We have had too many things go wrong to list in this review. Del Webb has wasted enough of my time for me to take the time to put anything down in writing here. If you’re serious about customer service and wanting to learn more, you’re welcome to give me a call.

Danny, our field manager is perfect for his role. He has a great personality and obviously cares very much about the buying experience, the quality of the homes and he loves the residents. It just shows and he is great The Pulte Warranty department has been super reliable. Our service representative has been extremely helpful and responsive. Hanook has done everything feasible to get minor repairs made to our home. He has don’t this in a way that demonstrates professionalism, efficiency and caring for the customers. The only weak link in the process seems to be Synergy. They have been slow to respond to repairs that have been needed after we moved in and somewhat rude on the phone. There was one day we stayed home for their appointment and they did not show up. They mainly seem interested in selling to us and that is disappointing. Why would we consider buying more from them when wiring wasn’t completed and they seemed none to eager to make repairs? This is disappointing. Del Webb stands behind their promise of quality in their homes. If there is a problem it is taken care of immediately. Very happy with her Del Webb home!

Everything went well except the red ant issue they invaded our condo for two weeks until it was under control this should’ve been found by the builder because it was a massive nest.

Interior workmanship lacking quality. Issues with paint, garage sheet rock. Sub contractors rush through work; thereby, leaving poor workmanship. Answer is let “Warranty” take care of it. After that it is a struggle with Warranty and the sub-contractor. Lot’s of excuses.

Great up to the closing but after that customer service to handle punchlist items is very poor. Vendors no-show appointments and continually delay repairs. Quality control in several areas is lacking.

We have now been requesting repair work since we moved in at the end of November, 2019 and we are still waiting. We have talked to your people, sent emails, etc. with nothing but promises in return that are not being kept. Completely unsatisfactory. We were told that Del Webb had quality homes and always stands by their homes which is why we decided to buy the home. We have seen nothing of that. We hope that our issues will be resolved soon and if not, I would like to speak the CEO or President of Del Webb. Thank you.

Floors were chipped, caulking is horrid, walls need a lot of help, grass and plants are cheap. Materials are not the best.

Purchasing a home in Arizona and Dove Mountain, in particular, was actually a spur of the moment decision. We fell in love with our home and the locale and have not regretted moving there as "snowbirds" and already considering being full time residents.

After visiting SS and deciding on a model, we felt everything had to be committed to so fast. Because of uncertainty in the sale of our home so we could not commit to SS we had no choice but to say no to the sale in SS. Things changed, Two days later we called to see if we could go ahead with the sale in SS and was surprised that the price went up and after agreeing on a lesser property (from 23,000.00 to a $13,000.00)so we could afford the home the bottom line price we final price was surprised dollars off than where we started from. We were able to move here 4 months prior to closing time which was very helpful in seeing the process. (First time buying a production built home) which can drive you crazy watching something you are buying and maybe wanting to change things as you see things. We feel the quality of the inside work could have been better. Now that we are moved in we have had a few issues, which were taken care of in a timely manner, some still outstanding but on the record to be completed. We were told we would have a burm behind our home as others do, but have swale instead. ... More

Be in area when house being built. Hope that your contractor doesnt change mid-build..

Many of the kitchen cupboards hit each other, get better hinges. The quality of carpet in guest bedroom is very good for standard. If you have instant water gas, you will need pump for it to work instantly; otherwise, it takes more time and water for it to work than a tank. Love our home, the flow of it is perfect for us.

Been in 8 weeks. Can’t get anyone out to finish what they were suppose to finish when we were at closing. Several emails and promises but still have things that need done

Process was streamlined to make it easy buying and building this house. Pleased with all aspects of this adventure.

Nothing significant, other than the home seems to be well constructed with quality appliances. However, there are some annoying oversights, design flaws, and minor workmanship glitches that prevented me from assigning a 5 star rating for quality and value.

We love our house

The entire process went very well, except for your mortgage department. I have bought 5 houses over the years and several refinancing transactions and this was my worst experience ever.

This purchase was quite a nightmare. There was many delays, poor craftsmanship and materials not to our standard for the cost of them. As a disabled veteran on a budget it was hard to see the upgrades they charged excessively for although were needed for my safety. We were to far in to look elsewhere. If we could have we probably would have went a different direction. We love the area.

Very carefully evaluate what you get for advertised price, versus all the "options" you need to satisfy desired living. Plan on adding about $100,000.00 to get the final product. Options appear outrageous. Some are basic and should be provided in base price of house. LOOK WITH A SHARP EYE AT FINAL PRODUCT AND TRY TO OPERATE ALL EQUIPMENT .

Basically everything is as expected. There have been a few issues but they were addressed.

I’m not even sure we got the features we selected. Our master closet has only one shelf whereas I understood there would be an upper and lower if we chose the upgraded version. I don’t recall being asked what color grout for the showers. I chose the lightest tiles and the grout is dark brown. It’s very ugly. The floors were damaged and the ‘correction’ was to scrub a strong smelling solvent into them. The shine is now nonexistent. We asked for top-of-the - line cabinets and they are pretty cheaply made. The trash can doesn’t even have a soft close. Several bumps under the carpet. Rough edges in interior doors. Paint needed on the front door. Property line on one side is unclear. Unsightly black pipe sticking out of wall. Unattractive downspouts that don’t match the front trim on both sides of the entry. Stairs creaky already. Uneven heat distribution: Master bedroom and bathroom very warm. When the heat comes on upstairs the air escaping the vents is loud. Only one window will open upstairs ( no cross breezes ). ... More

So Happy with my choice to purchase my home from Pulte home builders. As a Real Estate Agent, I’ve seen a lot of of houses, I was actually looking for a client and decided to purchase as well I must say comfort, quality and functionality!!!!
