Extremely dishonest sales staff. Promises were made and not kept. The day we walked our home, and paid the initial deposit, there were stainless steal appliances. The day we closed and received our keys the stainless steel appliances had been removed and replaced with downgraded black appliances. Extremely sad and disappointed with our experience.

Too many delays, quality issues, and little or no concern for the buyer. We closed two months ago and we are still waiting for things we wanted and paid for, and for problems to be fixed.

There have been many different problems with this house and they haven't resolved them even after 2 months in my home. This is my 2nd Pulte home and my first one was a very good experience, so this has been a shock.

Six months still no cabinets

We told our construction supervisor in November the cabinet doors had to be replaced 27 doors and nothing.

There are major issues with this house, including poor workmanship and missing hardware. When I report these things to customer service, either I’m told to be patient or am totally ignored. It feels like Pulte is trying to run out the clock of the one year warranty. It also seems now that they have my money, they’re walking away and leaving me with a house that wasn’t built well.

Too much money, took too long, unskilled workers, poor workmanship.

Building a new home should be fun, but this experience was awful. The workers were unskilled laborers who couldn’t speak English and left garbage everywhere. We have crooked walls, paint on the floors, garbage in the attic, crooked wall switches, frayed carpet entering the bedrooms, We are missing mirrors, towel racks, bathroom hardware, and need our doors re-keyed for our front door. Pulte’s representatives say anything to appease, but don’t resolve any issues. They make excuses. We paid way too much money for this home and would never buy from them again.

Overall poor build quality. Unable to resolve issues. Nothing but promises. You are better off fixing things yourself. Contractors don't care and Pulte Homes is fine with this attitude. They have a broken quality control system.

We had 3 field managers in a span of 6 weeks. We did a walk through a week before closing and when we closed nothing had been done and the place was filthy. Also, after nearly two months since closing we are waiting for the any items from our punch list to be addressed.

Extremely poor communication from field manager

The countertops and flooring would be rated good or very good. However, the finish work is the most awful work I've ever seen! Splits in woodwork and --painting drips everywhere on woodwork--poor painting overall. Lots of excuses for things not done right and field manager does not follow up or pay attention, which to me, translates to "I don't care"! Can't trust his word.

The Finnish work is sloppy. Once I signed the papers none of the problems with the house were fixed. ZERO communication on follow up. Seems like they just want to move on to building more houses and don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Quality of concrete work is the worst I Have seen. Sloppy, Hasty, Unprofessional, Cheep Quality work. Paint, sheetrock, caulk and finish carpentry sloppy and unprofessional, especially at the bottom of walls

We lived out of state at the time that our home was being built. There was a lack of communication in general. Compared to other builders we have used the workmanship is poor. There is a consistent "that's industry standard" response to issues we identified both before and after closing that we know based on experience are not true or should be exceeded to produce a quality product. Post closing repairs of problems are not addressed in a timely manner and are yet to be completed. I would not recommend Pulte as a builder.

Rushed and wrong

Moved into no heat or hot water after a 20 hour move on a cold winter night. Kitchen island was wrong color as if I wouldn’t notice. Many other problems. The HOA treats me like an enemy. Nasty and condescending. The guards at the gate are horrible to me and my friends. I have buyers remorse. Overall a very bad experience. So far the dream home is a nightmare.

I lived in Del Webb Frisco Lakes for 10 yrs. Built our house great experience! Building in Union Park is the worst experience I’ve ever had . Quality is very poor response to those issues poor .Nothing like the what was shown in the models. Overpriced for what you get. Very unhappy.

Recurring delays. Request for predrywall inspection was sent to City of Little Elm 5 weeks after my inspector did his inspection. Bricks are normally put up in 4-5 days. Mine took 4 weeks and delayed driveway and other outside work. $1000 to upgrade paint and it isn’t washable. 7 months between building permit and occupancy permit.

The purchase and closing on our house was very good, However now that we are in, we closed December 17 2021, we have had a roof leak that damaged the garage and laundry room that has still out been repaired. Can not get anyone to answer the phone or emails concerning this and we have become very frustrated. So many issues with this build it was a total overall terrible experience. Construction quality was way below our expectations for a Del web product. Familiar with Del Web construction in the northeast. No comparison. Their was problems with every aspect of the home from windows, cabinetry, flooring, counter tops, appliances, framing, the list goes on and on. Project management was terrible. I moved in to my new home almost 8 weeks ago and only two items on the punch list have been addressed, and one of those has not been resolved. I honestly believe that Pulte is a good builder and that these are difficult times for them. There are shortages of supplies and good help, but homes are going up so quickly here that I would think that they should finish work on the homes that are built. I love the neighborhood. That was my main reason for moving here. I just hope that I am going to get these issues resolved at some point.

As a new homeowner I had a bad experience not because of supply issues, but I kept catching mistakes that were made. The quality of the windows is poor, They allow sand to leak into my home because they are not sealed well. They used the wrong grout on my floor. They promised to seal it but after I tested it I found out that they did not seal it. The island lights were not centered over the island.
