Having built several homes previously, I do believe you get value for the price and a genuine desire to please you by the Pulte staff. Well satisfied in all aspects of the process.

I have filled this out 3 times - can't go "back" after checking out your terms. Just forget it. Probably will hold it all against us anyway. Would love to show our 40 day punch list to you. Rated below par since there was so much that needs to be addressed.

Spend a lot of time in walk through

Quite dishonest sales without proper guidance for the buyers. The design process TOTALLY inappropriate with just FOUR hours to select everything for your new home. Disaster. Inadequate supervision of the trades. Way too many very sloppy finishes. Very difficult building process for those who are not local.

Finished wood work done sloppy, cabinets finished poorly, even with one color paint the job wasn’t done well For the money paid nothing outstanding about the house

This is a company that does it right. From the site sales person who is very knowledgeable and patient to the superintendent that oversaw the building of our home we couldn't have been treated better. The house was completed to perfection. We love the house and would definitely recommend Del Webb.

The whole process from looking at the property to moving in was very smooth.Great communication, questions were answered, great community.

Always check the property thoroughly when taking the keys, there was quite a few cosmetic issues when we were given the keys.

Over all like what we bought.

Overall we were pleased with the building experience. Our supervisor was excellent and on top of issues. The quality of the materials used was not the highest quality but then we knew some of that going in for a non-custom built home.

Some of the installed product are faulty, but the builder is prompt in responding to try to correct the issue. We had a crack granite counter top with a scratch sink, and are still waiting it to be change. A portion of the shower does not drains correctly. But otherwise, 90% of the structure is in excellent condition. Subcontractors also should explain and give instructions and manuals of their work, for example the pool equipment. Finally the Installation of the smart home was disappointing and at one point it has to be fixed by another builder subcontractor. The cost of the smart home component is very high for what they offer, and the service is not good. Finally, they should discuss some of the landscaping with the new owner before doing it. We were looking to down size our home and please to find Del Webb in the area. We have always like the design and quality. The community here at Terramor has been well planned and the Terrance Club is amazing. We look forward to years of resort living.

My purchase was not typical. I did not contract to have my home built, it was available because the original buyer could not complete the purchase.

Having to drive 2 hours to the design center was a problem, especially for an over 55 community.

House is solid and construction went well. Our project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our CSR has gone above and beyond our expectations. Biggest disappointment was the lack of options and upgrade pricing available in the design center.

Homes are nicely designed with a nice layout. However, some of the materials and workmanship are not very good. The paint quality and workmanship along with the drywall mudding is very poor. I repainted and had to fix many areas that were not smoothed properly and there was dirt in the paint that had to be scraped smooth. I was told once I took possession, I could prepare a list of items needing repair and submit for resolution. I created a list of about 14 items that, to date, have only had 2 items repaired. When I took possession of the home, the driveway cement couldn't be poured due to the cold weather. Well it is warmer now and I am seeing new homes as yet unoccupied having driveways poured while I still wait. My advice, do not take possession of a home until you have all items you see addressed at least in writing. ... More

The quality of materials is good but the workmanship is poor, especially the finish work. Getting punch list items fixed is not easy. I had to hire my own crew to come in after closing.

The field manager was very communicative and responsive to concerns and kept me up to date on the progress of the home building

Very pleased with the overall quality of the home. Management is very attentive and responsive to homeowner concerns.

Everything was in good shape with minimal areas that needed to be fixed

No flexibility and consideration for vase costs when deciding on upgrades

Our salesperson and project manager were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We love living in our Del Webb community. We find the residents friendly, warm, and as excited as we are about the new surroundings. Living in Del Webb Nexton is like being on vacation.
