My latest interaction with Pulte was very good. It was a warranty claim. The problem was addressed in about 48 hours. Considerring everything that is going on that is not bad.

Our builder Zack was helpful and informative. However our shower glass didn’t arrive before closing. We’ve already had a leaking window due to rain. I am not impressed with the overall quality, fit and finish of the house.

Process began in November 2021. Entire process seemed to drag, hard to get any concrete answers to questions and or timelines. Cost of project went continually upward with no definitive end date. Folks were cordial enough, but pushy at times and unable and/or unwilling to share information regarding timeframes and costs. Once builder decided to move forward and complete home things were fast and furious from May 1, 2022 until closing on June 30, 2022. Very disappointed in the quality of the home for the price we paid. Cheap materials used for doors and other cutbacks that were made are obvious, such as trim. All upgrades were ala carte, knowing that the buyer would not want the basic options that were presented. Very disappointed in the way Veterans are treated. Unless you state you are a Veteran from the first signing, Pulte would not accommodate the discount for them, however, when changes were made to the contract for upgrades, they were willing to change the contract since the price would increase. The gentleman, James, in charge and over looking the building of our home was professionally responsive during the building process. The time frame was as expected, with the real only delay was the windows. We have been in our home almost a month, a few issues have been recognized by us, missing white strip for one of our front windows, bent window frame, no hot water for our tub, one stained paver in the driveway, and painting of the bottom edge, alongside the two sliders. The overall experience ended up being disappointing due to delay after delay. Pulte oversold their lots and over promised the completion timeline, combined with labor and material shortages the results were disappointing. In the end we are happy with our home but if I had it to do over again I would consider another builder.

Build took longer than expected. Several issues with the roof that need to be repaired after having a Home Inspection done. Was unhappy with the level of service I had from my original Project Manager Thomas, but I was happy with Anthony who help get the build finished and even came by to address some issues after I moved in to the home.

If it wasn't for our final construction managerJose, this house probably would still be getting built. He was the only Pulte employee that was at all communicative and seemed to understand his job. Everyone else we tried to talk to always sent us to someone else who also didn't have an answer. Now that we are in the house it's the same problem with the warranty manager. No response, nothing is getting fixed, no schedule is given. Excuses are labor shortage, parts unavailablility, etc. Maybe Pulte should stop selling houses and fix the ones they have built.

Love interior of home; layout and finishes. Very disappointed with exterior. Driveway incline makes it very difficult to take garbage in and out. Never in the model or was told there would be steps going from garage into house. The whole reason for buying a single story home is to eliminate stairs. I'm an 76 and if anything should happen where I need walking assistance, I don't know I would handle living here.

I really love the neighborhood. This is a great place to live. We purchased the house in May of 2021. Vickie was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was not pushy. I would give five stars on this part of the process. The building phase was not as great. Yes, i know about supply chain issues and all of that. I didnt mind waiting my turn for stuff to come in. What I did not understand was how houses purchased after ours were completed months ahead of ours. That part was frustrating. Getting any punch list items completed are nearly impossible after closing.. Response back to address lawn issues have been over a month to get even a response.. A lot of passing the buck going on between builder, HOA, and landscaper. Seems like its all new to everyone but I find that hard to believe since Pulte has been around for a long time and know how to operate.

I moved from out-of-town and felt that the builder's team kept me very informed of the progress during the building process. I hired a 3rd party pre-drywall inspector who found several construction items needing correction, and the building team was great about making the corrections. However, I do have some walls and windows that are not aligned and wish I had spent the extra money on a better quality paint, especially on the woodwork.
