Our home buying experience was excellent from our Sales agent to the Design Studio personal and our Field Manger! We would recommend a Del Webb home to anyone interested in having a new home built!

The workers were very efficient! Staff is helpful and always pleasant.

Preston is a dream to work with. He answers texts quickly, and problems are addressed quickly. We really appreciate that as new home owners.

The entire home buying experience was conducted with honesty and professionalism on the part of the Del Webb sales people to the individual that walks you through your finished home. Never once did anyone promise anything they could not deliver.

They buying process was great.

Disappointed in Kitchen aid cook top. Terrible. You can't see the controls. Tank less water heater is worthless. The amount you save on gas to heat the water, you waste water waiting to get hot water by a factor of ten. Get rid of them. give me back my water heater. A change order process/system is terrible. Too many hand offs between vendors. The stone vendor applying stone on fronts does terrible work. No education on key mechanic - Heating and Cooling systems. Someone should be in charge to sit with the home owner and be up to speed about all the stuff the homeowner needs to understand and hit the new home running. I don't see this as the day to day field mgr. He has enough to do and does it pretty well considering all his duties. ... More

We were so excited when we heard that Del Webb would be building in our community so we waited and were one of the first ones to purchase here. The building process was exciting as we met with our sales associate, and visited the design center, to make our choices and design our dream home. It was fun to be able to drive by during the off construction times to check on the progress of our home. Our project manager was awesome and kept us up-to-date on the activity as well as providing walk throughs during the build. If we had any concerns, he was always very prompt in responding. We selected Del Webb Dove Mountain for two primary reasons. 1. Very livable floor plans and 2. A beautifully designed community - modern and inviting.

Trust your building supervisor. He or she is in charge of scheduling each contractor involved with your build. They are controlling those contractors to the best of their ability. They will resolve any issues you may have with the build. Have Faith in their knowledge they have been doing this for quite awhile.

Great home in a 55+ community!

Window sills not finished just chopped off, inside window frames not painted same as wall color, no knobs on bathroom cabinets, paint spatters everywhere including carpet, downspout ran 3’ across from corner to driveway, garage door not painted with 2 coats. Punch list was never completed.

The build process was great and very much stuck to the schedule and even finished earlier then I expected. There were some quality issues, and I advise anybody buying a home to make sure they really take their time during the walk-through to look at everything!. I would also make sure everything is spelled out about what your upgrades are, there were things that weren't completely spelled out on the pintail build sheet. All this being said the house looks great, my overall experience was great and I look forward to many years living in this home.

Hot water takes forever to come out of any of the faucets. And if you shut the water off and return a few later the process begins again. WHY

Somewhat disappointed in the quality of materials and workmanship for the money we paid for the home.

The driveways, grading, landscaping and exterior work are not completed yet due to the time of year that we have moved in. Therefore, we cannot give a final overall grade. Our experience thus far with Pulte and all the construction crews has been outstanding. We are pleased with our new home and the quality. As with any new construction, there have been some issues but the response has been above and beyond.

Good Experience overall. Quality of trees and plants bad in comparison of neighbors. One tree was dead and has not showed leaves. Construction Manager and initial sales person were exceptional.

Overall marks are high. Warranty issues such as shower tile, leaky sliders and sticking stove knob will be taken care of. Paint splatters everywhere.

Sales person was professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and has great interpersonal skill skills.

Site Manager, Mike, took us around homes under construction to demonstrate some of the quality practices Pulte uses to build homes. Was very impressed with what we saw. Been in our home now almost 2 months and we are very happy with the quality and features included. Have built homes before and many of these items were upgrades with other builders. Our Sales Rep, Bobbie was also incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to make this happen for us. We are so grateful to her.

The home was built well but cleanup inside was sloppy. Paint spatter on floors, doors & walls not properly painted, grout left on tiles, scratches on glass & bathroom fixtures, missing tabs on cabinet doors and drawers. You really need to look closely at floors, walls and ceiling, checkout cabinetry & window surfaces.

Gary who was Del Web's field person who was responsible for doing the punch list items that needed to be completed to the buyers satisfaction was great, he went beyond his duties on making sure we were happy. Dealing with home buyers can be hard but Gary was very professional in all his business dealings. Thank you Gary, also Dave who was Del Webs' sales person was honest and straight forward on giving us the correct answers with all of our questions. Since we move in it seems we are on a vacation everyday.

JL and Eddie were extremely helpful.

Watch every detail and don't move-in until you are satisfied. I am still waiting for a light bulb in my front porch and many other things to be fixed or explained how to be set up.

Follow-up by warranty folks needs improvement. The folks who managed the construction were wonderful and did a great job.
