show indentation/sinking. A repair order was submitted to Del Webb. Kitchen sink stainless steel was heavily scratched and yet after reporting it nothing was done. Repair orders sometimes go unanswered even when noted as emergency as in the case of our two toilets backed up on a Friday night or in need of constant follow-ups. Coming from a DiVosta/Pulte home in Jupiter, Florida, the Del Webb homes at least ours do not match the former quality. Pulte needs to improve on their quality of their home. ... More

We were kept up to date with the construction of our house with weekly calls and pictures. After move in we continued to have assistance and important information.

Pulte does a great job as a production builder although much of the finish items such as kitchen & bathroom hardware, cabinetry, and trim could be better quality. My biggest complaint would be the finish painting. We had paint overspray / droplets all over are tile floor, bathroom fixtures, light & outlet plates, which were not removed prior to finish paint and had to be removed and cleaned by us, leaving us to touch up paint the walls. Lastly, anyone considering building a Pulte home needs to know in advance that the process happens very quickly and you need to be prepared to make decisions quickly as well. An example of this is your design appointment & consultation, which requires a lot of pre-planning on the buyers part to assure you are getting what you want in a finished home. We felt this process could have been better presented in advance, by having the process explained in detail thereby removing the unnecessary pressure of appointment time restraints in the selection process. IT’S ALL ON THE BUYER TO GET IT RIGHT IN THIS MEETING AS THERE ARE NO CHANGES ALLOWED FOR THE BUYERS, ONLY PULTE GETS TO MAKE CHANGES. ... More

The house and the construction people are solid. Minor issues have been resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

This is the second over 55 community we’ve lived in and, by comparison, the build process was much smoother and much better communicated here. Our builder, Alexis and sales contact Beth, were both wonderful to work with. They kept us apprised as the build progressed and followed up when we needed them too.

Our sales person Stefani was great. She went above and beyond from before the sale until after the house was finished. The construction manager Ronnie did an outstanding job ensuring our house was completed to high standards, keeping us informed, and responding to our needs.

Homes are better built than most I have visited.

We told them that we had mobility issues. We were told that the lot we picked out would be level. We were deceived! They made a driveway we can not walk down and with 2 steps to get into the house. The Quality of workmanship is bad. Finally when the house was finished and we did our walk through, we found an abundance of problems! We did a second walk through and there was still many of the problems left un touched. We had to do a third walk through on the morning of closing, and still there were so many problems left untouched that we were not able to point them all out. After we closed and moved in we still are finding problems, like a bedroom door not closing properly! This is the third home we have had built and never have we had such a bad experience. ... More

7 weeks after closing and we are still having major repairs being done. Every week we are finding something else that was not done properly with our home build. We love the area but the quality of their builds are inferior. We would not recommend building with Pulte/Del Webb. Pulte mortgage was also a nightmare, go with your own bank.

The builder was flexible to work with our timeline towards the completion of the home. The home seems well-built and no major issues have surfaced in the first six to seven weeks.

Pulte Mortgage was challenging having to deal with several different people. Then after we get finished the mortgage is sold to a different company

We recently closed on our new Del Webb Renown home in Finch Creek. The entire process from Sales, to Building, to Closing was a wonderful experience. The Sales Team answered ALL questions quickly and thoroughly, Our Building Manager was responsive, caring, and delivered a SUPERIOR quality home. Any issue was corrected to our satisfaction without hesitation. Our Building Manager kept us informed via email, texts, and onsite meetings on a regular basis. So happy we chose Del Webb for our forever home.
