From beginning to close I was well cared for in building my home. Great people - very responsive.

The homes are built very well. The home also seems very insulated. Love the kitchen

One week before moving into my home I did a walk thru to identify a few items that are typical. I discovered 19/21 interior doors were cracked. In the process to correct the problem and keep my close date, as my rental expired, movers, utilities, etc. all arranged, they tried to fix the problem. During the process doors were left in terrible condition, trim damaged, walls damaged, etc. After being in my home for one week, I saw the inconsistency of the drywall on walls, the exterior stucco around front entry had ripples in it, ceiling peeling off lanai ceiling and the list has been never ending. My field manager has been very responsive but the bottom line is my entire home needs to be completely re-painted after drywall, huge tile issues in showers and stucco items resolved. I don't know how this home passed inspection. The amenities, community are stunning but the quality of these homes are the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They boast on number of homes sold but are focused on quantity and not quality. I could never recommend this community to anyone sadly and if you do purchase, have a building inspector follow you every step of the way and refuse to close till every item is addressed. Although our field manager changed mid-build, we had good communication from both managers. Construction was delayed 10 weeks waiting for impact resistant windows--not the builder's fault. Upon closing, we had a small punch list, and our customer service rep/liaison has been outstanding in scheduling subcontractors to correct those minor items. A month after close, we are still waiting for the kitchen appliances we selected during design. One will arrive next week. Other residents have experienced the same, and current supply chain issues have not helped. Overall, we are pleased with our new home and very pleased with the neighbors and greater community. ... This is our 4th home but only 2nd from ground up. There could have been more communication or better communication. We understand that times are a little different however customer service should not change. Also, a customer should not receive their home dirty.

From the sales office through the buildout, all went well. Even with supply chain and Covid-19 problems, the builder produced a special home.

My experience with your sales agent was excellent. However, since moving in it has been a nightmare of construction deficiencies within the home and exterior issues that have gone unattrended by the HOA customer service department including garbage inundation on my property and broken fencing, and over a month of calls, FAXes and letters to set up autopay for dues!!!

The quality of the structure is very good but some of the finishes leave room for improvement. The field manager, Zach, was great! He always responded in a timely manner & remedied the issues. Some of the issues relate to the lack of labor availability…a sign of the times.

The crown molding on the cabinets in the laundry room fell off two weeks after purchase - it just fell off! Also, the builder was unable to show us how to work the irrigation system - just didn't know. Houses are being built very rapidly in circumstances where there is difficulty with delivery of materials plus probably some tightness in finding construction labor. We are basically happy with our experience and our purchase, but it is clear the process is strained and perhaps being rushed.

Getting repairs after close sucks.

Pulte is known for quality build and this has been my experience so far. Pulte homes are also known to be tight, that in each house has a dedicated system to bring outside air into the home. I am very happy with my new Pulte home.

Loved the layout of the homes and the people were terrific ! The sales personnel were very helpful!

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our Pulte home. We have heard of problems with other builders. We did not experience any issues. Our pre-drywall and final inspections did not bring any major issues to light. During a time when it is difficult for builders to finish homes on time, Pulte came through for us. We had an excellent field manager who educated us on our new home and pushed to close on our home when anticipated.

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

Explained what was going on and keeping me updated. Very accessible to answer questions. Good follow up.

Every single person I worked with in the buying, design, building and closing process was extremely personable, responsive and went out of their way to make things happen. Due to unusual market situations, there were disappointing delays but in each and every case they kept me up to date and never made unrealistic promises. It was well worth the wait- I could not be more pleased with the house. We closed with a few details still to be completed but they are in the process of getting those done now- so much better to be in the house while waiting for a few minor things to be addressed. Tim did an unbelievable job with every aspect of construction, despite delays and minor challenges.

Working with Del Webb was an excellent experience and you won't be disappointed if you decide to do business with them.

Unfortunately, due to supply chain problems, Pulte was unable to complete our home as originally scheduled. Their communication on the delays could have been better and help avoid needless extra costs on our move. Overall their response to problems after closing has been acceptable.

They are masters at this!

Smooth build process till the end. Monday we walked thru before closing . About 4 items to be corrected, came back thurs. Morning - Nino ,our expediter had all items repaired, house clean. We walked out and saw Nino’s boss on phone across the street and he was on phone with riverside inspection. Pulte had failed to pay some fees so getting my keys that day was delayed . So i did not get my keys till monday at 6p.m. My sales lady debbie,fed me misinformation about getting compensated for delay. So i had to re- arrange all my deliveries and sleep on my kid’s couch for 4 nites due to pulte not paying fees on time. The southern ca. pulte manager called me , and said they have a yr. To deliver my home. LOL HOLD IT - A yr after you already signed? He offered no compensation for 4 day delay , and was rather condescending and arrogant. I asked him “ why can pulte charge me a $300 a day penalty for failing to show up to close and you can screw up and not have same liability?” He had no answer , just said “your lucky to be in your new home” - LOL So i would give NINO - my expeditor 20 stars. STACY - my customer service rep after close 20 stars. DEBBIE - sales lady 1 star. PULTE - DEL WEBB customer service - 0 stars In the end a pleasant build experience was soured at the end by pulte - del webb corporate and my MIA sales lady, who got transferred a month before i closed and fed me misinformatin. We were informed throughout the entire building process.

I feel the quality and attention to details was lacking. Once I did the walk through I could see poor painting and floor work. Also three of the drawers wouldn't roll out smoothly or at all. Meaning they installed them knowing this and then walked away from the job. Leaving me to deal with getting it using the warranty.
