Get everything done that is not up to your Standards before you close, Because there will be a lot of confusion and unorganized Problems! You will have a difficult time getting them to fix things RIGHT !

We love the finished product and had good relations with all staff we worked with. However, we were very disappointed in the attention to detail and the level of cleanliness of the property at closing. There are paint spatters throughout the driveway, sidewalk, and front porch as well as stains on our screen porch floor. The garage has clumps of drywall throughout along with paint splatters.

The Pulte BOD has not taken a position to maximize safety for the community. The safest approach is to OPEN UP THE RESORT CENTER so that residents do not have to spend extra money and go out into the community for swimming, exercise equipment, pickle ball, etc. Those who are staying at home to avoid all exposure would not be threatened at all by having the amenities open. Appears BOD is only concerned about their potential liability not the health and well being of the residents. We purchased at Del Webb for the Resort Center and now we have to spend more money and travel to replace those services. Would not have bought if we had known the BOD had no understanding or concern for the well being of the residents of HCR. ... More

We are very pleased with our new home at Del Webb at Dove Mountain. It is a very solid home with many nice features that was completed on time, despite everything going on with COVID. We looked at several other 55 plus communities in the Tucson area, and found that we got more "bang for our buck" at Del Webb at Dove Mountain. We love the community, all the walking trails among the Saguaro cactus, and beautiful views of the mountains on all sides.

We are very happy with our new home. We were pleased with the builder and their offerings, and any issues we encountered were dealt with promptly. This is a beautiful community with a wide variety of activities. Unfortunately because of the coronavirus, we have not had much opportunity for social interaction, but there has been regular communication from the activities director as well as the HOA. So we look forward to taking an active part in the offerings once it is safe to do so. From initial purchase to closing and after, everyone we have dealt with has been attentive and knowledgeable. When you go through the models and fall in love with THE one, you find out at the selection meeting how expensive it’s going to be. Everything is extra! During construction, the workers show a lack of respect for what you have dearly paid for. Very disappointing. It creates a lot of work to redo things that could clearly be avoided with a little more care and pride.

Very nice house.

Workmanship was good considering. Materials used (wood) was very poor. Luckily I had a good foreman. Extremely disappointed in the landscaping. Lawn need to be graded and it wasn’t. We have nothing but a very bumpy lawn that has numerous low dots where water gathers. It’s been 6 weeks and there are spots that never dry. Very disappointed in the way ithe grad was laid (thrown) down.

We were extremely pleased with the entire Del Webb new home process. All aspects from choosing a model home, design choice, pre and post construction meetings and closing were all very positive. All of the employees we dealt with were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Our mortgage and insurance was also obtained through DelWebb which made for a seamless experience. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

We felt confident that JL was following up with all construction issues that came up! His attitude helped reduce the ordinary stress involved with building a new home.

Our home at DelWebb Rancho Mirage is fantastic. We love the open floor plan, exterior home designs are great and community amenities are beautiful. The layout of the community with all the walkways is exactly what we were looking for. We would recommend this community without reservation.

30 days to find all issues not enough time takes a long time to get unpacked for some people

It was a pleasure working with Del Webb to build my new home. The cost quoted in the contract remained the same for the entire project - no cost over runs. I found Pulte builders to be very professional and they build us a quality product.

Hard to believe that this is my first single family home purchase. After many years in apartments and a condo, I decided to make the move into a house AND into Celebrate. I love the community and everything that it offers. My experience from the sales rep to the construction was wonderful. And to think I went through the process during a pandemic, but was only delayed a total of two weeks.

Don’t be overwhelmed with Design Center. Some things can be done after closing such as shutters for less money

Very nice community. Very different from other Del Webb communities, not as lush. Landscaping isn’t as nice as other 55+ communities in Port St Lucie, and clubhouse is small with social hall building many years out yet. But still very nice place to live.

Moved in July 3, 2020, and have been very satisfied.

We have had some issues with a water leak since we moved in 2 months ago and they continue. I have followed the process and reported the issue but the response to repair the leak has not been what I had expected. Granted there is new construction happening and the crews may be busy with that but I think after 2 months this should been corrected. The structure itself is fine with very minor issues and we are happy with our location and house size. I just hope this is not an indication of how "warranty issues" will be addressed since we felt that was an important part of our purchase decision.

The house is well made and asthetically pleasing. There are a few follow up issues that are under warranty that have been addressed but have not been fixed. Timeliness and follow up on maintenance issues is essential to ensure customer service and satisfaction.

I will start out by saying I love my new home. It was being built when I lived 3,000 miles away. In hindsight, I wish I was closer to check out the process, but with COVID-19, that was not possible. I hired a Home Inspector and he found quite a few things that weren't completed by the workers, were not done properly or need repair like faulty windows. I would never have known that these things were wrong, so I recommend having your home inspected, even though it is new. All the repairs/corrections should be covered under my first year warranty and I will be submitting the list once I get the report back. So far, my Customer Service Site person has been great in setting up what I found and I am confident that she will be helpful with what I have to add. This is a bit of an inconvenience, but as long as the builder makes it right, I'll live with the inconvenience. ... More

Patio roof area is a single sheet of roll roofing. No insulation in garage. Run gallons of water to get hot water in kitchen, tankless heater not designed for whole house.
