Spent all morning for no show repairs or someone else’s fault? Multiple calls to schedule repairs then not a single issue resolved. Pics of repairs not even my house as I submitted. Sent wrong service people, no show on others. Stucco although scheduled won’t repair for a year.

Pick this builder base on my son recommendation of CEO. Second reason Disney proximity. But construction is shoddy with multiple issues wrong with dwelling. Still waiting on multiple repairs to be done. They’re backlog due to other homes needing repair so I’ve been told by warranty repair. DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!!

All of our neighbors have had the same issues as us, so it appears that Pulte builds homes using the cheapest methods "the home building code" will allow. In example, we have a walkout rambler with an unfinished basement. You can feel the counter bounce when some walks across the floor. Everyone is having this same issue but Pulte will just tell you they did everything to code. If you bring in an engineer, they will tell you that you will need to consider strongbacks. We built a rambler previous to this about 20 years ago with an unfinished basement and NEVER had this issue. All Pulte cares ...

Don’t trust them to fix things that go wrong even one day after the close, hire someone to give you an expert opinion prior to close. They are great at giving you the run around.

Quality of workmanship was subpar. They just wanted to get the home built ASAP and then let the homeowner suffer the consequences of repairs. Very stressful

When doing the walk through , it appeared to be meaningless. Half of the appliances didn't work or were not hooked up properly. 1 toilet was clogged with rags and rocks like an adjacent neighbor. The rear wall contractors left debris

The Dell Webb resort style living is why we moved to this community. Coming from a high end DR Horton home the experience has been quite different. The walk through was several hours and appliances were run off and known to be working, as opposed to this walk through - being told they work fine when the dishwasher wasn't hooked up and flooded our floor and cabinet when we ran it off the first time. The hood Vent wasn't working either which turned out to be a bad breaker. I understand these things happen. Can you say production homes?!?! They tell you one thing and then do another. The workmanship for the most part is poor. Granted there are a few decent subs, but overall the whole process is bad. The supervisors are no more than Pulte yes people. They tell you what you want to hear, but don’t follow through with what needs to be done. Never again!! Worst decision ever!!

I had high hopes for our beautiful new - and very expensive- home. Our construction mgr was the only reason we went through with the home build- Clinton was awesome. We had horrible experiences of being lied to and the quality of their product is horrible. Def not what we expected

Roof Issues

We have had electrical issues. Half the inside of the home the electric went out. The electricians diagnosed the problem. The roof is leaking and shorting out the electric. We have a call into the roofer and they will not come out till Thursday. We discovered the roof leak on Friday. I have a bucket in my kitchen catching the water. Called Pulte warranty and they do not answer their phone. You need to leave a message. When they finally called us back they hung up on us twice. We are not having a great a great experience. Many of the items in the home were not luxury items. Low end appliances. The model showed what you could get but during the sale it was stated everything was already bought. You could not change unless you paid more. After moving in there were many details that needed to be repaired/replaced. One month later still waiting for repairs.

Construction manager was pushy to close, then no follow up on items found during walk through inspection. He made promise that items would be corrected, now he won’t return calls, text messages or emails. It’s been over a month since closing and still not moved in because of issues. We were pleased with house and buying process till after we closed.

The buying process was very easy and the sale staff was excellent. However, now that I have moved in, and paid in full my new home, I have experienced a large number of construction flaws and the response to get the issues fixed is unacceptable. I have no return on my phone calls nor text messages, I feel very neglected by a builder whose contractors did not complete quality workmanship and the final inspection should have corrected the problems. It is questionable whether final power washing was done as there was mud on the garage floor Cleaners did a poor job of final cleaning. Painters were very careless, leaving permanent damage to flooring and concrete. Cracked windows have not been replaced. French door handles do not line up. Overall quality is not up to the claim of a high quality home.

We cannot believe how bad the quality of the work is in our house. (Kitchen has 3 lights over our island, not centered over island and no electricity) tile floors has bubbles in them. Our customer service person ( Brittney) has all this information and when I reach out about when we can expect someone to fix these problems I get no answer to my email and when I call3 times) get voice mail and no returned call. I can’t believe Del Webb has their name connected to this kind of quality in our home. And all our neighbors have the same problem .

The house is built fairly well. However, the attention given to the finishing details is poor. Our punch list is very long and after 2 months our house is still littered with blue tape showing the defects yet to be corrected. Upgrades, although costly are about medium grade .

My second and last Pulte Home, at least in Florida. Issues from the get go and still while residing in the home. Too many issues to list here. Major concern is level of construction knowledge, laying floor tile in the dark, major flooding due to loose plumbing fittings and on and on.

Builder is not responding to issues during construction . Buyer is rushed making selection on all the interior decisions . Selections are very limited and additional request are very expensive . All homes should have a choice of electric or gas cook tops

This is my third home in Sun City and this last home we had build was way below standard . I wish I could show the interior to a top executive from the Pulte Homes ! Believe me it would make him cry to spend $ 500.000.00 for this property .
