I rate painters a 0. Build manager John a 11. Pulte mortgage a 0.

They are all about the $. Once they have your money, you become irrelevant. Someone to be ignored. The customer service is non existent. Quality of workmanship is that of a 4 year old. The only good thing is the clubhouse and the residents. If you buy a started home you can not change ANYTHING.

Our home purchase from home selection to interior design to financial closing was handled very professionally. Staff throughout the process was the best experience.

Nice home, nice people. You pay for what you get. Well designed home plans and beautiful landscaping! Wish we could have picked more options. Repairs if any have been very responsive.

Was able to monitor work progress from day one! The basic structure and floor plan fit my needs to a T.....during the build the Del Webb folks were always there to answer questions that Inmay have had. They communicated with me on a weekly schedule to keep me up to date with the progress on the property. It would have been nice to be able to add a few outlets and light switches during the build instead of having to go into finished walls after closing to add a few items....

My wife and I have only been here 6 weeks and love it so far. We had some small issues, that any new home does, and Pulte has been quick to respond. The supervisor in charge during the construction, Jacob, was awesome. Although we bought a spec home, Jacob sent us pictures of the home under construction to the final product. There were some minor items that needed touch up that were seen during the walk through, but Jacob completed all repairs when promised. I was obvious that Jacob enjoys and takes pride in his job. We would highly recommend living in Stone Creek.

Our satisfaction with Pulte kind of ran out after closing when we could not get much response from them regarding our paint and tile issues. Our construction manager moved on just as our house was finished, and though he promised us at our walk through that our concerns would be taken care of to date (over a month after closing) we have had no follow through from anyone.

Truly surprised by the quality of workmanship. Haven’t had any issues thus far.

After moving in the Field Manager was helpful in settling in to the home.

If you're building new, hire a Home Inspector before closing, or better yet hire and Inspector during the build process. It will save time down the road.

Purchased "ready move in" house. Great experience from contract to move-in.

We praise Pulte for the great construction, design and overall neighborhood feel of our Del Webb home.

The finish carpentry in this house reflects neither the quality displayed in their models nor minimally acceptable workmanship given the price point of the home. Most of the mill work in the house will need to be repainted.. Grout caulk everywhere which will not clean off with water or normal solvents. House was 10 weeks over the expected construction period. The punch list was three pages long and very little of which was addressed prior to closing. 30 days after closing the list is still a page long. In talking with neighbors, our situation is not unique.

The entire process was seamless.

Overall the quality of the Pulte home is OK. My impression is that in some areas, especially finish work the personnel got a bit sloppy. On one pantry rack one bracket was missing and some of the caulk was sloppy. My main complaint deals with TAC who is the design center used in this community. I would never recommend TAC. The service we received at the initial appointment was terrible and the quality of the floor they put in was terrible. We had to replace it at our cost.

the home is beautiful, and is quality built. Just over priced

The new home we purchased was a “spec” home and it had the most popular options e.g. upgraded kitchen and baths, nicer tile etc. In fact, it was great that a professional decorator picked out all the interior options... made it so much easier for us. Pulte, builds a solid, high quality home so the foundation and internals/mechanicals were first class. Their quality assurance coordinator for the minor follow up items is outstanding in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. We plan to live in Tidewater for a long time!

Promises by sales not kept. Mislead information

We are overall pleased with our new home. From start to finish, our sales representative was available to assist with any and all concerns or directed us to the appropriate person. The building team leader was responsive to our concerns during and after the House was completed. However, we recommend an independent home inspector and a real estate agent. In our case, both our agent and home inspector agreed that our home was well built

Pay attention to location of light switches and which lights they operate, some on not placed where you'd expect them. Circuit box is going to be located on the exterior of the house and only generally gives you an idea what each circuit covers, (switches, outlets, etc.). The kitchen water supply (to refrigerator, sink, dishwasher) is separated from the water supply to the rest of the house. If possible, visit construction frequently and ask questions.

Awesome painless process from picking out the structural upgrades to design center upgrades to easy closing. Weekly updates with photos from your sales agent and communication with your build superintendent. I would pick another Del Web community again without any hesitation.

We were not included in their “Celebration Walk-Through”. This is a walk-through prior to closing that should occur. In our case, just the construction supervisor and the warranty company rep performed the walk-through. So, there have been “punch-list” items that are becoming apparent as we live in the home. (We have been in our home now for 36 days.) The Pulte Warranty folks have been hesitant to have these issues fixed. A plumbing issue (raw sewage backing up into our showers) the first week we were in our home was deemed to be our fault so we had to pay a drain company to come out and clear the drain to the street. We are now waiting to see if some crown molding joints will be caulked. ... More

Spend more time at walk thru looking for small items. Walk thru items get quick attention. Over all the house is great, but a little maddening to find corners not painted, cabinets that swing too far, concrete stained.
