This was a positive experience and I am very happy with my new house.

Floor plans tailored to retirees. Kept us informed throughout the build process.

We had such a great experience in the building and purchasing our new home. We lived 2000 miles away and still felt very connected to the building process. The communication with the sales agent and construction manager was outstanding ! We love our new home.

Everyone I've met and spoken with are very happy that they chose to buy here.

Needed more instructions on things like irrigation, etc

Knowledge, they no their product. Sub contractors have been with them a long time.

The overall experience has been great. They delivered on time, good communication, construction of house-5 stars, great community.

Watch what they do, make sure they get it right.

Overall I would say were satisfied. Some minor items weren’t done to our liking. Quality control could of been better. We do love the home! Just the small situation we’re Annoying.

Lack communication from our first foreman on the job. He would give u lip service. We love the area and our new home, now that we have moved in.

Responsiveness to issues. Not everything went flawlessly but wherever there was a hiccup they did everything they could to make it right. Our build manager Trent was awesome!

Try to live locally to your build so that you are able to visit your site regularly and catch items as they arise so that there aren't a lot of issues after you move in.

My experience was so disappointing, especially with Pulte Mortgage. I loved the location and floor plan of my home, but the only time I felt like I was a client that Pulte was trying to please was during my interior design consultation. They did meet the deadline set for closing, but they did so through obviously rushed final construction details. I initially applied for a very small mortgage with Pulte Mortgage simply to get the promised contribution towards closing costs. However, Pulte ladled on some many junk and excessive fees (both application and processing fees, for example). The week before closing, my loan consultant said everything was on track for closing. Then, the day before closing I was presented with demands for more documentation on a loan to value of only 15% (meaning I had 85% of my home’s value in equity). I finally told them to cancel my loan and funded my purchase from my own funds. I would not recommend an initial purchase through Pulte for any of my friends or family. ... More

From the first day meeting with our sales rep to the day we closed on our home all aspects of the build was extremely smooth. Our project manager Sent us a email with photos and a message regarding the progress of our new home, we greatly appreciated of always keeping us in the loop. This is our 3rd Del Webb home and we will continue to tell our friends about Del Webb and the quality homes they build.

Their were many obstacles to face due to COVID. Windows were delayed, appliances on back order, However, after a three month delay the project managers, did all they could to find a solution. During that time they continued their best to move what construction they could move forward and worked diligently once the other windows had to be chosen to complete the house as expeditiously as they could. It was a good experience to work with dedicated project managers and so appreciated.

They were still working on our home the day of closing. Numerous items where not completed correctly. Flooring had two colors of grout thru out the house as though they ran out and just picked a close enough color to finish the job. The flooring was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff all on the floor along with paint and silicon. Tile in bathroom doesn't even flow with the wall where they connect. Out door patio pavers are covered in paint and the screen patio was installed incorrectly with holes in the screening and support beams not leveled. Even the house number is on the house at an angle and not painted where you can see where they try to remove it and redo the installation of the numbers. We have plumbing, paint, electrical and flooring issues since we purchased this home. I will give them a high mark for responsiveness before we purchased. Trent F. (PM) has been very responsive and knowledgeable in the process of our home. Last thing, we have purchased or built 5 homes in our life time and this ranks the worst of all of them. ... More

They are great! I'm happy living in del webb community.

I would like a better system of repairs or other problems in the home handled by the builder for the first 30 days at least instead of immediately passing these situations on to the warranty department.

Glue, dirt, cement, absolutely the dirtiest new house ever. Yesterday I was on my hands and knees scraping up glue for 1/2 hr. No pride in workmanship. Received a 175,000 house for 275,000.

Overall experience was very positive. Beautiful home and very responsive to questions

Stay on top of your GC

So far everything is fine. The buying experience was fine. Danielle made the process easy and kept us up to date. The project manager talked to us weekly as we were not in the area. The key will be a year from now.
