To many players in process. Not easy to keep track of scorecard.

Mike our construction manager was very good. He went above and beyond Ty Mike and Frank with the repairs as well.

Multiple issues being found which are getting fixed as I am finding them

Sales staff was most helpful and fully answered all questions. The construction manager quickly handled the few issues that were found and a few we did not even see.

We had a wonderful experience. Our sales person (Jill) and construction manager (Ben) are amazing. During the build Ben sent us weekly updates and was always there to answer questions. We really like our home and the Del Webb development.

Everyone worked hard to get the home ready and closed on time. Thanks !!!

Our builder walked through the house with us a few days before closing. Between all of us ( Michael, our builder, and my wife and me, we were able to address any concerns. Everything that was discovered during the early walk through was addressed. After closing, we had issues with our yard. Our builder assisted us in getting the problems resolved. Our Del Webb build was basically a worry free process! Oh, and it was finished ahead of schedule!!

Overall the house is very well built. I feel there are a few small areas where they could improve the quality of the build but these are very minor issues. I had 2 very good Construction Managers and I hired a 3rd party inspector as well. The Pulte Construction Managers were very good, and my 3rd party inspector helped by having a second set of eyes on the build. In my opinion the issues my inspector uncovered were minor but important. When my house was inspected by the town, I passed every time on the first try. This is a credit to the 2 managers and my inspector.

Pulte homes would do a better job with Management that kept track of the progress of the homes and supervised the subcontractors to make sure that when they were on the job,that they took the time to protect the work of the other subcontractors.A lot of the punch list would be avoided if everyone respected the work of all of the subs involved.The warranty person has a hard job of call backs for damage done during the job because subs don't protect the work of other subs.There is also a lot of down time-it could be lack of qualified workers,lack of training,poor supervision.Safety training seems to be a problem too.PPE,proper loading/securing loads,garbage blowing all over the development.Piles of debries,lack of dust control during construction and poor clean up of ongoing jobsites. ... My experience with Del Webb homes sales was excellent The builder's team is great they walked me through every step. Help was there when I needed it most.

The building process was easy and smooth. I’ve had plumbing issues after moving in that has taken a while to get attended to, but other other concerns were handled quickly.

Sun City definitely is great place to stay and retire. Pulte as a builder is just an average builder compare with the rest of the builders in greater Austin and particularly in Georgetown. Pulte has great floorplan and option, but workmanship and materials are again just an average (nothing to boast about it). The price of the house itself is overvalued but again being located in Sun City it is a fair price

The cost of the home after discounts was still high for the market and the appliances and many of the finishes are low quality. I felt pushed to use the builder's title company and the builder did not cover many of the typical seller's closing costs. I was told it was because the discounts were applied to the price of the home rather than the closing cost. However, the cost was high for the market and significantly higher than the appraised value.

From the sales experience to closing was super easy. Once move in happened, warranty service for expected small items was completed in an expeditious fashion using high quality contractors. I couldn't be happier.

Everyone was great through the whole process from beginning to end. There were very few things that needed attention on the walk-through. The construction manager corrected items as if it were going to be his home. Everyone went above and beyond in all aspects from sales to finance, to construction. Best home buying experience I've had.

Dawnyle was amazing and listened to us. However our warrantee team just kept giving us excuses for the poor workmanship.

Our Del Webb condo is perfect for this new page in our lives. We chose Del Webb because they have a good reputation as quality builders. Our condo is no exception. Any small issue we had was dealt with promptly & professionally.

The house was not built to quality standards. too many problems and mistake by the tradesmans that take a of convincing for a house that still under warranty.

Lloyd and I were thrilled with the whole home buying process from start to finish! Yvo was fantastic to work with and was so helpful throughout our search. Yvo spent so much time educating us about Pulte Homes, showing inventory available, answering our questions, and took time to understand what we wanted. We were blessed to have him in our search and appreciated his friendly personality and his excitement about his job! Luis was the construction manager. We had a wonderful experience working with him. Luis was always available, explained what he was doing, and did such an outstanding job! Lloyd and I had the perfect team with Yvo and Luis in Port Saint Lucie!!
