Not impressed withdamaged garage flooring, wood work quality, some doors and painting. Tile floors not cleaned. Waiting still for new range hood and correct refrigerator. Response slow for installing internet and for lawn repair. Would have preferred initial choices for landscaping shrubs and trees.

While we had a wonderful experience with our sales person, our design person and our mortgage person. The houses are put up so fast that we found things that needed attention weekly. The field manager should be on top of things but wasn’t. The finishing work tile work, painting, very sloppy! Everything rushed yet still couldn’t get things together so we could close on time. Now we wait to have someone come and FIX what should have been done right the first time or done before we closed. Extremely inconvenient.

Salesperson was great. Field manager responsive but the team behind the field manager failed to delivered. Our friends who built at same time in Stone Creek had a much better experience so maybe it is the Bexley team that leaves much to be desired.

First complete new home I've purchased. The process was poorly executed.Poor communication between field mgr. and myself,Just overall a very difficult and stressful process, Now that we are in home the house will be ok once we get all the little things done that pop up on a new build as I'm told. Its a shame to have to go thru all this when most of it could have been solved as it was constructed and not have to follow up several times

Try to live locally to your build so that you are able to visit your site regularly and catch items as they arise so that there aren't a lot of issues after you move in.

They were still working on our home the day of closing. Numerous items where not completed correctly. Flooring had two colors of grout thru out the house as though they ran out and just picked a close enough color to finish the job. The flooring was not cleaned, there was sticky stuff all on the floor along with paint and silicon. Tile in bathroom doesn't even flow with the wall where they connect. Out door patio pavers are covered in paint and the screen patio was installed incorrectly with holes in the screening and support beams not leveled. Even the house number is on the house ...

Home not finished at the time of closing. Poor quality including some drawers missing hardware, paint splatters everywhere, shower drain clogged due to construction debris, dead shurbs in the backyard, scratched windows, and many other issues. The house was dirty at the time of closing. Very very disappointed with the lack of quality control by this company.

We went into this purchase skeptical as Pulte homes has a dreadful reputation. We were pleasantly surprised how easy things were but have become disillusioned due to closing, after purchase care and incredibly incompetent escrow work scheduling and execution. The team evades the questions, makes continuous excuses and really does not care about the customer once the transaction is made. I have had several people outright lie to me - as an example, I asked who the board president was (our development is not finished - so Pulte is the board) and one person told me a name - and that person is ...

We experienced constant delay in the building of our house. The workmanship is substandard possibly due to the workers doing their tasks in freezing conditions and in the dark due to lack of power, which was not turned on until the last couple of weeks of the project. The materials used to build our house are of cheap quality and since we moved in we have been identifying problems and upgrading some of the items.

Sloppy work such as caulking around windows, HAVC room has foam protruding everywhere. Flooring selections are limited and there are areas where there are voids under the panels. Building debris never cleaned up around the house. Ground nail covered.

Pulte/Del Webb is a MASS production home builder. Their attention to detail, especially with finishing is not good. It would seem that many of the subs are hired for low cost, not the quality of their work, especially the painters. The houses have small garages, hardly suitable for 2 cars. The driveways are narrow and short, more like what you would see for a townhome, not a detached single family home. Many of us have to expand the width of the driveway at our own expense to have a driveway on which we can park 2 cars and access each without having to walk in soggy soil during a rain, or ...

Builder intently wanted to close on time, promised a concession on a damaged garage floor, gave an estimate for reimbursement of repair and promised repair the next week. Promised repair to "make invisible" damaged quartz countertop. Over a month later, still waiting on garage floor concession and the amount has magically dropped. Builder cannot repair countertop satisfactorily and refuses to replace it. This is all our fault because we trusted them.

The closing "celebration" walk-through was a joke and a huge disappointment. I would have been embarrassed to present the home in the condition it was in and call it a final walk through. The home was in absolutely no condition to hand over to us as owners. It seemed that the construction crew was walking out the back door as we came in the front door.

After you sign on the dotted line and home closed. Good luck getting anything repaired that is on your 30 day list. AWFUL!!! It has been a nightmare. My thermostat was wired wrong months to get fixed. Still not completely fixed as they need to go in and adjust vents as it does not evenly distribute air flow and little devices that are suppose to do that do not work. Patio door you have to lean in to close and they say that is normal NOT Still fighting to get that replaced The door is not square. They blame the concrete people. Tired of fighting I own a new home it should be one. ...

Not taking the issue with the windows in my house higher. The windows are defective and manufacture should recall the windows. Which shows the builder mass production of homes that they don't care.

I purchased my house move-in ready. What I didn't realize is how they cut corners on homes. Every house they build should have hurricane windows. Hurricane windows should be mandatory in new construction. The lawn/sod they use is horrible. I have holes that you can't see until I keep twisting my ankle when walking on it. They keep telling me it will fill in. Every finished house should be cleaned prior to the new owners moving in. The lack of better craftsmanship has held me up on having my grout sealed in the house. I could go on but I feel like a broken record.

Didn’t have many issues with the finished product, but when I did, I got resistance from the Foreman. Shouldn’t have had to threaten to get the granite around the fireplace fixed. Also granite backsplash in Kitchen is separating again. Overall finishes (selections) were not high grade (I.e. cabinets, carpets and trim). Expected more for the $620k we paid for the home. Think we will love the Community. I guess in the end that is what we paid for.
