They’re great until you give them your first review, which they tell you about and ask that you give them a good one. I am a single, older woman and after I moved in I noticed so many little things....some type of putty that absolutely will not come off tile floors. Sloppy painting in some areas. Gaps in flooring. Incorrect electrical wiring. Nearly dead bushes. Weeds they are supposed to control but are not. The builders grade paint is awful.

From purchase to move in the entire process was smooth.

They’re quick to fix little mistakes. But it takes more than 30 days to fix their big ones and still waiting!! Every Monday I text the foreman asking when will the hole in the wall will be fixed? I’m told he’s confirming with the drywall company to fix the gap. To me this is not a gap it’s a hole! When they built my house they forgot the crown molding. So after having to come back in and add the crown molding they laid the molding on top of the vent going into the guest bedroom. Not acceptable so they replaced the vent with a smaller one now leaving a hole. It seems like they can’t figure out how to fix this problem. Next the gaps on the floor going into the guest restroom and the washroom. First I was told that’s the way they should be. But then was told going to make sure. So a threshold was placed on top of the gaps. Again not acceptable! If you step on the threshold you’ll hear a crack sound. This is because of the gaps underneath. Our poor quality of workmanship was created by having 5 different field managers exchange responsibility throughout the build of our home. POOR management system. OUR HOME IS FULL OF ITEMS NEEDING RREPAIRED AND THEY ARE CHOOSING TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MISTAKES such as cracked window, unsmooth granite countertops with sharp edges.. Bowed walls...porch and patio full of birdbaths and craters as well as saw cuts in the edges of our bullnosed cement work...The list Goes On.. underaged kids working on our flooring and tiles.. Shall I continue? This ones gonna hit thecourtroom. Will not recommend Pulte or Del Webb to anyone. ... More

We are still waiting for the refrigerator that was part of a package. It was promised to be delivered by February 22nd, or by the end of February at the latest. We are still waiting and have had no updates for several weeks. Our rear door to the lanai is again showing gaps after at least two attempts to simply adjust it. It appears the door frame is warped and simple fixes aren't working. Other than these issues other punch list items were addressed. General workmanship appears good for homes built on a fairly fast timeline. The community is very nice and we're looking forward to being able to get involved in many of the activities once things open up more. ... More

I would purchase a Pulte Home again.

We have had a good experience with the builders, especially during this difficult time of COVID and possible delays.

Fit and finish is sub par. Non responsive to handling issues. Don’t close if everything isn’t done.

Brett and Stacey have been very helpful and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed our salesman immensely. No question was too small . We were buying from across the country sight unseen. We knew Del Webb’s reputation so there was nothing to worry about. It has been exciting the area is beautiful. Now we are struggling with follow ups on things we are concerned about. I realize there are other new houses being built but you need to get things completed for owners who live here, after all, we are your biggest cheerleaders. At least, at the moment!

Pulse builds a quality home!

Felt like once you signed to build they moved on to the next people. Things not explained well or thoroughly. No appliances we selected at closing so we got loaners. Still waiting 2 plus months later. Feel like we got the shuffle.

Check out the models and lots. Well designed.

Qwinn was great field manager.

The overall experience was great. Our salesmen was always available at providing information if we needed it along the the Interior design office. Everyone kept us informed as to what was happening next and gave excellent guidance. Our Project Manager went over and above communicating with us the stages the house was in and always contacted us if we needed anything.

Steve D is on-the-spot. He made it happen.

Would recommend Del Webb developments to anyone looking for the best in design, construction and amenities. Our home is extremely well laid out, highly functional and comfortable. The fit and finish are outstanding and the Del Webb staff have been great.

The builder has been a pleasure to deal with, very responsive to all questions or issues.

Whenmeeting with the building supervisor, we realized the quality and care that went into our new construction. We were actually lucky for buying when we did because we got many updated features that were not included before.

I appreciate the value of my new home. While it was being built during the Covid-19 year, the field manager, Brandon, was in contact with me weekly to let me know where we were on the construction. I'm still waiting on my microwave because of back-orders, but Brandon is still on top of that issue. It's great to be in my new home!

Beautiful home for price and concept.

Great experience, all around positive.

We are located out of state and travel was difficult during these times. We received weekly video updates on the status of our home and did the final walk through virtually. All issues identified were handled promptly and verified with video. The close process was completely online and quite simple. We were able to complete the purchase of our home remotely and will be moving in soon.
