Nice people - overwhelmed, not trained for positions held, sub contractors skill set is severely lacking. Communication between what was agreed to in contract and construction has gaps.

I am a disappointed that I can hear walking from the unit above me. I was told that the "great" construction would prevent that. I may need to move. Not great responses from follow up work.

I love my neighborhood and my neighbors but it shouldn’t be my job and time to make sure things are done correctly. The sales people and construction managers are very nice and friendly but the quality of their trades people is poor. I am talking from the painter to the lawn people, poor quality. The required or recommended contractors (pool builder and window coverings don’t call you back to remedy problems. The only time I have received a timely response is when I contacted a company Vice President or regional president. They told us that one month after closing they would call and make an ...

Our closing got delayed by DW so we had to close when the date came. Several things were undone and we we told they would be done asap. 2 months later they are still incomplete after many promises to get things done.

My shower had to be reinstalled three times before the floor was graded properly, and the tile placements were corrected. The windows are not squared off. A lot of the walls are not squared off overall there does not seem to be pride in the workmanship of the workers. Most recently The VIDEO DOORBELL was a terrible install job. Trying to find out who to contact is a nightmare and to take ownership of fixing things is not very expedient if at all. Unwillingness to accommodate the buyers request for minor things that could save the buyer thousands of dollars is ignored. All you get is a flat no ...

I paid for a new house and didn’t get new

I bought a new home in Stone Creek. Overall the home is good for the price point. My problem is the sliding glass door, I paid for a new door and got one that is patched together with pieces that don’t fit right and let the bugs in. I have put paper in all the holes. I paid for a new door, not one that isn’t right. I want the whole door replaced.

We have found that the total quality of the home build to be subpar. I believe the reason for this is the quality of work done by your contractors and sub-cotrators. Their should be better inspection of their work and attention to details of the home build.

I was fortunate or maybe unfortunate to be able to visit the house almost weekly to see the progress of the new build. It was frustrating to witness the lack of "craftsmanship" that they claim in the promotional materials. To look at finished window openings that were not plumb or level, inconsistent wall texture due to the numerous times the drywaller had to return, items that supposedly passed inspections but yet I had to point out to the construction manager that they were wrong or needed to be fixed and the attitude of not only the construction manager but the senior construction manager ...

Learning that we are not alone in our home buying experience, helps us face the absolute myriad of problems encountered after spending 3/4 of a million dollars on a 300k home. Faulty workmanship, major electrical issues, cheap materials, single pane vinyl storm windows are installed. Double paned storm windows were supposed to be installed. This is an issue with many of the homeowners here.Incomplete insulation installation, as well as no insulation in many of the homes. The issues mentioned, are common with lower end construction, 200-300k. We have realized that with more than double the ...

Quality of workmanship is subpar! To get something fixed impossible takes forever!! If you measure each room including sunroom the measurements are smaller then what brochure says!!!! Bought property driveway was somewhat flat had walk thru now driveway is 45 degrees which is stupid especially since your selling to an older crowd. I would have had 2nd thoughts if I knew!!!!

Great with sales, but the contractor and follow up was a bit difficult. Had lots of questions that were down played! Lots of cheep construction and issues that were done NOT in line with the plan, but because of laziness and really not professional Had bathroom that could not be used , had a dryer that could not be used ? Had a shower that flooded the bathroom and bedroom had a stove that was put in out of plum and original had plants placed down the middle of the yard ,, NOT a great experience

Friendly sales agent. Build manager did not follow through on commitments. Fit and finishes below expectations for house at this price point. In particular, the paint and its application were poor. Design center options were too limited. Clubhouse appears to be undersized for the size of community.

We were disappointed in the first agent we had at the Del Webb sales center. She was extremely rude. Our realtor reached out to the sales manager at the sales office and from there on he worked with us and he was great. As far as the building process, we had questions that were not answered by the building supervisor for our house. Very disappointing. Overall the attention to workmanship is lacking. The home did not look like a home that was priced so high. It looked more like a very low priced track home. There did not seem to be any pride in the workmanship. All that said we do ...

We have a list of issues that I first officially reported on June 21, 2023, that have still not been addressed two weeks after my initial email. I called the sales office because no one was answering the Customer Service line, they said to just wait a few days. It appears to me once you give a satisfactory survey on the initial walk through that all support is gone. I have power breakers that trip constantly, and two full rooms are on one 15 amp breaker (seriously, even I know that will not work). After two weeks of trying to get help I finally got a hold of someone by phone who says it ...

I have purchased four (4) new homes in my lifetime. Each has been a train wreck in its own way, mostly due to the lack of integrity of the builder and their subcontractors. Unfortunately things haven't changed much over the years. That's why when you do a search on Pulte you get mostly self-generated hype on how great they are, and stories from around the country on all the developments that have been forced to sue them due to their incompetence and arrogance. I take no joy in posting this. Just presenting honest assessment of my experience.

We have a nice house. However, there are still unresolved punch list items 7 weeks later. The process was nothing like it was communicated to us. Disregard the nice friendly sales literature. Communication was poor. The inspections never happened, the design meeting was poorly run and although we agreed to and expected certain items (and upgrades);the builder just changed some products without our consent or agreement. We should never have closed when we did. We felt pressured to give the construction site manager a good grade. We never did have a “celebration” walkthrough. As I ...
