Our realtor did nothing to help us negotiate with the builder. Our building supervisor was horrible. We had to get management involved. Once management was involved the move went much smoother. The painting and finish work are not very good. We are having our house repainted.

This really was one of the best home buying experiences I have had! Concerns/ questions were addressed promptly and accurately The builder went above and beyond. My sales person was wonderful and everyone on the property absolutely delightful. I felt like I was home before I ever moved in!

We were so impressed with our experience buying a home at Dell Webb. Our PM Mike was incredible. So helpful and responsive.

Our home in Buckeye Festival was built with two A/C. It in Florence they put one. Excuse was unsatisfactory. The Journey has a better system that the Voyage. I feel a mistake was made using old floor plans to build them in Florence and Buckeye builds with newer plans because two A/C are needed. VP for Arizona Jermey is useless and that’s the reputation he has from others that have gone to him with issues. They never provided me a letter from Pulte engineer saying the difference between Buckeye and Florence and why. Also why was this house not upgraded like Journey system? Think a mistake made and they covered it up for me and other customers. ... More

Home build has been great.. very satisfied

Building a home is a major undertaking. It is important to establish relationships with all involved upfront and ensure effective, close loop communication with all involved. It is not an issue free process, but any issue can be resolved when everyone is working towards the same goal. I am pleased with my home and have established the necessary relationships to ensure issues that may arise after closing will be addressed. The entire team was very customer focused.

We love the area and the comradery with our neighbors, that is a plus. We are not satisfied with Pulte and the whole process of getting to our home. It has nothing to do with the people we have had some great individuals along the way helping us, however, the corporation is a company and in my opinion, is not connected to their customers. Something as little as having a plumber come to the house a day before closing to unclog the pipes to the sewer. They don't do this and it causes all the construction residue on the pipes to return to the house and cause a big problem once you move in, that does not have to be that way. The fact that you have to have the same floor throughout the house, even though you may be willing to pay more. We got stuck with some appliances that we didn't want because the person was not clear and gave us price, not color, the fact that you have to decide on thousands of dollars of upgrades in 2 hours. There are many issues, but as I said before is a corporation and they only see the $$$$ sign. ... More

From our first meetings with both the sales person and field manager assigned to the building of our home through the house closing and move in, both patiently answered and fully explained the answers to any questions we had. The amenities at Del Webb Stone Creek are just the right size for retirees looking for a retirement community that does not overwhelm and everyone has their own space to accommodate all residents without anyone feeling crowded.

Selection, variety of choices, easy of process, and overall quality and appearence.

The sales agent who worked with us throughout the process in choosing the materials in the construction and helped to pick out a lot that met our needs but also helped in directing us financially in what we needed to do to make our dream home a reality was remarkably outstanding. Give her a raise!

Look carefully at plans. Bathroom not well laid out. No where to put anything like soap. Tub is too big. Owner's suite closet very small. Not big enough for 2 people. Lighting fixtures outside the home horrible Spanish old design. Front doors ugly as are the upgrades.

We were impressed with our sales representative, Darren McGuinness. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help even when it is not his job. We also were very satisfied with our construction manager, Jacob. He kept us up to date, answered all our questions. Did a good inspection of the finished house prior to closing.

After 21 years at Sun City MacDonald Ranch we purchased a new Pulte/Del Webb home at Sun City Mesquite. The home buying experience from the start was exceptional, with our Sales Agent and the Bulding Superintendents all keeping us informed and delivering a very high quality product. We love our home, have had very minor issues that were quickly resolved and are enjoying the amenities of the community. This group handled "covid related delays" as well as we could have expected, always keeping us updated and confident that they were doing all they could to get us into our beautiful new home. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - good value

Of the more than 15 new homes we have built or purchased, this has been the worst experience. There is no pride of workmanship, quality is terrible and response to issues has been poor.

Great neighbors and tremendous amenities.

It was a nice experience getting my new home . Everybody made it easy for us to move in . Very professional and attentive to our needs . Happy I made the decision to buy a home at Dell Webb .

I feel that omega is way to controlable and they don’t have any respect for people after they pay for there homes. Not a happy camper

The space isn't utilized for 55plus.

First of all I never give perfect marks, no one is perfect. We enjoyed our experience with the sales staff, we had a good salesman, answered all questions we had at the time, returned all our calls in a timely manner. The construction period could have been handled better in my opinion, nothing serious, every situation is different. Del Webb has been building homes for along time and they have it down to a science, I'm only in my home for a month and we are happy.
