The team at Del Webb are wonderful! Attention to detail is very impressive! The amount of space and design is just great! I would highly recommend!

I was not happy with the way the my house was done. Painting was sloppy both on the inside and outside. Light fixtures were poorly done. Bathrooms walls are uneven and the fan sounds like a truck when turned on. On a windy day, the kitchen vent makes a flapping sound. Calls made were usually just lip service with no response to fix the problems

Communication during construction was great.

Our Field Manager in Del Webb, Andres Ceja, was amazing. After closing, minor defects are normal. So many new parts and vendors to the home. Andres was the guy that we could depend on for support. Without his attention, it would have been a very different experience. Top notch, warm and genuine. not many guys like him around in the industry.

We love the design of our home. However, communication and quality of workmanship was lacking. Personnel changes during our build led to temporary staffing and issues did not get resolved satisfactorily.

Check everything during the build process, the subs are only concerned about getting to the next job and not getting it done right.

We would do it all over again

I was surprised as to the poor quality of the materials they used to build these expensive units. The contractors they used are also very sloppy. They leave construction materials (e.g. joint compound) in various places without cleaning it up. Many of the MDF boards used as trim had noticeable visible defects that were never fixed. It just seemed to me that Pulte cut corners to save money, which was very surprising to me since I've seen great quality of workmanship in other Pulte homes in other developments. Everything in this community operates very slow, from the elevators, to the garage doors, to the gates. They operate as if they were as old as the average person that lives here. Del Webb build a quality complex right where we needed it

They are a great builder and did respond to the MANY errors & back ordered product that were missing from our home.

there are design flaws. The door to the balcony should have been a sliding door. The central island in the kitchen is big relative to the size of the kitchen. The second bathroom should have had a sliding bathdoor option. The large closet in the back of master room has no air vent and is stuff when the doors are closrd.

Communication wasn’t great, and response to issues wasn’t all that good

Rick was honest and upfront with me at all times. Kept me up to date and despite the late arrival of the Trusses, I feel they moved everything along at good pace. Its a very well built home.

Customer Service has been superb throughout the buying and move-in experiences.

Overall I am satisfied with the home, but was frustrated through the process, the contact was delayed from what i could determine was scheduling subs, still have some minor open issues which required constant follow up. Project manager was apologetic and tried to accommodate me, so wasn't sure where the roadblock was. Then to top it off, due to changes in closing by Pulte, I was assessed a higher transfer fee by the homeowner association, which caused me to accommodate a $30 change for their failure, which meant re-issuing final electronic payments or they were going to delay again.

Some of the issues seem to occur because of non professional workers. For example, I am still using a tooth pick to get white paint out of the crevices of my Vinyl Flooring. I had to have a plumber come out for the 3rd time to find out why commode in guess bathroom was not flushing properly. Sprinkler system programed, but was not responding to its pre programed status.

Buying this home was a great experience for me. I never felt rushed and each decision from doors to floor, from colors to cupboards was mine to make. I loved it! I haven't worked with any other company that treated me so well.

Very good experience end to end. It is important to have reasonable expectation. They allow customization but this is mass produced housing of good and more than sufficient quality

They deliver a very good home. The quality and condition of the home was beyond my expectations
