Buying our new Sun City home was easy. We purchased an inventory home so we didn’t go thru the process of working with the design center to pick out flooring, fixtures, tile, etc. Escrow was quick and easy. There were just a few items that we needed to have corrected after moving in. These items were quickly fixed. All in all, it was a great experience and we love our home.

very professional smooth process from beginning until we moved in our new house. great community peacefull and beautiful environments. Community Amenity hall is blessings for seniors with gym and variety of events to enjoy. wonderful place to live with nature.

We would rate the personnel as very professional and friendly with a desire to be helpful. Our home is beautiful and well constructed. There are generally small issues which have been repaired to our satisfaction. One major concern with our lot grading is very frustrating in that it is wrong. There is agreement, but no resolution or push to resolve the issue…

Materials and some trades are second rate at best. The people I sold my old home to git a much better home than I did. Del Webb Nocatee is a second rate community.

The home was generally built well although some of the materials used were not what you would expect in a $600K home. Some of the detail work seemed rushed.

Initially we had many issues with the Superintendent. We asked him to meet us at the house numerous times for issues we saw (a 2x4 split in half and not replaced just toenailed together, porch ceiling framing not attached to header board, still do not know if it was fixed as they covered it up). Once James was replaced with Jay, things improved greatly. Jay was responsive, answered questions and anything that came up he verified with us it was handled. If we would have had Jay from the start, all our responses would have been 5 Star.

Make sure that the house has been cleaned thoroughly before you move in.

From the start Carly was terrific and helped us along the way to closing. The last two building managers were great too. Everyone cared to make sure we were happy. Pulte is great as well as Del Webb.

Main construction of house appear very strong. Doors, windows, trim, all well done. However finishing items were poor at best. Hardwood floors were covered with glue, cabinets have cracks and are broken, air conditioner leaks water, shower pans were covered in dirt, floor tiles had multiple areas of dried grout, grout missing in shower, Reply's to our request to fix items go unanswered.

We had considered another builder before Pulte at DelWebb. But due to our circumstances moving back to PA and having to purchase after the sale of our home, we purchased a quick sale home one where the designer selected the details of the home. We paid full cash so not to have a mortgage. They “say” that we got upgrades but given a Toll Home that we had before this, there was a difference. Definitely not better quality in cabinetry, doors, paint, baseboard width and etc. The response of the sales office was great and kept us informed. Everything went well until our walk through and move in. After purchasing 3 other brand new homes with different builders we were very surprised with the product that we purchased. The quality of craftsmanship was not at the same keen attention to detail to the other builders. The home was not clean. It had a huge unpainted area that was repaired but no one came back to paint. Paint on counters, floors, and tile were not removed. Clumps of grout on the floor and tiles. Sanding dust everywhere. Pencil marks on doors and other areas were not removed as markers from contractors used for installation of doorknobs and pipes and etc. The paint….flat paint is the worse. It is not washable or scrubable. None of my past homes had to be painted in 5 years or 12 years where we previously lived. Light wipe or eraser would remove scratches. My arm touched a wall while plugging a light; it left a mark. Pure sweat damaged the wall area and is still there! . They said they put 2 coats on but I highly doubt it. They spray on the paint then use brush strokes that show different directions. Any return to correct an area they use a few brush stroke and not the entire door or wall. What do you think that looks like? They “say” keep a list of things and they will get done after the 11th month. In the mean time your walls look like crap, NO NEW HOME that we purchased came with no chandelier or light fixture over the island even if they gave you the cheapest one at Home Depot or Lowe’s. But here, we had to buy both. There was a film running down on the bathroom tiles that they used a flashlight to see; but, I could see. They sent someone yesterday after 7 weeks who cleaned the tiles and what a difference. Glue stains can not be removed from the wood floors by me so I will see if they can clean it up. The warranty person is a 1 man team for ALL townhomes. Promises made, pictures are taken and time passes before getting things done. I tried to be patient but finally I had to send an aggressive email that I wanted to see things get done, The stainless steel kitchen sink was scratched my first day and I am super careful. I brought from my other home protectors and it is still scratched. The cabinets are not of the highest calibre. I see how fast the homes go up that surround us. Could have been better

Excellent. Great experience and helpful managers.

Danny the construction manager provided weekly updates, some times with pictures. He was very responsive during the final walk through. General questions were answered promptly by the sales team.

Our salesperson Bruce was always available to answer questions. He was very professional, highly attentive, and knowledgeable- an asset to your company.

The minute I walked in and closed the door I got a sense for the quality. All the outside noise was suppressed, the floors gleamed beautifully and natural light radiated from the windows.

The structure of the home is solid but quality of materials like cabinets, countertops and workmanship is poor. “Sloppy workmanship” like nails protruding from cabinets. Paint and spackling all over the floors. Response from staff when notifying them of issues is fast but fixing the issue could take months.

I would like to share three items of my experience. 1. Very happy with the personnel on sale, manager, site construction manager, mortgage, home insurance and customer service. Everybody from Pulte employees which involve this transaction. 2. Cheap materials provided and bad quality of the home constructed. 3. Compared the price we paid with products we received. It is too high price based on the construction results.

I love the community and what they are setting up. I think they do a great job in picking the location and setting up a beautiful community. I think they have trouble delivering on the promise though. They are building homes so fast, they lose quality control and it falls to the homeowner to have to check for every little detail.

From the start to finish, we had the best new home purchase experience ever, we’ve had several new homes over the year. Darren, our sales representative was a true pleasure, he’s honest and so easy to understand, Darren is the best! Dawnyal, our construction supervisor was supper, she is eager to please and provided wonderful attention to detail at every step! We could not be happier with Stone Creek Del Webb! Thank you!

It’s hard to rate a company or experience when you discover you were lied to by the construction manager during the walk through Immediately after moving in we had air conditioning issues that should never have occurred and when it’s 110 degrees outside it’s a big issue

our experience with Del Webb was one of ease from the buying to walking our house with the construction manager. I would highly recommend Del Webb community to anyone of our know. We can’t wait until the clubhouse is done in Clayton, North Carolina.
