My agent Chad Holmes was amazing. He did everything right. But I have the wrong countertops through my whole house. The paint job is terrible and not two toned like I thought, due to an apparent paint shortage. It has taken me a whole month to get someone over here to take a look at things and now I’m told it could be until January before the repairs can be completed. The community is beautiful and I love my house, but think many things could have been done much better.

We had a great experience watching our new home being built. Our field manager, Anthony, was exceptional; responsive, funny and really easy to work with. Now that we have lived in our home for a month, we are really enjoying git. I would say, however, that there are a lot of little things we’ve noticed,such as paint spotsn carpeting, small gashes in doors Gotham haven’t been painted over, spots of glue or other substances on the floors and a drawer that already fell off it’s track. The buying experience, mortgage application, and closing went smoothly . However, at the preliminary walk through there were several things that were supposed to be resolved that were promised would be done at the final walk through that were not. Here it is 6 weeks since closing and only 2 items have been resolved and we are finding more including electrical issues. I feel as if Pulte was sold "factory seconds". I am very conflicted about my new home at Kimblewick. I’m very pleased with the house and community. I won’t complain about minor issues, but one that goes against Pulte policy. That is planting a very large tree( it will grow to 40 or 50 feet) 5 ft in front of my house. It will have to be cut down at great expense in the future. I offered to move it but was denied. Well I am very unsatisfied with the 100% guarantee of handing over the house, still waiting on a bunch of issues that could be resolved very quickly but has not happened yet... We have been very patient on these issues. Another point that was not shared us is that we paid for a Berm View but the back is public property and other people walk thru there.

I have bought many homes before, and I've never experienced the issues I am having. I have at least 30 issues of poor craftsmanship and I've only been in my home a month. I am required to take a picture and email it to Pulte and they have workers reach out to me. Caryn was great. There were many issues in the building process that were kicked down the road. many problems were pointed out that would be easy to fix and there was plenty of time to fix them in the building process. At one point the house did not have any work done on it for 3 months. A lot of the concerns were not addressed in that time that could have been done. We’ve been in our home 2 months and still waiting for things to be redone that we’re not completed correctly the first time. This is very frustrating. We were also promised and paid for a high end microwave oven combo. Instead they retrofitted a table too CHEAP microwave in the space and put in a built in oven. We paid $2300 extra and certainly did not get the appliances promised.

Three weeks ago it was reported by the construction manager that my gutter downspout diverter was not installed. He sent a message to have this issue address. As of this day it has not been resolved. The soil is being washed out from underneath my lanai and from underneath the sod. The sod looks fine until it is stepped on. I further reported that it is now unsafe. Someone can break an ankle or a leg and the potential for structural damage is not far off. I received a don’t worry the column is sunken. I want my new home repaired. NOW!! If Pulte wants a better review then take care of this.

Was not happy that we had no oven & Did not find that out until our walk thru !!! Walk thru was 4-12-22 & we were told should get oven / microwave in 4 to 6 weeks !!! We tried calling texting & emails to 3 to 4 people & finally just got a response saying they received our info about our concerns !!! They said they are very busy but will get back to us !!!! Very poor customer service overall !!! As of todays date still no oven / microwave. Some residents that moved in around my timeframe got theirs ??? There is no excuse for not having those items ordered since we picked them out last year !!!

Our home was purchased approx 60 days ago and we have had and still have quality control issues. Lack of communication and follow up definitely an issue. Tired of hearing we are to busy and don’t have enough help and Covid-19 as excuses. Slow down the process then and pay attention to what is currently going on and address them accordingly.

DelWebb is a great community. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the build. There were so many major issues found after closing 1 month in and not complete. We've been told they are minor. (Not acceptable when we have dust and debris in our home.)Pulte dropped the ball when hiring sub par contractors or whoever they hire. Lesson learned.

I ordered Pendant lighting to be placed over my Island during upgrade selection. This was added to the cost of this house. During my 1st walk through, I pointed out to the Field Manager that the outlets were missing. He said he would add them. At final walk through, outlets for the pendant lights were still missing. you get zero paint options zero lighting options and zero options in a closet that reflect any type of quality to a homeowner. Not a home for 55 plus due to transition in every room due to lack of skilled workers. Very disappointing

Everything is completely one sided with regard to the contract. Time for the buyer to meet dates is inflexible but not on the part of the builder. Very little contact between contractor manager and the buyer. No real effort to repair punch out items

Pulte has cut back on quality of products offered. Example, I not satisfied with the cheap lighting fixtures, no globes in the garage offered and discontinuation of decorative doors. There are so many subtle short cuts. They offered more in the older homes and more style options. Although the build process was informative, I am not a fan of quality versus price!

Beautiful area, designs, location. The quality of the finish work was rushed. Poor painting and quality paint. Ended up 250.00 square foot. That's way too much for the end result in the product quality and finish work.
