Their contractors do not keep a clean or tidy work space. Debris was left everywhere inside and out during the buildout. Their finishing work was no better than an inexperienced DIY person. Carpentry was horrible. We purchased cabinet in the entry way from garage that I could have built better with the limited tools I have. Each shelf was at different spacing. The painting was horrible and had to be done a second time.

The process was smooth all the way through to the first 30 days in our home. All the Pulte people and others involved were very helpful, competent, and professional. We thank them all for a job well done.

The builder was not responsive to minor changes during the home building process. In addition the builder made two major mistakes (fireplace & cabinets) which my wife and I uncovered. However our PM Chad did an outstanding job resolving those problems and other issues.

Del Webb Lake Las Vegas is a premier community. The location, amenities, home design and included features make this the best active adult community we toured, and we visited many. We are so happy we purchased here! Everyone we worked with were caring and amazing! We are grateful we found the perfect place. Del Webb is the BEST!

The homes are well constructed.

The biggest issue is that we had four different field managers over the course of our build which led to a great deal of confusion, and the communication between us and the builder was non-existent until the very end. The last field manager towards the end of the process was better and at least attempted to care about the customer - but up till then it felt like we were not even part of the process. The workmanship was not what I would expect either. Paint splatters on every surface, grout residue and dust all around the tiled areas, gaps under the molding around every doorway - which is where the ants and other bugs are getting into the house from the day we closed. We are Very happy here.

So far I am very pleased with my home.

Getting the home was great but Getting a home whit lots of problems was a disappointment. Roof tile, roof vents not there. A kid could have painted the house better. Missing window. Holes in AC vent pipes. And many more things.

I was disappointed that it seems that after the trades have completed the task that their supervisors are not checking quality and functionality. Things like doors that do not close property (screen door), doors that did not lock, (like the screen and sliders), the a/c did not blow cold air, and initially when writing Warrantee Jax about it I received no response. If it was not for Ben from Pulti stepping in I am unsure it would have been completed.

Trades sometimes uncoordinated....trades left to put cutouts in places they don't belong.

Timely benchmarks, sales people friendly, informative. Due to covid lots of items backordered.

Having a great building superintendent & sales person made the building process much easier

Salesperson was responsive. Too many subcontractors that we do not even know. It would be better if a list is given at the beginning.

Don’t trust anything they tell you and check the process of building as often as possible. Their subcontractors are lackadaisical and exhibit very poor workmanship and concern about your new home. Quality is substandard for the prices you pay.

Our lifestyle Director is vibrant. She keeps us busy in ways to get to know our neighbors.

Appliances were poor quality. They broke down very early. Wallboard seams and corners were not done very well. Building expansion and contraction with the seasons caused cracks to appear all thru the condo building. Overall I woould rate the construction and material quality below agerage.

The quality of work by the finishing trades left much to be desired. They were careless damaging walls, sheet rocking over electrical boxes and water feeds. Insulation was missing and had to be redone. People didn’t show up when they were supposed to. Tile work in both bathrooms had to be ripped out and replaced delaying closing. Not at all what we expected. Our closing was delayed 2 months costing us thousands of dollars in rent and storage fees. We have built other homes and did not have the stressful experience we had here.

My field manager resigned a few days before my closing . Major issues like installing my sliding glass door was left till right before my closing. I left to go to my closing with many unresolved issues. My sod was dried up . My outside shutters still are not on and my shower glass was installed after the closing . My dishwasher was installed 2 week after the closing My shelf in the closet collapsed the day I moved in and the bracket hit the drywall and left a hole in it .The new assigned field manager took care of the closet disaster and hooked up my dryer so I could use it He did the best he could under the circumstances . I still have not received my trim package on my microwave and my front yard has a sick looking magnolia tree . I am discouraged and disappointed one month after moving in to my Pulte home ... More

Very poor at returning phone calls; acknowledging emails. Pulte Mortgage requires a complete do-over. No sense of customer service. In the end, I gave up a $7,000 bonus just to *escape* and move to a different lender.

Too many issues for the money. Sad.

We notified our project manager Steve of issues with our kitchen cabinets during walkthrough, at move in and after move in. Still has not been repaired. Almost 90 days later we finally have an appointment for repair after far too many emails and phone calls. There was non communication through the process - finally got the Customer Service Manager to assist. Thanks Tatiania! Still had to wait another 3 weeks to get an escalated schedule. Week 7 our microwave started spewing smoke, a board had burnt up. We called Customer Service who redirected us to Whirlpool warranty. Their safety team told us to shut off the circuit breaker as it was unsafe to use. There are no repair parts. The Pulte project manager said he would contact their Whirlpool Representative to see if he could assist in providing options. Crickets! The owner of the appliance repair company indicated if/when we got a new board it could burn up too. No guarantees. After a month of waiting, the safety concerns and no answers in sight we purchased a replacement, Now we have to wait 2-4 weeks for Whirlpool to pick up the old one and provide a refund check. Have a minor floor board issue. Have to wait a month to get that addressed. It is frustrating to see all these same service people driving around in our neighborhood doing new installations and prior buyers have to wait so long. We were so excited to purchase and move in to this community. The lack of communication and delays in repair have been very disappointing. Fixes are to be expected...just be aware of what to expect....or not. ... More

Poor quality materials and workmanship.

Very good experience with my home purchase at Del Webb Orlando. From signing contract to design to final walk through was seamless and a good experience.

Very responsible and responsive to our needs. Quality materials, Love the amenities that are included.
