Process began in November 2021. Entire process seemed to drag, hard to get any concrete answers to questions and or timelines. Cost of project went continually upward with no definitive end date. Folks were cordial enough, but pushy at times and unable and/or unwilling to share information regarding timeframes and costs. Once builder decided to move forward and complete home things were fast and furious from May 1, 2022 until closing on June 30, 2022. Build took longer than expected. Several issues with the roof that need to be repaired after having a Home Inspection done. Was unhappy with the level of service I had from my original Project Manager Thomas, but I was happy with Anthony who help get the build finished and even came by to address some issues after I moved in to the home.

Bill our building manager was great, returned calls and texts quickly,kept us updated regularly. This was difficult since there were constant delays . Brendon our sales rep. Was extremely helpful and understanding. Rob our warranty mgr. has been great

The sales experience wasn’t the best. My original sales person was transferred to another community and I was assigned another person to oversee the details after I had signed my contract. There was a lot that slipped through the cracks. As a former design center consultant for another builder, I thought the Design Center prices were on the high side with little flexibility to change things on my spec home that I KNEW could be changed. Been there done that AND Pulte could have done better! And when the sales department rushed me to close way earlier than expected it became a fiasco. Too bad, ...

Supplies were hard to come by during the pandemic and when they did arrive the building was rushed and corners cut. I’m still getting warranty work done after being here a month. Nobody knows what anybody else is doing and it is hard to get answers. Huge need to be more organized and on top of helping residents. Del Webb is only interested in selling as fast as possible. Yes my home is lovely and I’m glad to be here. Expect more issues than you imagined you would have.

Disappointed! Things were not completed by my closing date of March 18,2022 and they knew I had to close by that date. And I signed the contract on May 8,2021 !! Still waiting for completion and backordered Whirlpool appliances!!

Pulte as the rest of us and the world have been put in an unprecedented situation with COVID, shortage of skilled labor and supply chain issues. We will not mask the fact that there are issues.. Lack of ownership from sales to customer service could be addressed. Pulte uses the current world circumstances as a crutch.

The sales person, Jen, was awesome as well as the design team. They were most helpful in helping me make decisions about various items. My main problem with the entire process was the quality control of various vendors who worked on my home. Clearly, there was limited overseer of the build. If you are going to build here, live close to monitor it. I lived out of state so was not able to do so.

The paint was terrible, I think they used 1/2 water as it's like chalk that rubs off. The baseboards did not get sanded, just slapped paint on them. They are coming back to sand and paint. I love the size. But you get the surprise of putting your trash in the garage and not outside and then having to install a trash enclosure.

The rush to close out by year’s end caused a lot of sub par workmanship. With so many homes currently under construction, quality control could be an issue. The company’s personnel are first rate but can’t keep up with the required fix up work and are at the mercy of their subcontractors. The subs are difficult to coordinate, not timely, come unannounced and most don’t speak English. There doesn’t seem to be any oversight of their work. The work is getting done but it has been a stressful experience.

In general we had a good building experience. Our sales person and design team did an outstanding job. Project completion was very delayed from the initial estimate. Also, we are still waiting on unresolved open issues that were noted shortly after closing.

Being a first time buyer of a new home, i am highly disappointed in the plumbing fixtures installed, very inexpensive and after 2 months already discoloring on the finish...they installed a very low end disposal, and we don't have hot water to the kitchen ( as it needs a comfort pump) this should have been taken care of by builder... we have pressure issues and hopefully all will be resolved, overall i would say the next buyer needs to be sure of what fixtures that are included in the purchase

While we understand supply chain issues, the lack of communication about said issues causing a three plus month delay in closing was difficult to deal with. Losing a project manager during the build added to our frustration. The quality is acceptable and most problems are addressed in a timely manner but I would not have expected quite so many issues in a new build. The staff has been very pleasant and conciliatory but clearly over booked as additional construction moves forward.

The crown molding on the cabinets in the laundry room fell off two weeks after purchase - it just fell off! Also, the builder was unable to show us how to work the irrigation system - just didn't know. Houses are being built very rapidly in circumstances where there is difficulty with delivery of materials plus probably some tightness in finding construction labor. We are basically happy with our experience and our purchase, but it is clear the process is strained and perhaps being rushed.

We were impressed with the model homes and our salesperson was awesome. The construction supervisors were awesome. However, the quality of the final product was very sloppy. Lots of paint splatters on the new floors and outside on concrete, cabinet trim not finished professionally, dishwasher that doesn't work, just general lack of attention to detail.
