NEVER, NEVER CLOSE UNTIL YOU GET EVERYTHING DONE. ONCE YOU CLOSE ALL THE PROMISES THEY MAKE YOU TO COME BACK TO FIX THINGS ARE BOGUS. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP REGARDING MY BATHROOM TILE THAT THEY WILL NOT COME BACK AND FIX AS PROMISED.

Lot initially was laid out incorrectly. Two managers/superintendents were fired/replaced during the building. Impossible to coordinate any problems between design and building. No one could correct a mistake in number of lights in one bedroom. Design center rep would not respond to phone calls or emails. Building site was a disgusting mess most days.

It’s very discouraging to keep hearing that DelWebb can’t do something when we know very well you can you just won’t. Why not try to explain why some of the things you aren’t willing to do are being done the way they are. Would make such a difference in the whole experience when a new buyer feels they are listened to and their Thoughts and questions are respected and answered correctly. Very difficult when you talk to different people in the sales office and get a completely different response to the same question. Several problems with quality of workmanship, such as garage door not installed properly and falling off. Doors put in wrong place and opening wrong direction. Need to watch closely to make sure the home is built properly and as you requested per the plans as approved. Our insurance company did not initially want to insure the home for the price paid. Paying for more than just the home, such as the amenities. It took over five months for our house to be completed. There was some delay starting the construction. At completion of the home it took us another 30 days to deal with all the defects. We're currently living in the home and it's acceptable now however we still find shortcuts and shoddy workmanship when we look closely. For example we just noticed the garage door opener is only half attachedin the front. They installed the support in the wrong spot so the opener bracket doesn't fully touch the wall. Disappointed in the quality of the build. They would rather re-do things 3 times badly than get it right the 1st time. We're in the home just over two months now and are still waiting to get things corrected due to Covid 19 issues and shear volume of other on-going construction. We did get the lot we wanted but at a very hefty premium. I guess time will tell if we made a good choice to move here.

The quality of some of the workmanship was not acceptable. Paint left on carpet, wood floors, and cabinets. And stove top. Wood floor has wood missing in planks. Many cabinets not working properly or not lined up . Put in work order several weeks ago and haven’t heard anything.

The sales staff is friendly and helpful. The subcontractors are horrible. The construction supervisors we had are no longer with the company. They were terrible. We have had a positive response to our concerns and are awaiting scheduling of repairs to be made. Much time has been spent worrying and fretting about our decision to build here. We lived 1300 miles away when building took place. I would suggest if you build here, you rent here and watch every day the progress (or lack there of) being made. This was/is a very stressful time. We love your new home in SC Festival BUT as of today, we still have NO response to our 30 day "fix it" list - we are 70 days+ since moving in. We followed your rules & payments made but the rules don't apply to you! Get moving Pulte. Your excuses are not working.

after the great sales pitch DW/Pulte was the greatest and would provide an error free package all inclusive, not quite. Sales was great, financing was rough but it took 5 people to get it in order for closing. Project management was lacking in maturity and experience. Punch list items still not done as well as warranty items now, of CV19 is the cause. Action was late on my punch list items and many left at closing I trusted would be done but were not. Insure all punch list issues have a specific completion time established. Be aware of the slow hot water delay due to water lines in the slab. Closely inspect final cleaning quality.

Disappointed in Kitchen aid cook top. Terrible. You can't see the controls. Tank less water heater is worthless. The amount you save on gas to heat the water, you waste water waiting to get hot water by a factor of ten. Get rid of them. give me back my water heater. A change order process/system is terrible. Too many hand offs between vendors. The stone vendor applying stone on fronts does terrible work. No education on key mechanic - Heating and Cooling systems. I fell like the finishing of home was rushed. Plumbing was not tightened. Glue on tile. Paint on glass. Grout on granite. Cabinets chipping. Lazy Susan not installed. Drawer rail not attached. Exterior paint peeling. To be fair I have not contacted warranty dept yet but will as soon as I get settled.

Interior workmanship lacking quality. Issues with paint, garage sheet rock. Sub contractors rush through work; thereby, leaving poor workmanship. Answer is let “Warranty” take care of it. After that it is a struggle with Warranty and the sub-contractor. Lot’s of excuses.

I filled this out previously and you have the response. I do not type and do not like the inconvenience of having to reconstruct a response. I cannot get questions answered by the subs Del Webb lists, with their phone #'s. Furthermore after questioning the quality of a two level upgrade on the granite(the granite had an obvious flaw) we were called by a supervisor. Strong-arm tactics from Pulte mortgage and Pulte Insurance. Builder unwilling to address multiple issues discovered after living in home for short period of time. Floors not level in multiple places in the house. Grout work in shower in Master Bath was poor quality.
