A couple of things needs improvement in the quality of the home One-the quality of paint of the inside is nothing but awful Two-an updated baseboard to match the quality of the rest of the house should be included Three-the easiness in which the patio door should be open should be looked at as we are all senior citizen Other than that, I think it’s a wonderful home

Todd as sales manager was great to work with. He was very informative through the process. Archie as construction manager was fantastic to work with. He keep me up to date daily and weekly on what was happening. Always took care of any questions.

Average experience is mostly due to insensitivity to customers throughout the process. It is somewhat expected of a mass manufacturing and building process, however more emphasis and resources must be provided to legitimate customer issues. Final inspection related issues must be promptly addressed although closing date is passed.

Love our floor plan and home. Painters need to do a better job

We love our new home. It’s a floor plan we love . Our first salesperson left the company, so we were lost in the system for a while which was very frustrating! Once Jose was assigned to us things began to smooth out. If I were to improve on a building process, it would be the painting inside and out. We had so many painting issues that it became frustrating. The painters need to do a better job.

Once moved in noticed issues and while some were resolved others became my problem. The one plus was I had a great project manager who kept me up to date on the progress.

Like I said the whole buying process was great but then it went down hill. Pulte Title is horrible. Kept asking for same documents. Pulte Mortgage was great. Workmanship is horrible. Paint splatters and spray everywhere. House was dirty when we moved in. Didn't clean windows or windows sills (the high ones that you can't see, left paper and saw dust up there) , left the paper from sliding glass doors on the frames and caulked it on them. Closing was delayed due to lack of ability to communicate with the city vendor which was not true. After showing how perturbed we were, then they suddenly Pulte was able to get the meter installed. We had 2 turn overs of construction managers, no explanation. poor communication. Roof in garage not installed correctly-leak, but was repaired. Water in tun not draining due to glue and debris. This was repaired. Dried urine on toilet seat -workers should have been using porter potty. HOA fees include irrigation and landscape maintenance which is not holding up to their promise. We used all aspects of Pulte services a d could not be more happy. The building superintendent has and continues to be responsive and available. The insurance team has helped lower my rates on 2 homes and 2 cars and the Mortgage team made everything easy by being thorough and flexible.

We purchased a spec home in the final phase of our development. Pulte offered strong incentives to settle quickly. The upside is that we got a great value. The downside is that there are things about the home we would’ve done differently had we been able to customize it at the outset. The construction manager responsible for the home was extremely responsive and helpful prior to and immediately following move-in. Overall, we are very happy with our home.

Working with one of the Pulte Mortgage people was the biggest drag of all, Zero to One star is what keeps Overall from being a 5 star; Quality of workmanship was shotty in a few areas; Trustworthiness was close to 5, but we had to alert builder about things that were promised in written things not done; design center cost were marked up way too high on several items; vendors are way too slow responding to warranty ticket items, then they don't really do anything to correct issues on the first time. The only suggestion that I would give, when you hand out the keys to your house and mailbox at closing, they should give you your pool fob. I closed Thursday had no access to the pool until the following Monday.
