You’re signing up for a production line house with a custom price. Don’t expect your house to not have most/all the defects that others have had. Pulte does not appear to improve its methodology as it goes.

The contract called for an insulated garage door, now they say they cannot deliver it and offered a $500 credit. No way you can buy a door for that price! What an insult!

There was and is a lot of grout on the vinyl plank flooring. I have spent over three hours so far removing it and still have a couple of hrs. to go to finish removing the grout in every room. Installed grout looked to be installed by someone who had never done it before. Areas that should have grout around door trim, baseboard trim, doors windows in every room was absent in every room. The roll out cupboard shelves have fallen apart on two cupboards. The hinges on the front door fell off, and the door was hanging by 2 screws that were about 1 1/2 inches long that were obviously much ...

Very poor workmanship for a high-priced product. What we got wasn't what the model looked like. Although Del Webb stands behind their product and eventually everything will be fixed, the continual no-shows by contractors are doubly disturbing. You would think it would be much better for both Del Webb and the owners if things were done right the first time. Quality Control is definitely lacking.

I’ll start with the sales experience. We were very interested in this development from the get-go. We signed up for the grand opening sales event, walked thru 3 models and got pricing on those models, but requested info on another model. Despite follow-up emails and phone calls, it took 4 months for someone to get back to us. Needless to say, the prices increased substantially in those 4 months. House is well built - very pleased. Our sprinklers, flower beds / landscaping and grass sod is absolutely horrible. 3/4" water pipe for sprinklers was leaking & flooded our back yard. I identified 2 major low spots in the back yard & the builder ignored me during our final walk through. I had to fix the 2 low spots myself. The sod was laid on unbelievably unlevel ground. I had to fix the unlevel ground under the sod - remove clods, humps and fill in the holes on the entire yard.

I found the home buying experience was difficult but partially because the pandemic. I would purchase a home already built if I could do it again. I'm very happy with my home but its nice to see what your getting and Pulte does not let you customize anything which I found to be frustrating.

We’ve had experience with Pulte before and it was good. Pulte today is unresponsive to all the mistakes in the workmanship of these homes. At this point, I’m terribly disappointed in Pulte. It appears that nobody wants to take responsibility.

We were essentially coerced into closing 12/10/21 on a house that remains unfinished coming up on 2 months later. Major framing errors including unequal door frames in bedrooms, open gaps between frames and missing drywall, bowing of drywall and doors hung on bowed frames. The bench in the entryway from the garage is not as shown in the model homes, and looks like it was constructed by a child (door is mounted unevenly on painted hinges, front is disconnected from top). It took 9 months to build my home after the foundation was poured. Other homes started after mine were finished before mine, I believe due to my price being locked in. Be vigilant during construction. The wrong countertop was installed in my kitchen and the builder did not identify and fix it. Other issues also were left up to me to identify and push for resolution.

Incredible lack of attention to detail as a whole. Lack of overall quality in workmanship by almost all of the tradespeople utilized during the build process. Indifference by responsible parties involved in the build process. Overpriced for what we received but that's the crazy market we are in. Thankful to have a new home but would do it differently if we had to do it again. From what we have learned, this is standard operating procedure in a home built by Pulte within Sun City- Georgetown, TX.

It took 11 months to get into our house, with four casual emails from our sales person extending our timeline out another 2 months. Being desperate to move in we closed despite numerous items that still needed to be addressed. We've not had responses back from anyone since.

The sales process started off great but slide into something quite horrible. We had 5 sales agents during the sales cycle. Post sale, there were covid-related construction delays and poor communications. Overall, we are glad we bought in Riverlights. The neighborhood is fantastic.

Sales staff at Pulte/Del Webb, Georgetown are not honest. They will say anything to get you hooked and then bully you when you ask questions. I would never recommend using one of those sales people. Shame on all of them.

Builder gave us a closing date they couldn't keep, so it made it very difficult for us. The construction may have been rushed at the end. There were many missing items and defects which are still being worked on. It has been over a month since closing. The construction manager, however, has been very responsive to our communication.

Rush to close homes, when not ready. Promise of a 100% completed home, means they want you to agree to close with a list of things not completed yet. Once closed, forget about it!!!. You are not a priority anymore. I know times are difficult with manpower and supplies, but when you see newer homes ready for closing down the street with the hardware you are waiting for installed, You get the picture were you stand. Slow to respond, make you feel you are the problem, when all you want is what was promised and what you paid for, Buyer Beware of Pulte!!!
