While we are really enjoying and loving the Del Webb community unfortunately the home building experience was less than desirable. Structurally we have a well built home but the quality of finishing materials and workmanship was so subpar that it made the entire experience stressful and unpleasant. When you are paying top dollar pricing you expect to receive top quality and unfortunately that was not the case. The line “this is not a custom build home” was used way too much and frankly I suggest you all come up with an alternative reason for workmanship that is not in line with the price of ...

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

It took a year for this house to be built. The price of the home is outrageous because the quality of some products is poor. Example. The paint is cheap latex and you can see thru areas where the paint was applied so thin. I said I would pay for them to apply paint like semi gloss but they refused. Now I’m left with walls that the paint looks bad. The deck was nailed in instead of screwed in because it’s faster and cheaper to do that work. I and several of my grandchildren have cut their feet bc nails are not installed correctly. But it’s cheaper and faster to use a nail gun than putting ...

We would never purchase Pulte again. The finish work is Terrible. Lots of damage. The house was treated like garbage. We are living with permanent damage to floors and sinks, windows that are not straight, imoroperly mounted doors,, etc.

It's been a big inconvenience pointing out so many imperfections on the entire home at all categories. Ex: Paint-Cabinets, Hardware, Fixtures, Stucco, Solar, Electrical and many others.

We have lived in our new home for a month and one half and a number of issues remain. Although some are scheduled to be mitigated today by your customer service representative who is excellent, others are unresolved although multiple requests to correct have been submitted. The sales team was great. Really sold me on the community and I loved the Mystique layout. After I bought the perfect lot on the lake it all went downhill. My field manager never kept me updated, there was issues getting water approved for the development phase, supply and labor shortages, we still don’t have cell phone reception outside of the house, my internet router had to be replaced and the breaker switch in my office was replaced and still keeps tripping. Overall construction is very good but "standard options" should be much better at this price point. Quick examples; you shouldn't have to pay extra to get interior window trim and 5" baseboards; carpet padding should be much better; and garage doors should be insulated instead of single layer sheet metal. We tried to keep upgrades to a minimum because the many of the prices are just ridiculous, but it still took more than $100K to turn the standard house they offer into a house we wanted but could still afford. Our Sales person and the Construction Foreman were outstanding - always there to help and very responsive. The Design Center was not helpful to us for making design decisions for the look we wanted in our home. And we felt their options we very over-priced. The actual Home, structure/framing, layout, and space in rooms, closets, etc, is Great. We love the design/layout of our home. Pulte builders pushed to get the "home completed satisfactorily" certificate signed promising to take care of outstanding deficiencies within 30 days. We are still waiting for fencing that's had been damaged in 3 places, metal sticking out of doors, electrical screw ups. We are now being ignored and our issues remain unfinished. I am very close to posting through social media what not to do when buying a home by Pulte construction. Very disappointed. The Del Webb community is great but your builders are terriblem
