Salesman charming to get the sale; unresponsive post signing contract. Field managers come and go: incredible delays in construction. Be sure to have own private inspection pre close to find construction flaws I.e. roof, biological growth, furnace & plumbing issues. Post closing, no one is responsive in a timely manner to the issue listed at walk through just before closing. Be willing to hold firm and hold company ro accountability, make no assumptions.

My salesman was great. The woman from design center great. Then comes my field manager ok in the beginning but as soon as house closed fixed almost nothing from punch list. Not very responsive to texts. Now I have a new field manager who takes over after 30 days so we will see . He is at least responsive and has scheduled a couple of repairs. Hoping to get my hand held shower head soon . So will see how new manager does too early to give review on him .

The community is full of exceptionally friendly people. I would strongly urge hiring a qualified inspector for predrywall & celebration walk thrus (if you’re given ample notice of these dates). My experience has been one of shock at the sloppy workmanship and the lack of follow thru on basic items. Also make sure what you ordered is actually in the house

It was all about the sales cycle. The quality of installed products was good and bad, and follow-up service is terrible. As an example, it's been 5 weeks since we asked to get our quartz counters (which are a mess) looked at. They don't even respond to requests half the time and once they hand a ticket off to a contractor the Pulte support team help ends there. Zero followup.

The fit & finish on these homes in Mesquite are undesirble. What you can't see seems to be okay, but what you see, paint inside & out, baseboards misaligned and rough edges, doors un-sanded on the bottoms, windows warped, cabinets look like they were put in by my 10 year old grandson. Grout missing in various places. Believe me, they will close on your house with all these things being sub par and pass all these problems off onto their customer service. Which I have to give kudos to for trying to rectify an unpleasent situation. It's been 2 months and I only have a 1/4 of the issues fixed. ...

The closing company did not pay the Property Taxes, SID or HOA nearly 2 months after closing and only paid them after we relentlessly inquired. We were in fear of a Property lien. I would stay away from Del Web title company.

We closed on our house six weeks ago. We continue to find many small workmanship issues with painting, molding fit, tile grout, and paint splatters on the floor. There is a significant issue with the heating system on the second floor which hasn’t been completely addressed (we spent an extra $4200 to have this installed.). Our floor in the kitchen area started to buckle and we discovered that the drain pipe in the knee wall behind the island was broken and dirty water has been leaking since we’ve been in. Building your dream home should be a wonderful experience, but this is not the case with Pulte. Excuses at every turn. Closed 2 months ago.. house was filthy, finish construction work was sloppy & now we have to battle Pulte ‘customer service’ to get things repaired. Many subs just aren’t skilled. Certainly not the quality expected when buying a $500k+ home.

A builder is only as good as the subcontractors he selects and employs. The HVAC, paint, and tile contractors were marginal. The HVAC location was part of our original contract, which the HVAC contractor didn't read and installed HVAC incorrectly, which took three months to get right. There are numerous examples of wall paint overspray on the hardwood floors and tile. Cabinetry is damaged and lacks proper finishing molding which we are still waiting on. Beware, the Welcome Center will talk to you about ‘quality build’ but the product received is not up to this standard. Also, make sure to hire an independent building inspector to keep a keen eye on the process.

We started out with a very positive situation with our sales representative who through the whole process has been the only person to show any care towards us and our purchase. We have had numerous problems with getting service addressed. Emails and text messages from the builder go unanswered.

Came in with low expectations on quality from this builder and was not disappointed. From low end cabinets and barely meeting building codes the house is as expected. We liked location and moved with friends who wanted to live here so we got what we expected. Homes are WAY over priced for what you get but we knew that going in. No one to blame but ourselves

Would not recommend this builder to anyone. Been living in our home for almost a month and there there has not been substantial progress on fixing our long punch list of problems, plus finding more every day. Philosophy seems to be to let the new owner move in and find the problems for them. Several neighbors have expressed similar feelings but have said they eventually get around to addressing the problems, but it takes awhile, months. 1: Through out the construction, no responses from the construction manager when we asked for updates and concerns. 2: Rescheduled 2 times for Closing because of their lack of coordination, timiming of completion and scheduling. 3: Staying in the hotel for 21 days because of their scheduling mistake caused us to incur into unexpected expenses. Yet, no one seems to care. Just blame COVID.

I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls or take care of the many issues I currently have with my new house. I moved in 30 days ago and have reported my issues to the field manager along with the customer care team only to find out the person who was handling my problems is no longer with the Del Webb Union Park. No one has reached out to me to get my issues with the house resolved. This is extremely frustrating the lack of communication and follow through with Pulte.

My main complaint is the quality of the workmanship. Three out four of my appliances were damaged and had to be replaced. Many of the windows have scratches in the glass and need to be replaced. The care the tradesman demonstrated in building the home was deficient - for example the new carpet and flooring had paint, sanding dust and red clay marks (looks like nothing was covered or protected before performing the work). Initial repairs were done poorly. Things are getting repaired properly once the punch list was turned over t the warranty department, but was disappointed in the house ...

Way to many items that had to be addressed after delivery. Building foreman should have seen these problems and addressed then while building. This is the poorest built home we have owned inn10 homes.
